I've known Jon for over a decade and use his service at every home I've moved to. Very professional and always attentive to any new concerns that come up. I haaaaate roaches. Like literal 'fear of god' hate. And John is sooo nice every time I call in a panic (once at my place of work, and now for my home). I'm really grateful for this company and their prompt service, they charge fair prices and really care.

Abbott Pest Control performs pest control at our home and has for years. Jon is an amazing guy and we are so grateful for he and his technicians taking care of our family. We always feel safe and know if anything ever does come up, he will make sure to send someone right away to take care of the problem. Very professional approach to pest control usage. Also safe use of pet friendly chemicals to control and eradicate any pests there might be. One application every other month keeps my home bug free.

We're happy to have found Abbott Pest Control and really appreciate Nate's polite, prompt and helpful demeanor. He has always offered to go above and beyond where he can (locking gates, offering to bring in trash cans in from the street before closing gates up etc.) and answers all of our questions thoroughly. We haven't had any issues with scorpions since using their services, and have always been encouraged to call for a free spray if we do.

All communications and scheduling with the owner as well as techs have been friendly and helpful. We're new to Nevada, and are still adjusting to a lot, but creepy crawlers in the house are not part of it! We really hit gold with Abbott, and highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We had an ant problem recently and they were able to give us suggestions over the phone until they were able to come out the next day. A day later, no more ants!

I have had Abbott for seven months, they were fantastic and professional. They let me know when they were coming to the house. Always checking if I had any concerns. They were great! When I first moved to my rental house I saw roaches but after they sprayed, there was no issue. I was concerned about my little dog but we kept in inside until the next day and again no issues there. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I like that I can trust a company to come into my house when I am not home and do an honest job of spraying for bugs. We have never had a problem with pests because Abbott Pest Control has a great product and service.

We are so thankful for Abbott Pest Control, what a great company to work with. They have us set up where they come out a couple times of the month and if we see more bugs then normal, they are always willing to come out and spray again. I have been using Abott Pest control for 2 1/2 years now. We have been extremely happy with thier service. I rarely notice bugs around our acre property on the edge of the desert. There have been times we have had to deal with rats as well, but they have been able to fix the problem. Nice guy when he came out and great price but our ants came back in TWO weeks. They promised us that even without a contract with them, that a one time service would give us a month guarantee (not much, but we thought it sufficient for a simple ant problem). However, when we called to tell them the ants came back in TWO weeks, we got the runaround and were told that there was no such guarantee and we were out of luck.

Of course they were willing to come back and get paid again to which we, of course, chose not to. We could have done better ourselves by buying bug spray on our own and saving a good 50$. Do not use.
