I wish I had the option to not give it even one star. Darrel was the "technician" that came to work on the unit. He ripped the entire wiring unit apart inside the freezer, left the wiring hanging out everywhere. Bypassed crap and flat out ruined the unit that we needed fixed. I called for service on the 13th of November, it is now the 4th of December and I finally kicked this company to the curb and hired someone else.
The new people went out and said that he basically trashed the freezer and normally they would never agree to attempt to try and fix what damage has been done. Then when I was given a "quote" over the phone, it was over $400! Needless to say I did not give them a single dollar. I will NEVER think about using these people ever again, and I encourage whomever is reading this to do the same.
