Owner operator business we have been using for over 10 years. He is always on time, quick and efficient. We have had problems with ants and he tracked them all the way down our street a few years ago to solve the problem. One year we had a bee hive in our tree and he was there within hours to get rid of them-Good thing too, since Hubby is allergic!

When our neighbors put in palm trees we had a problem with Scorpions and again, the owner was one call away and out within 24 hours. I can't think of a single thing to say that is not glowing. Dr Death will be my pest control one stop for as long as we have our home!

For the longest time I was having issues with scorpions at my place. I was constantly finding them in the backyard, garage, and even inside the house. Dr. Death, Trevor, has been our "bug guy" for over 10 years. We recently sold our home and the worst part was knowing that we will lose Dr. Death. I have never seen a bug in my home. A few dead ones outside, but never one (alive or dead) in our home. Dr. Death (Trevor) will always be our "go-to" exterminator. We are moving out of the area. That is the only reason we will no longer be working with Dr. Death.

Excellent business. Most of the times when I have concerns about a service or company in Las Vegas I get a lot of attitude back for no reason. But this company is different, and reached out personally to make sure they are on their A game. I have had two services with them on a bimonthly basis and so far I am impressed. I had one concern and they really went to investigate it and make sure their quality of work is on point, in which case it was, and just my tenant's fault.

This guy knows his stuff. I have been using Dr. Death for 7 years, I have never had a problem he couldn't resolve. If you want someone who will be completely honest with you, this is the guy to call. We call Dr death company and they came on time to the appointment and the guy call Trevor was very detailed on his explanations on how to fix the problem and what to expect, and the steps to follow. Wow, I've never been treated with such disrespect ever when calling a business. I called this morning to request an emergency service and the person answering the phone just said, "dr death how can I help you?". So I asked who was I speaking too so I could use their name, he flat out said, "you don't need to know that". I said, ok hang on my name is Lee, I know your name isn't dr death, who am I speaking too.

The kid flat out said, "we're not going to be able to help you and hung up." What happened to customer service, or introducing yourself so we know who we're talking too? What happens if the service is messed up or something goes wrong and I want to call back and speak to the person that I originally spoke too? I guess they really don't care about setting up new accounts or how many people I'm now going to tell NOT to use their service.

Have used Trevor at Dr. Death for about 5 years. Always prompt and efficient and very professional. When I had an ant infestation in my new house, Trevor brought special traps and got rid of them in a few days. Excellent service.

Trevor from Dr. Death is awesome. We are new to the area and had no idea what pests we were going to have to deal with here. I called the week we moved in, and Trevor was here the next day with tons of information and a plan of attack to help us with what problems we were coming across.
