Christen was beyond considerate with the situation at hand. I rented a carpet extractor only to have it go out on me. She went above & beyond to get me scheduled the same day to get this problem I caused under control & im more than appreciative knowing that! Thank you to the amazing reps & technicians!

A technician called me to cancel my appointment for a quote. We discussed over the phone what I was needing. When I received the email of the itemized quote, it didn't include what we discussed and would ultimately be more than expected. Called the front office to discuss, was repeatedly interrupted and we talked in circles. I called a different company.

Cleaned vents at my and my son's house. Arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up any mess. The appointments were easy to schedule, and everyone I dealt with, including the techs, were polite, respectful, and accommodating. Would not hesitate to use them again

I highly recommend this company. The office was able to schedule me for a free estimate right away. Adam came out and gave me a quote which was in the ballpark of what I was willing to spend (a little less). He was profession, polite, friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Adam and his teammate (I can't remember his name) came out today and did an amazing job on our living room and hallway carpet.

They even cleaned my area rug and put it outside to dry. They are friendly accommodating, deal well with dogs as we have a beagle, and she is very friendly and loves people and the guys were great with her. They were done in 30 minutes and left my carpet and rug looking clean and smelling great. I will definitely be using Adam and Carpet Tech again. Thank you for doing a fantastic job and at such a reasonable price, it is so good to know I now have a carpet cleaning guy.

I hired carpet tech to clean and seal my shower grout. Wow they did an amazing job! Fast and quality work, my shower looks pristine. Ryan farmer did my work, he's a customer focused and honest guy. I would love to have him back for other projects as they come up.

Came out on time. Did the whole house in under an hour and was done. Carpets dried quickly.

I reached out through this app and they automatically asked for my phone number and called ASAP to schedule and made it for the next day. Great customer service. The cleaners were very professional and knowledgeable.

My dog spilled a quart of wall paint onto my carpet and couch. It was everywhere. I called Carpet Tech at 3:36 pm, asking if they could please come that same day. Technicians arrived at 4:05 pm. They were helpful, realistic and done by 4:30! We can barely see where the paint spilled, and the carpet looks pretty good. Definitely recommend them for their customer service and amazing work!

My Carpet Tech today was Jerid Pridmore and one other gentleman. They came right on time, I really appreciated the Text Alert prior to their arrival with information about my carpet tech, his certifications & some background info. It also had a picture which is helpful so I know who to look out for when someone comes to the door. Another thing I really appreciate was the protective guards they set out so that none of my furniture or walls would get ruined or chipped when they walk by with their machine.

They were very well prepared. I had really bad stains prior to them coming out and was really nervous thinking they wouldn't be able to get them out because my stains were really bad. However they were able to get every stain out and my carpet's look brand new again, & they smell amazing! We are extremely happy and will continue to use them in the future.

Unfortunately I really wanted to give CT/Pool Check a 5 star rating as they've been great in the past. Well I got their Pool Check division to install an Autocover for our pool. I understand it was their first one to do. Honestly had they said we've don't install those I would have been fine with that. But according to the manufacturer it should have only taken 2-3 days MAX to install it.

It took CT 4 MONTHS. That is unacceptable in my opinion. On top of that, their crew left their water bottles and empty cardboard boxes and pieces of rope they cut in our yard. I had to pick that all up. They did do a good job on the installation itself however. But really since it was their first time installing one of these, they should have dedicated three days to the installation. So I'm really just upset about the installation time since it's a project that cost me $13,000.

Lex is the best carpet tech I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and helpful! They came out to clean our carpets and did an amazing job. After that they came back to do a touch up at no charge.

We had a wonderful experience with Carpet Tech! Customer service was great! Easy scheduling and a reminder phone call. Adam and his teammate showed up on time, walked through the house to give a quote, and were very knowledgeable about the types of carpet and rugs we had. They were great even with the chaos of kids and dogs in the house, and were done in less than an hour! The price was also great! We will definitely have them back regularly!

Carpet Tech did a great job cleaning the carpets when we moved into an apartment. The floors were very dirty and heavily stained. Two guys came and got most the stains out. It looked good. They were on time, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service. We needed three Persian rugs and a sofa cleaned, and they came right out to give us an estimate. We scheduled them to come by the next week, and they arrived on time and prepared to work hard. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Levi and Dakota were congenial and diligent. This company is amazing! First, I was in the process of moving out of my house when they showed up to clean the carpets, and they helped me move my heavy furniture without hesitation! They were the nicest guys! Second, they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets! They got a massive stain out of the living room carpet, and I couldn't have been more pleased! USE THIS COMPANY!

I had carpet tech come out to clean my carpets the week before my son was born. The team that came out was fantastic, as they have been all the times I have used them, and I told them about why I was having my carpets cleaned. Later that week I had flowers delivered to my door congratulating me on my new addition from Carpet tech! You just don't see customer service like that often and a desire to go above and beyond. I didn't need another reason to continue to be a repeat customer but they are my go to for floor cleaning.

This winter we had a flood where I work. Carpet Tech came to the rescue! They came in with industrial fans and a crew of employees and they were so professional and unobtrusive to our work environment it was amazing. Thanks Carpet Tech

It makes me sad to even put a 2 star rating because I think they are great at cleaning carpets. However, their construction side doesn't match up. I understand it is difficult to find good builders/remodelers in this town, well, unless you're building a home over $750, 000 anyway. It's even harder to find good sub contractors, I get it. But, because of the name, I thought this construction company would be different.

I was completely wrong. The job itself has taken too much time, has had terrible customer service and has proven to be a total disappointment. My advice, stick to cleaning carpets or make some major changes. We were really hoping we had found a company who could "do it all" for us, but I guess not. I will always use you guys for my carpets but will never use the construction side again.

I was very pleased with the job that they did for us. They were going to be late so they called to let us know that they were running late. Then they called to let us know they were on the way. We really appreciate that. We have spent lots of time waiting on servicemen that didn't let us know there was a problem and we really appreciate someone who will think of the customer and not just themselves. The carpet looks wonderful and we will definitely use them again.

Everytime I use Carpet Tech, I am amazed how great they really are. I wouldn't use any one else. They cleaned areas of my carpet that I thought would be impossible. This last time, I had them clean my den and sunroom furniture.

I recently purchased an 86 year old home and was in need of wood floor restoration. Some of the boards had cracked and were on the verge of falling through. Carpet Tech came out quickly and repaired/replaced all of the weak spots in my floor. Right after they left, another board broke and they came back to fix it free of charge. Every staff member I came in contact with at Carpet Tech was highly professional and friendly. They make every effort to keep a clean work area and made sure that I was happy with their work before leaving. I highly recommend Carpet Tech!

I have had to use Carpet Tech three times since buying this house in 1995. Every time they came out the team did a excellent job! From a totally flooded house when the water heater failed while we were on a RV trip for over 3 months to a flooded basement when a water line in the ally failed. Always on time and great follow up each day until everything is totally dry. Highly recommended!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had all my flooring cleaned which includes hard wood and tile as well as white carpet. When they were finished, it all looked brand new. With other companies in the past, I've had trouble with appointment times and rude employees. My experience with Carpet Tech was phenomenal. The men that came to service my floors were punctual, friendly, and efficient. I would suggest Carpet Tech to anyone that needs their services and plan to use them in the future!
