Hawkins Residential Roofing

I have had Mr. Hawkins roof my mothers house and my buds house and he did an excellent job on both and I would highly recommend him. I met him on a roof inspection as I am an insurance adjuster and now I carry his cards to give out if someone ask for a recommended roofer. I am happy to do that and have never heard a complaint about his crew or the job they did.

I had Hawkins replace my roof in 2019 and it has been excellent so far. Now in 2022 my roof power vent froze up and I called Damon Hawkins and he had one of his crew members out within a couple of days and got the vent replaced for me. He did a great job on the repair and the price was fair. The vent he put in is so much quieter than the original vent that was installed when the house was built. Thanks Damon and crew.

Damon Hawkins and Hawkins Siding and Exteriors did a phenomenal job on my home. Their professional brochure and demeanor of the sales person and workers was exceptional. I interviewed 5 other companies before selecting them I am extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Damon followed up when he said he would. He was available for questions and gave quick responses. They showed up on time and worked diligently and finished the job when promised. I would highly recommend them. They used high quality siding and paint.

They are crooks and frauds. They had to replace our roof twice because it wasn't completed correctly the first time, continued to hassle me for money over and over again, then didn't complete the job, left a crooked pipe in my attic and my roof was replaced months ago (which they still haven't fixed). Nails in my driveway and yard still that they "picked up" and damage to our brand new outdoor AC unit because they didn't cover. Please do yourself a favor and select another company.

Hawkings Roofing did a great job when relplacing the roof on my home. Our roof was damaged in a hail storm and had to be replaced. Hawkins was very responsive and the pricing was very competitive. The actual crew who worked on our roof was professional, always on time and clean up on a daily basis. I have and would recommend Hawkins to other friends and neighbors.

Over the years and after 2 strong hail events in our neighborhood - I've seen and heard about the exceptional work that Hawkins Residential Roofing has performed on my neighbor's houses. My house somehow escaped those previous events but not this past June hail storm. Randy himself came out when the insurance inspection team made their observation findings and was a great advocate for me regarding repairs that would be needed to a covered patio, gutters, and some fence sections.

That input saved both the insurance adjuster team and myself several hours of time getting the agreed upon damage and cost reviewed. When my turn came for repair - the Hawkins team did an outstanding and timely job on prep, demo, installation and cleanup. The followup inspection occurred the next day while it was pouring (very handy) and allowed the supervisor to show me (during the attic walk-thru) that all the roof vents for heaters, plumbing etc were tight, no issues. I highly recommend Hawkins Residential Roofing.

We had a wonderful experience with Hawkins Residential Roofing. It started with an "in-home" assessment with our client specialist, Damon. He talked through the work that needed to be done and helped outline costs, insurance, and schedule. It was very professional.first class. After that discussion, he came back a few times to meet with the insurance adjuster and was able to challenge some of the assessment.

I see these negative reviews and am fortunate to say I experienced nothing of the sort. They were prompt, professional, and took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was pick the type of shingles that I wanted as they contacted all the other contractors involved to assist with my hail damage. I specifically worked with Damon who did all the leg work. It was a breeze!

Came highly recommended from a neighbor whose roof they replaced after a recent hail storm, and I was not disappointed. Returned my call promptly to provide honest and professional advice! After all, I am not going up on the roof myself to see if a problem really exists. After the next hail event, which in Texas is nearly a certainty, I'll be sure to call them again!

Very professional and family friendly! Used the latest and greatest materials and was the only roofer that I spoke to that provides a comprehensive lifetime warranty! Plus they were $2000 less than the other roofers that didn't offer either of those things!
