They are professional and good workers. Very fair price. Highly recommend them.

This company re-did my neighbors fence and they threw the remaining fence pieces and LOTS of trash into my yard. They made no attempt to fix this, as we were not their clients. Subsequently, we've had someone on our property who stepped on one of the pieces they left and got a nail through their shoe and into their foot - sending them to the emergency room in the middle of a pandemic.

Thank goodness it wasn't one of my kids! All Fencing has not returned my call and has not made any attempt to clean the trash or remaining fence pieces they left. I am now paying for an independent service to come help with this because it will require a truck to haul away the massive amounts of wood and nails they left behind.

We had a great experience with All Fence. I wanted a metal driveway gate for durability over time, and priced out a custom-built aluminum gate (insane!), a semi-custom iron gate (still over $5k), and finally re-hanging the vintage scroll-top twisted wire and iron gate that came with our house. The iron and aluminum contractors would barely return my phone calls or emails for a re-hang job, and I called All Fence in frustration.

All Fence sent a ballpark estimate via email from photos, then Pete, who I believe is the owner, came out and wrote up a detailed estimate, including a drawing, which I appreciate, because it means I can compare estimates easily and be sure of what I'm getting, and the installers can be confident about what they're doing. It was a reasonable price, they were fast (quoted a 6 week wait, but fit me in withing 3 weeks), they sometimes even send crews on a Saturday (great for us because I wanted to be there), and they did all of the small stuff that makes me really, really happy -- added no rust primer when they found out I'd be painting the posts, added a no-hands hold-back that I didn't think about, added a welded-on chain for toddler-proofing, and "sandwiched" the small bit of fencing between bars where it was welded to the posts, so that there was nothing sharp. Pete also came out to be sure the crew knew exactly what I wanted -- this is often NOT the case with contractors, where the original estimator is nowhere to be seen on installation day.

The installation crew (George & Francisco, in our case) were lovely & considerate, and asked the right questions at the right time (how high I wanted the posts, and how far set back from the sidewalk, how high from the surface of the driveway, etc). I got a beautiful, safe, easy-swing-and-catch solution from a recycled gate for about 15% of the cost of a custom-built one. And they were friendly and actually replied to emails & phone calls. Couldn't be more happy!

This company had a solid recommendation from a neighbor I trust, but his experience was from several years ago so apparently things have changed. I called for an appointment at the end of May and was told that earliest time for an estimate was 6 weeks. I realize that this is a busy season for any contractor, but 6 weeks for an estimate seemed a bit much, but I took it as a sign of just how busy (good) they were. Apparently, they are so busy that they completely blew off their appointment with me, no postponement, no phone call, nada.

I had made some serious changes to my schedule to be home for that visit and was not a happy camper when the end of the day rolled around and there was no sign of them. I at least figured that there would be an apologetic phone call, but here it is a week later and nothing. I may be good work if you can get it, but I'll never know for sure. And considering their performance so far, I doubt it.

This vendor lacks all the qualities which make for even satisfactory service and customer experience. The front office, scheduling, responsiveness and most importantly quality assurance and control are non-existent. And apparently there are no workmanship standards as different technicians perform vastly different and even use different supplies. The amount of time I had to spend for them to redo incorrect work was abysmal, and costed me a lot time, thus money. Based on the sheer amount of our time they wasted I strongly felt they should have reimburse me for the time I lost since I also lost potential earnings with all the time wasted with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS VENDOR, instead if you want quality, responsiveness, timeliness I recommend Cuevas Lumber & Fence (Marvin and his crew are great).

The only fencing company to use if you live on the Peninsula. I cannot speak more highly of All Fence Company, having just had installed a beautiful new horizontal cedar wood fence. From the very first telephone inquiry, I was dealt with politely, professionally and total competence. Marcie is a delight to work with and Pete and the crew communicative, flexible and efficient. While putting on the final coat of sealer at the week-end, 5 neighbors or passers stopped by to say how lovely the fence looks - now that's a testament all in itself.

These guys are great to deal with - they delivered at all levels. Service is excellent, crew was professional, fence was constructed as promised. We had both new fence and existing post replacements work completed. Outstanding in all regards. I especially appreciated the onsite crew that were amazingly good at what they do, and working with Eric on fine tuning our quote. Big thumbs up fo All Fence.
