Tile Elements

This store is different from other tile stores because it offers free service from designers. We redid our master bathroom and were lucky enough to have Jessica as our designer. She is so knowledgeable. Not only did she helped us choosing the different tiles, she was also extremely patient with us. I can be a pain, because it takes me many trips to the store to finally decide what to buy. I absolutely recommend this place. George was super helpful as well.

Tile floor is 30+ years old and tile size is no longer available. Tile elements found someone to copy and make 30 tiles for my project! So happy with the end result! Highly recommend Tile Elements for their professionalism, exceptional products and willingness to work out difficult issues! Thank you!

This review is late but our contractor recommended we go here for selection and service. Couldn't be happier we had an associate help us through the maze and we selected a tile for an accent wall. Earlier this week I returned to the store for a few more pieces for another area but sadly the title we had selected was discontinued. Nonetheless Glen located some additional pieces. This was not a big order but the service was big in time and effort! We'll be going back and recommending Tile Elements versus the chaotic shops in Anaheim!

We were working on a DIY kitchen update and needed tile for the backsplash. Had absolutely NO idea what we wanted. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Found a couple things we liked and they sent us home with samples. The one we liked needed to be ordered and pick up a few days later was really quick and easy. You can tell just being in the showroom how knowledgeable and helpful all the staff members are. I can't imagine buying tile from anywhere else now.

I needed more of a certain tile and was recommended here by Tileshop. I spoke to Glen, whom was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me that my tiles will be ready the following Thursday. I placed the purchase over the phone and the following Friday, I received a call from Robert that the items are ready for pickup. What an amazing experience!

Purchased Sonoma Tilemakers Stellar tile from Tile Elements. The decorative liner from the Stellar collection did not have sufficient glaze coloring on the sides as it did on the face. I went back to Tile Elements to express my disappointment at Sonoma Tilemakers decorative liner lack of color on the sides. Tile Elements submitted a special order requesting additional color be added to one side of the decorative edge liner at no cost to me. Great customer service!

During our visit to Tile Elements, Jessica met my wife and I when we first walked in, and give us her entire attention the whole time we were there. She was extremely helpful in assisting us pick out the tile for our bathroom. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we have decided to purchase our tile from Tile Elements.

Our neighbor recommended Tile Elements. We purchased stone panels from floor to ceiling surrounding our new fireplace. Their showroom is beautiful with a wonderful assortment of tiles, stone and countertop materials. The staff is very professional and service oriented, product is quality and timely with delivery of product. Highly recommend!

It was Sunday morning, I picked up tile on Saturday. A mistake on my end left me short of tile. I was in a bind. I called Glen at 1030 on Sunday morning and he was very alert and met me at Tile Elements within the hour so I could purchase and pick up the tile I needed to stay on my timeline. I worked with both Glenn and Christy on a full house remodel. They couldn't have been more helpful and patient as we changed our order a few times. Tile Elements showroom has everything you could want and a team that makes the process seamless. My contractor picked up the tile and said that process was smooth as well. So I happened to stop by this location because they were local. However to make sure I wouldn't miss something in product availability, options or possibly just suffer buyers remorse for lack of research, I ventured off to state college where they have an abundance of vendors. I literally went into every vendors shop and without a doubt Tile Element is by far the best location to conduct business.

Their show room is clean, organized and intimate. The layout from show room, to service products, to shop tools, to warehouse and customer service is a prime example they practice what they preach and you will get the same quality and attention to detail when inviting them into a project. This is the type of business that knows it's products, how to draw up a plan, delegate the duties and complete it with quality client interaction.

For our remodel, Tile Elements had the best showroom to help us navigate our quality & style of tile. Their numerous tile choices and helpful staff offering great advice from coordinating style, install tips like choosing grout color, and their warehouse staff helping fill the order accurately. I highly recommend their business for your next tile project.

Wow. Got here at 7:05. Yelp hours states they are open at 7am. Got up early drove 45 minutes to closed doors. I wish someone would update their hours. Other tile places are open at 7am. What a waste of a drive. Needed to purchase 1400 sq feet of tile too. Shame

Purchased about 900 square feet of tile. Jessica primarily assisted with the tile selection and provided her feedback only after gaining an understanding on what look I was going for. She truly tried to provide ideas when needed and give reasonable alternatives when asked. The one issue I had was that my install time table was thrown off when the tile i had ordered was sold to someone else.

I was told by Tile elements that this was an error on their supplier's side but understood why I would t be happy that I would have to wait 6 weeks for my tile to arrive. Tile elements provided a small discount for the inconvenience and overall provided great service.

Had to match an existing tile. Tile Elements were able to find the same tile but were $3.00 per tile cheaper. Could not be happier.
