I was very impressed with mark. I had a new gas line put in and they worked their butts off in this heat having to go through clechy rock. Very good job. Thank y'all so much for sending Mark.

Fixed my water heater, but charged me more than I expected. It was between $300-$400 for replacing the control valve. That was just labor--the part was covered by warranty. Maybe that's standard, but it feels like a lot for 1 hour of work. Service: Water heater repair

Bobby and the team were awesome and got done in the original allotted 3days - even though I added two more installations. I have been amazed at the quality of their work. If you need something done, be sure and ask first for the project manager - Bobby Luna and he will design your project and get a team on it right away. somehow he got my appliances within a day of ordering.

I have not had that experience in the past. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. Please call City Plumbing for all of your air conditioning, furnace, toilets, on demand hot water heaters and ask about anything else you need. They are trustworthy and professional - and they can do anything that needs to be done!

NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE! They came in to repair my hot water lines, cut up 17 holes all over my house, and then before they finished said they have a bigger job that came up and are going to leave. They left me and my family with no hot water! Now I have to find somebody else to finish.

Texted with the company and told them the pilot light would not stay on. Plumbing 101.bad thermocouple. I was specific in my text that I had an AO Smith water heater. Plumber and helper arrived. Went to water heater. Told me there was too much dog hair on the floor. He lit the pilot light and said it was fixed. I told him that once the burner stops the pilot light has to be lit again. Again, plumbing 101.if the pilot light does not stay lit get suspicious of the thermocouple.

I tried to tell him that and he said no. It has to be the control panel and it would cost me at least $200,00 plus installation. He then said it would be better to get a new water heater for $1600.00. I asked him again about the thermocouple and he said they did not know anything about A O Smith water heaters. If you don't know about that brand be up front and don't come.

So they wrote a ticket for $120,00 which i paid. I vacuumed the dog hair and guess what. I still need a thermocouple. So everytime someone uses hot water I have to relite the pilot light. So basically I paid $120.00 to be told they don't know what they were doing. This makes me sad to have to write this. I have been doing business with City Plumbing for over 30 years and this was the worst service I have ever got from them.

Horrible! They do not stand behind their work. Even when it is their mistake. While we were renting this company was called out to fix out guest bathroom's sink because it was always clogged and also clogging the master's sink.
