My a/c went out at my house during the heat of the day. I called All American and the said they could get to me the next day which worked good for me. What was most impressive is that they called later that same day with an opening. They stopped by and got it fixed (on the same day that I called) Very proffesional and prompt. Couldn't have asked for a better company to do business with. Very professional and good people. I contacted three other company's and outside of paying a ridiculous service charge only to listen to there high sell tactics. I paid the Ninety dollars and they left. No I would not have left my keys with them

Wow. What a great experience. I got four quotes from different companies when our 1979 HVAC system needed replaced. We didn't go with the cheapest or the most expensive, we went with the company that we trusted the most. Frank took his time to measure rooms, explain the different options and costs, and available rebates. When our furnace actually broke a few days later before the replacement was installed, they sent their best guy (in my humble opinion, thank you Gary!) to get us back up and running until the new install was complete.

The crew that handled the install was kind to our pets, courteous to me (I work from home), and left my basement and back yard in better shape than they found it. The company handled our KCPL rebate too, and we've already received it less than six weeks later. Seriously. We are first time homeowners, and this has given us a confidence boost in having chosen a company that did such a great job. Also, we love the travel coffee cups and candies they sent as a thank you. We will use All American for every HVAC need we have going forward, but my guess is that won't be for a long while.

We had then out on Friday December 17th. There tech was standoffish and kind rude to my wife. But it was the end of the day on Friday he may of had a bad day. I don't know. But anyways after what seemed like 2 hours he said he repaired it and left. The next day our house was cold and heat would not kick on. This is were the 5 stars come in. I called the company and informed them it wasn't working but I could not afford to pay another service fee and labor charge.

They sent a older guy out my wife said was super nice. He was on our house for what seemed like 5 minutes and left. Found the problem repaired it and was on his way. The company did not charge us for this. They made it right and we're very polite about it.

Chris came out to fix our kid's home air conditioning as they were at work. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had the unit fixed and on his way in a about 45 minutes. This company is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The owner Frank is top notch. He helped our current situation in our house tremendously. Before our new furnace and air conditioner are duct work was too small and did not blow enough air through the home. He was able to help substantially and the difference is night and day. He has a customer for life.

Gary with All American has come out several times to fix issues with our AC and heating. He's always honest, on time, and courteous. He's fixed every issue the same day and for an extremely affordable price. There's no one else I'd want coming to help and I highly recommend contacting All American for any of your heating/cooling needs!
