Excellent company with integrity and honest employees. Guys came out to do a Vent cleaning and I asked them to check it out first and examine how dirty it was before starting the job and to see if it really needed a clean. Orlando Rios to a look at it and showed me the results and thankfully it was still pretty clean and I didn't need waste my money, Thx. will definitely be calling this guys back when I need any work done.

Pretty irritated with this company. We had an appointment last week however I had to leave for work so I called first thing in the morning to cancel and reschedule for today. Well our new appt was 1pm and guess who didn't show up today? I didn't even get the same courtesy call I gave them. On a prior visit I had also asked them for a quote for grout cleaning and was told the tech could do that when they get there.
I mentioned this to the tech and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they would call later with the quote and I never got that call. At this point I will look elsewhere

The one-star reflects the dishonest management that did not stand by its word of what would be done for a specific price. The guys who came out to do the work were courteous and professional. A job was agreed upon over the phone - shame on me for not getting it in writing, because despite months of calls explaining to office staff that the job was not complete, I only heard from management when they wanted to collect in full on their bill. Look elsewhere - Lubbock is full of good, honest businesses, but this one is not that.

Lubbock Steamer Restoration came out today to steam clean all the air ducts, return, and a/c-furnace area and to clean the carpets then Scotchguard. Kohl Angeley and Orlando Rios arrived 15 minutes early, to do a quick walk-thru, which was great. They were both professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, exhibiting excellent customer service, while keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Breathing and air quality is already very much improved! From the first phone call, free estimate, to completion of services; top-notch quality! I highly recommend Lubbock Steamer Restoration! I will definitely hire them again.

I had Lubbock Steamer come to Big Spring 2 hours away to clean my grandmothers carpet. The ladies in the office were very kind answering the phone and willing to work with my schedule. I was kind of nervous about them being on time since they were in Lubbock. But, no they were very timely and professional. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were very nice.
They moved all of her furniture with care and left the place looking and smelling amazing. They even did give me a heads up about the slipping hazard of my grandmother going from the carpet (since it would take a few hours to dry) to her tile. I was very grateful for that! I just simply placed her bath mats right on the tile surface to remind her to dry her shoes. They were great and affordable! We will absolutely be calling them again. Great job Lubbock Steamer!

Teresa, Michelle, Sam, and all of the staff at Lubbock Steamer are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I use them professionally for my business and they have been able to assist me on the fly MULTIPLE times! The staff that they employ for both carpet cleaning and General cleaning are TOP-NOTCH. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional! I call Lubbock Steamer usually 2-3 times a week for work and every time I call Teresa, Michelle and Sam always greet me by name and make me feel like part of the family! Tomas with the carpet cleaning is extremely attentive to detail and VERY knowledgeable!
