From the initial meeting for a quote on replacing our heating and AC system, to the install, this company is by far the most professional company we have dealt with. Our technicians Aeric and Josiah were knowledgeable, reliable and always on time and ready for work. They explained the details of each step as they were completing the removal of our old system and installing the new one.

They were able to answer any questions we had during the process. I would highly recommend the Darville Company for anyone considering a new AC/Heat system for their home. Thank you Darville Company and Aeric and Josiah.

We have a newborn baby and my ac stopped blowing in the middle of the night.of course with family and in-laws in town. I called in the middle of the night and spoke to their dispatch and later Raul. He advised that they had a full load and he had just gotten home but understood about the newborn and would make something happen. Low and behold first thing the following morning him and Joshua were at my house.

They had all the parts they needed and had it back up and going within a hour. I am new to midland and don't know anybody or what companies are reasonable or reliable, but I got lucky on this one. They were very friendly and very professional. I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to anybody that asks. I cannot express the wonderful experience we have had with Darville Company. Sandra our AC technician is so knowledgeable and by far the best EVER technician I have ever seen. She not only fixed my home's a/c unit, after several appointment with another AC company and several AC technicians, but she also fixed my parents A/C unit after 3 days of another company coming to service it and then never came back to fix it.

She knew what the problem was before we even finished telling her what the A/C unit had been doing. At first I thought I was having issues with my thermostat. Furnace/AC was not reacting to anything I put on the thermostat. Dan Igo came and went through a procedure to determine what the problem was. Fuse kept blowing out even with a new thermostat. He replaced the fuse and the transformer and even came the next day to check in. He explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciate for the sake of knowledge. AC and furnace is working good now. Fair price for everything. Should also give credit to the Raul who helped me last year from Darville. Company really does hire great people.

My daughter call for service. She was told it would probably be the next day. But Daniel Kirbie was able to get out here to work on the clogged toilet the same day, thank God! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing or going to do to get the toilet unclogged. He tried everything, up on the roof, inside and out drain and finally got it working.

He also let the company know that it was going to take him a little longer at our house so they could send someone else to his other jobs. Over all we are very happy with the work Daniel did and also explaining everything to us. And I ask Darville if he could come out and replace the other toilet another day. We would definitely recommend Darville air conditioning and plumbing to others.

Service people were all friendly but the first two guys left without checking to see if the heater worked and just took payment (I was putting baby down for a nap so wasn't present during this exchange). I had to call and have another two guys come out to complete the job. They were quick and friendly and the job was completed but wish it would've been taken care of the first go around and that the first two guys would've been more thorough. Isaac and the man he was with (I didn't catch his name) were fantastic. They alone took this review from a 3 to a 4.

My shower needed to be repaired and my water was cut off, I called Darville and Angela was very kind and courteous. She said, unfortunately, that no one was available till Monday but that she would try to get someone. An hour later, she called and a service guy was headed my way. Marvin and Daniel were very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. Marvin said they could repair it, no problem, it was fixed in an hour and a half! They did a great job and even saved me some money! I highly recommend this company.

This is the first time I've ever had an emergency with my drain. Of coarse it was after hours & I was trying to wait until morning to call for a repair man or in my case repair woman! Lina returned my call & arrived at my home promptly & I actually felt more comfortable because she was female & I live alone. She quickly located the problem & fixed it. Nick & Jeffry traveled to Jeff Davis county to help troubleshoot and fix a plumbing issue. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it even faster. Very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and communication of these two employees. Would definitely recommend!

Oh the joys of discovering your sewer line is still the dreaded "Orangeburg". After three years of seasonal slow drains and occasional backups, I finally called in the Pros at Darville. When they installed a proper clean out, they found the original sewer line was a relic from the early 50's called Orangeburg. The next project was the replacement of all 60ft with brand new PVC. I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, and the overall dedication to serving the customer every team member displayed thru this project.

I've had the The Darville Company out to fix my AC and then I had the plumbers out to unclog a kitchen drain. Both were very good experiences. They called, were on time, politely introduced themselves and got right to work. I will use them again the need arises. They do seem to be fairly pricey so you might compare. It was over $300 to unclog my drain. Now, maybe that is just the going rate in our area. The AC repair was around $200- which seemed very reasonable as they were out twice and it was a very hot week! But the professionalism was great!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY This company did some faulty work on a property I own a few years back and after a couple of attempts to notify them for their faulty work, they never showed up to correct the deficiencies. My corporate never paid the bill as the work should have been warrantied. Regardless, this company has since illegally placed collection notice on my personal credit report piercing the corporate veil.

This is illegal. I have contacted them a few times since and spoken to a couple of folks and most recently Mitzey in the office but she never returned my call nor did the owner. I have reached out to one of my attorneys today and plan to take this into a legal matter as they have completely disregarded my attempts by not returning my call nor fixed the issue. I strongly advise all to not do business with company's who conducts business in an illegal matter.

So today I had this company come out and give me an estimate for a gas line and also to unstop a bath tub drain. They did not think they could get to me today, but called me and told me they had an opening and could they come out. Alan arrived promptly as he said he would. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Gave me the estimate to run gas to our fireplace and also for a stove. Afterwords he snaked our tub, and got it draining much better than what it had been. In the future if I need plumbing services I will definitely call Darville plumbing.

Great company with great employees. Our A/C went out on what was the hottest day of the summer this year. Called Darville at 6 p.m and their technicians showed up in a very timely manner. The techs were Vincent and Sean and they were both very professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this company to everyone.
