Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible service and very dishonest with what they sent, I have never written a review but I could not standby and let other people deal with them. I am disappointed that a company like this has no customer courtesy. Thank you Oracle for giving my a valuable lesson and this consumer will not be recommending or dealing with you again.

Buy DIRECTLY from Oracle Tile & Stone! Four years ago I bought 4" x 4" marble tiles from a home improvement store that no longer carries them. I found similar tiles on Amazon but recent feedback documented breakage, so I called the phone number I found in response to a years-old question. WARNING - the Amazon listing now represents a different vendor and includes feedback to the new vendor as well as old feedback to Oracle Tile & Stone. Mutlu answered all my questions and helped me figure out the total cost, including shipping.

I ordered 10/13 and the tiles arrived from across the country on 10/17, very carefully wrapped and shipped. Although the total was a few dollars more than I would have spent on Amazon, the quality is BETTER than the tiles I bought from the home improvement store years ago - all edges are rounded, not just the corners, and there are no wild variations in appearance. I wish they were closer so I could take advantage of other services as well. I will definitely forego future searches and order directly from Oracle Tile & Stone again.

We were kind of in a pinch. We bought some tile and needed more but our original place ran out. I found this place online and realized they were local. Mustafa was friendly, direct, and kind. Even gave us a discount when we didn't ask for one because he didn't have to ship it.

Very helpful staff. Samples come quickly and On several occasions I was astounded at the quickness with which they replied to my email inquiries- within minutes. I have been searching for various tiles for months and they have outdone their competition by far. Their prices are very good too. So far I am pleased with the quality of the tiles they have sent me.

I ordered multiple face plates from Oracle through Ebay. The 3 toggle plate was defective. I am out $32.99. Oracle did not replace it.

If the world had more people like MUSTAFA it would be a much better place. As busy as this fella is he is one of the most helpful guys around. On numerous occasions he has gone above and beyond to help us out with a major bathroom remodel, pricing is fantastic. Thanks a lot!

We have had two excellent experiences buying marble tile here, both in terms of the quality and beauty of the marble, and the customer service. We shopped in person for carrara marble in different sizes and patterns for bathroom floor and walls. I deeply appreciated that the people we worked with were more than willing to bring out and show us different possibilities, and then carefully selected tiles with us so that the background shades and patterns would work well throughout the project. We've worked with several different sales people there -- most recently Erick and Mustafa -- and they were patient and helpful. Sometimes, if there are a bunch of people in line ahead of you, you have to wait a bit.

But when it's your turn, they take the time to help you find exactly what you have in mind, and even to develop a design plan for your marble if you want that assistance. Perhaps my favorite things we purchased there are their custom made niches for shower and bathtub. They're lovely.

These guys are fabulous to work with, even though I don't live locally. Everything top quality, and they are thoughtful about keeping your shipping costs down. I must have added to my order 3-4 times.each time happy. I highly recommend--but do your measuring ahead of time.

I came here looking for them because I need new tiles for my kitchen and forgot their location. I realized I never left a review from my first visit a few years back so here it is! A few years ago I purchased tile for my parent's kitchen and bathroom remodel from Oracle (pics attached)--Mustafa helped me and I had a great experience. The prices were competitive, they have TONS of options, and it's cheaper to buy in person than online with delivery. It's shocking to see so many poor reviews and I hope they haven't changed! I'll update my review accordingly after my kitchen remodel.

Terrible. Bought product from them - they shipped it and arrived broken Refused to stand behind their product and service. In the process of getting them removed from Amazon as a supplier. They are not compliant with the Amazon terms and conditions. Do no use. Not honorable. Customer service is awful. Do not buy from them. Awful.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. The quality of the product seems OK, but the customer service and customer care are simply horrible. I had purchased about 50 large tile mosaics for a kitchen backsplash. Purchased them off the website. The description was incorrect, so when I received them, I decided to return them. To do that, I had to drive the packages down to their store in Anaheim.

When I got there, despite the return being their fault, I was told that they would charge me a $75 restocking fee. That was never mentioned in the return paperwork, in the original purchase documents, or anywhere else. To add insult to injury, The sales associate that was helping me, had a smirky smile and a shitty attitude. Bottom line, is that if you want tile, and good customer service, go elsewhere. There is plenty of options in Southern California, where you do not need to give business to people like this.

Worst Customer service EVER! Total rip off. Do NOT buy tile from this place. I wanted to return my tile that cost me $421. They told me if I refused receipt of the tile, that they would automatically charge me $360 in "shipping and handling fees". which makes absolutely NO sense. When I challenged them on this, they hung up on me.

Just picked up some Cappuccino bullnose marble (yes, I said marble) pencil liners from Mustafa. From the minute we walked in, we received professional and friendly service with our purchase. We had shopped at numerous Home Depots and Lowe's in our area and could not find what we wanted. Shopped AMAZON and found a price that was outstanding for high quality marble from Oracle. Checked their location and found them in Anaheim. Drove out there and received the same low, low price as on AMAZON. Their showroom is fantastic and they have a large selection of tile. Will not hesitate to shop there again!

Purchased about $2,000 of tile from oracle via Amazon. Was very skeptical because of the negative yelp reviews but their prices and test sample tile I ordered were to good to pass up. I was preparing myself for a bumpy road with them given the yelp reviews but I experienced great customer service, extremely fast shipping, and prompt email communication and responses.

I ran into one problem with needing more tile and them being sold out, but they quickly located more tile and shipped it out to me ASAP. Spoke to 2 different people at this company and both were very friendly and went over and beyond to be sure I was happy. Thank you guys so much!

This was my Amazon review for 2" Honed Carrera Marble. I'm posting on yelp because Amazon rejected my review. Amazon could not post it because it "wasn't the product I purchased".well no crap, I didn't purchase the junk they sent me because they stole some other person's ad capturing the sale - which is an illegal Amazon practice. *********** I purchased this item once and received my order of honed tiles perfectly fine.

I noticed that the item listing had the Oracle Tile name in my order history; it should have come from Stone Center Online as I ordered samples from Stone Center directly before buying from Amazon. I needed additional tile so I emailed and called Oracle asking if they would honor the original price of $7.90 per square and he said no. Also quick to say, "it's is the going rate is and that it's cheaper than other places".

I asked if the quality would be the same because I was concerned of the discrepancy of both price and Seller. He quickly said, "Ya, ya, and make sure you order from us on Amazon." I received my new tile and more than half the order was a different shade, and ALL the tiles had a different finish. They were supposed to be honed carrara as the listing clearly states.

I am not even sure what I got because it seems like it was textured to be polished but never done. I didn't get the smooth white finish I did from my original order. This purchase has delayed my remodel and cost me contractor time. Additionally, I think the seller Oracle Tile is using another listing to acquire his own sales. When I called Amazon, they confirmed no order was ever made to Stone Center, only Oracle.

When I went to rate the product, it took me to Stone Center's listing. I am manually posting this to the Oracle listing for appropriate feedback to THEIR product. I am waiting to see if they send me the replacements quickly and hoping it isn't junk. Until then I am giving them 1 star. ******** Also, received an email saying that the item was in fact what I ordered and has variations if you don't order closely. THIS WASN'T THE SAME TILE!

I will be disputing with both Amazon and my CC for a refund but buyer beware. These guys are untruthful and rude. No accountability and are cheating good businesses that pay for Amazon ads.

Terrible experience with this place. Bought tile because the price was good. Color was NOT what it looked like online, and the marble pieces were falling off the netting that it comes on. A few tiles were chipped as well. The customer service experience was horrible. I paid hundred of dollars for a product that was not in good order, and they treated me like I was waisting their time for a mistake that was solely theirs. I was tossed around to a few different reps before being hung up on. Needless to say I will not shop here again, and recommend that you avoid it as well.

Horrible.owner Mustafa screamed and yelled at me because I questioned his products sold at a local tile store and on Amazon. The price difference is $17.00 per sq ft if you go pick it up, $19.00 via Amazon and $24.50 from my local tile store. When you need 300 sq ft. there's a big difference in price, actually several thousand dollars! Now he's cancelled my sample order I placed on Amazon and made all of the tile unavailable on Amazon. He's under investigation at Amazon and I was told he's been investigated before. Tread very carefully with this unscrupulous business!

Horrible customer service the woman hung up on me! Terrible product and they don't stand behind their product at all! Don't ever buy white Carrara from them it will rust and leave you with a horrible rust stains all throughout the tile. So far I have spent close to $2,000 on tile and a diamond certified installer to end up with floors that I will have to rip out. Don't ever do business with this company!

Really great service and materials. Mel is great and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. Smooth transaction. Remodeled 2 bath with Carrara white marble. My go to for marble buying. Showroom is gorgeous Staff friendly.

I just called to order some travertine tile to create a patch on my very complicated bathroom floor. The customer service was beyond amazing. The agent just spoke with me for nearly 30 minutes for an order of only 13 square feet of tile. The prices include shipping, and within California, it only takes a few days. The tile is a beautiful quality (from the samples I ordered), and I am looking forward to installing this tile as soon as I receive it.

If I need more stone tile, I would be delighted to order it from Oracle. I'd like to second Edmund - check out their Amazon storefront, which makes ordering your samples one click, but then get your actual order directly from Oracle. All your information from your Amazon order, except for your credit card number are stored on their system, which makes direct ordering a snap. The prices were great too!

One of the few "True" stone fabricators. Great work, excellent service, brilliant crafts.

The most amazing stone, quality cannot be beet. I exclusively use them for all projects.

We first learned of this place from their Amazon storefront, when we were shopping for honed carrara marble subway tile. Compared to the 3 or 4 other places that we shopped at, Oracle had a better selection at better prices (particularly as it pertained to honed carrara marble). The folks at Oracle helped us load 30+ boxes of tile (about 1,000+ pounds) into the back of my Prius (which I would not recommend, by the way). Overall, we were very happy with their product, service, and prices.

The only negative I can think of is that sales are generally final (per the purchase order). Since our contractor overestimated the amount of tile we needed, we were left with several boxes of unused product that we did not need and which we could not return. The folks at Oracle did say that, if it was within 30 days, they would have considered making an exception. However, the return policy was made clear to us at the time of purchase, so I cannot fault Oracle.

This update includes a few photos of my new bathroom that show the marble tiles I bought from Oracle. The project is not quite complete yet; but the photos will show the marble works. I had ran out of tiles in the midway of the work, and Mustafa went above and beyond to get me the same tiles quickly (a new shipment of the tiles I needed was stuck at the LA port with the US custom), so that my construction would not get delayed too much all the while sending me emails to keep me in the loop. Mustafa is truly great to work with. I highly recommend Mustafa and his shop.

Oracle has a huge selection of high quality marble and travertine in stock and ready for pickup at great prices. They have a large storefront on Amazon where you can browse most of their selection, but if you buy direct from them the prices are better. Like most tile shops, they give discounts when you buy higher quantities. Oracle's specialty seems to be mosaics, and they also have many types of travertine to choose from. If you enjoy the look of natural stone you should definitely consider these guys.

I first came across Oracle Tile & Stone on Amazon.com while hunting for reasonably priced honed basketweave carrara marble mosaic and matching 12"x12" field tile for our master bath update. I had originally purchased samples from a competitor, but when I saw Oracle was in Anaheim (woo-hoo!), the hubby and I dashed on over. The showroom was conveniently located off the 5 & Katella NB exit.

The tricky part is finding the showroom, as we didn't see a visible sign outside (watch for the "1645"). Upon entering, we entered what looked to be a waiting room, and was then met by a very nice salesperson who whisked us off to their huge warehouse. He quickly showed us exactly what we were looking for. and there was so much of it. Yippee!

He took us to their modestly sized showroom to explore black border options for our mosaic (see the pic). He provided excellent suggestions, and even sent us off to nearby place to check out an option he currently didn't have in stock. When it came to talk pricing, he led us to his huge office (thought it was weird a salesperson had such a nice office!).

He met and beat his competitors' pricing. Hallelujah! We scheduled a time to come back and pick up our field and border tile, so that the marble was all from the same "batch" (it would have similar markings). He even personally loaded our box of mosaics in our car. At the end, he handed us his business card. Mustafa Cesur, President. Holy moly!
