I was in Denver watching my daughter's dog while she was in her honeymoon. Of course the refrigerator stopped working. A neighbor gave me Brads name and cell phone. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon. He understood the situation and asked me to call the office and ask for him. I did so and was scheduled for the first call on Friday morning. Brad was there right on time and repaired the fridge and explained every step. I was extremely satisfied and have told my daughter to not hesitate to reach out to him if there are any future problems. GREAT JOB, GREAT SRVICE AND GREAT TECHNICIAN

This companies employees are kind and professional and their scheduling process was an easy and quick one. I have no issue with any individual person at this company. My issue is with the mandatory fees to get any work, or lack there of, done. Expect to spend a good bit of money just for them to come to your house, even if they only come for a moment and can not help you.
I had a piece of equipment that was not able to be serviced due to access issues that neither myself or the technician could remedy. I did give a heads up to this issue and they scheduled it anyway thinking the technician could work around it, sadly that was not the case. Since nothing could be done they put everything back in place and went on their way. 45 min after they arrive they were out the door and I was out almost $300.
I am fine to pay for some labor time, but this was just too much. Just be sure before you schedule something that you know your issue can be fixed otherwise you'll be further down the drain than where you started.

Used BSC service repair for the first time and Joel our technician was very helpful and courteous. Told us what he was doing to repair our ice maker but also brought a new one. Since refrigerator is 14 years old with no other problems we went with the new one. No pressure from him either way. Will recommend this company in the future to friends and family.

This is the third or fourth time we've had Best Appliances come and repair our refrigerator. Every single time they do an incredible job. It's too bad we got a dud of a fridge, but they keep repairing it cost effectively so that we can extend the life of the fridge as long as possible. Not only that, they are prompt and timely with their diagnosis and repairs.

I was put on a "do not service" list and refused future service because I apparently left a bad review with Whirlpool. I don't remember leaving the bad review, but I am not surprised I did that considering I had a bad experience with a service technician that didn't know how to repair a problem and claimed that my fridge was working "as intended".
He was rude and fought me, telling me that I was wrong and he knows better. I had to create a new service request and specifically request a new technician. The second technician solved the problem in just a few minutes. He even told me that the first technician is known for being rude. I thought that was the end of it. However, I just tried to get my dishwasher serviced and was called by the company and told that they will not be coming.
Not now, not ever. I thought it was retaliation by the first technician, but a manager directly informed me that it was due to a bad review I submitted to Whirlpool. This "best" service company is the worst.

We would highly recommend using this company. They showed up on time. The gentleman was clean and careful about removing his shoes to come in my home. He also took the time to explain what he was doing. There were no hidden surprises with the billing. He gave me the quote upfront and it remained the quote that he gave. Very impressed with their services. We definitely will only be calling them in the future.

I originally had a company come to my house to diagnose an oven repair (Jenn air downdraft dual fuel oven). The first company wasn't even sure or knowledgeable as to what the fix might be. They tried to tell me to order a part they *thought* might work but they would not guarantee it. I wasn't comfortable with that (taking a chance on an expensive part).
Then THEY ACTUALLY recommended best service. So I called and they came out within a few days. They diagnosed the problem accurately and it was fixed within about a week and I am so thankful to have a working oven again - and didn't spend an absurd amount of money on a part for an old oven that the first company tried to recommend. Would recommend and use again!

I had an awesome first experience! My fridge was leaking and my dishwasher door had difficulty remaining locked during the wash cycle. I had tried previously tried a nationally known company with terrible results. Waited for repairman who never showed. They tried to rebook me another week out. I took my chance with Best Appliance and am so glad I did!
Their service call fee was less than Sears and the same repair man could work on both appliances! The salesman was very knowledgeable, described the issue clearly, and was efficient with his work. If I have any future issues with appliances, I will definitely call them again.

Best Service Company Appliance Repair takes care of Lowes appliance extended warranty work. We have used them a few times over the last two years. JJ (aka John) was outstanding! His first visit he thoroughly worked on the dishwasher. The problem I had earlier did not occur when he was here. John came back two days later and solved the problem. He was very fair in his service charge. I was impressed by his professionalism, his promptness and his complete understanding of the machine. Called Best Service Company for a leaky refrigerator discovered over the Christmas holiday. They scheduled a service call for the following morning. Rob, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time, quickly/thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and performed the repair. Rob was knowledgeable, competent, efficient and courteous. He completed the service call in about an hour and the charges were very reasonable.
We were very pleasantly surprised at how responsive Best Service was - especially at this time of year and in this "season" of what seems to be a shortage of competent technicians in this field. Best Service Company will always be our "go-to" from now on when we have a service issue with any of our appliances.

I have no idea how this has a 4.7 for reviews. This company has been so unprofessional. I had a microwave light go out that was covered under warranty. It took 2 times to fix that and on the second time they broke the panel part of my microwave. They were supposed to come back out and fix it but never showed. Now they are saying they are not sure if the manufacturer will cover it, they broke it!
They need to fix it. When I call the woman I speak to every time is extremely unprofessional and rude and in no way trys to help. I am put on hold for 5 minutes or longer more than 4 times and spoken to condescendingly. I can't wait to never deal with these people again!

I could not be more happy with the service provided by this company. They came out and repaired a leak in my Whirpool washer and replaced a thermostat in my Whirpool dryer. The tech (Jonny P) was very friendly, very professional, and provided exceptional service. He pointed out what was going to be repaired, and what the results were afterward. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable, as well.
There was no trying to upsell me anything at all. He was also very thorough and made a recommendation for a plumber to come out to fix the corroded pipe behind my washing machine. He didn't have to do that. He could have done what was specific to his work and nothing else. Scheduling was also a breeze. I was kept up-to-date at all times on the progress of the tech.
When I originally called, the person on the phone was extremely polite and professional and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. I am beyond pleased with this company and will be happy to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We've had some gremlins with our JennAir oven for years we decided to get fixed. Jon, our service tech was on-time, friendly and honest with the assessment. Two major problems were resolved based on his feedback, parts and support. (He even came over on his day off the finish the work due to a pending vacation). We had a Whirlpool dishwasher repaired. The technician quoted a total fix price of $268. When I looked at the email receipt, he charged us $446. Very deceptive practices. From a company that Whirlpool referenced for repair, I am now completely turned off of Whirlpool. They used to make good appliances. I will no longer buy Whirlpool.

I cannot comment on the quality of their service, but rather on their scheduling practices. And if your project is near their home base.good luck. You will be at the end of the day as they head back to home base. And if you live in a condo that has rules to protect other residents from "after hours" noise, you can expect to possibly be waiting a long time for your repair, if any calls preceding you run longer than expected. Yesterday, the scheduler carefully explained his job to me.starting every call at the furthest distance and working their way home.

After years of having dozens of technicians from other repair companies come out to the house to repair our built in Jenn-Air refrigerator, these guys are the ONLY ONES that were able to get it done. It's amazing the relief they have provided to me and my family, not having to constantly worry about losing a refrigerator full of food. They were on time, clean, and courteous. The communication on when the technician would be at my home was spot on. Jon, (the technician) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly identified, and parts ordered. Once the parts arrived, a scheduled appointment was once again made, and kept. The repair was quick, and fully tested before the technician left. He explained exactly what he was replacing and why. I'd definitely recommend and will personally use Best Service Company again.

Best Service Company lives up to its name. After all our issues with Whirlpool, it was nice to work with a company who provided high quality service. They communicated well throughout the entire process. Emails and texts to confirm the time slot for the appointment and updates informing us when the tech was on his way. Kevin, our tech, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to offer advice on our appliances and followed COVID protocol. Would recommend!

While the negative reviews are concerning and indicate some recent customer service issues (maybe new employees that need training). I've used them for a few years now and always been happy. We have had the same tech every time and he did wear a mask when he wast last out. He has done warranty repairs on our Wolf microwave multiple times (we have a lemon) along with servicing our refrigerator and freezer a couple of times.
He has always been friendly and great at communicating with us. My dogs and cat really like him too for some reason. I plan to use them again this spring and expect the same customer service we have always received.

Is it possible to give lower than a one-star? This company should not be in business. I am not even sure it is a company, as I've never been able to pin down a name or location, or service manager. I have a 1&told 1/2-year-old dishwasher, an LG which is difficult to find repair people who can do Lg appliances, and was turned down by four different appliance companies who refused to work on them.
This company sent someone out - Matt- who came in a refused to wear a mask, bragging about how "he wasn't born with one, and should have to wear one." He diagnosed the problem as a water pump gone bad, gave me a quote of $402.75, and I had to pay the $79.97 upfront for that diagnosis, waiting three weeks for a part to come in. He called-the part is in.
I asked him to wear a mask. He hung up on me and never showed up. I called A Bargain Service, and was told someone would call me back-a a supervisor - they didn't. I called back and was told a supervisor would get back to me. No call, but a text saying the guy would be out the next day- he didn't come, nor the next, nor the next. I called them again, and got a woman who told me her name finally- it was Tintin.

After approx 10 minutes, he called me and said he had left, that the washer was not repairable, and that he would put that in writing so that I could talk to the appliance people. He said no and hung up on me again!
When I called A Bargain Service, Inc. supervisor, the woman who answered said they never had a person called Tintin, and that she was a real company, and that a supervisor would call me. I told her that had never yet happened, and she said that she didn't know anything else beyond that. I asked who was the management - was there a management person, she said yes.

I have since called Costco, and Lg to ask them about service, and want to let someone know about this illegitimate company which will not return my original payment, nor fix the dishwasher, nor apparently is there anyone who is actually more than a phone answering service.

We had a dishwasher installed by this company in 2012 via Home Depot. It was installed incorrectly and I called to complain. Because Of my Complaint (which was valid)they put me on a do not service list. 8 years later I need warranty work on my refrigerator and they removed our warranty repair appointment without notifying Whirpool. So good job guys, had I realized I had an experience with your company previously I would have never made an appointment with you to begin with.
But now that you refreshed my memory, I want others to know that you have subpar technicians, or at least you did in 2012 l, and don't take responsibility for their awful work. As I had a valid complaint after my dishwasher was installed and flooded our kitchen. Bravo to your lack of work ethic and taking responsibility for your techs work.

We've used Best Service Company for several jobs related to our Frigidaire kitchen appliances and always been satisfied with the service. Most recently, our ice maker stopped working so we booked an appointment online. It turned out that it was completely iced up and that's a common issue with our model of fridge. Our tech, Rob, was able to install a new component to fix the issue on the same visit and it's been working great ever since. I appreciated that he arrived on time and was clean and considerate in our home.

Where is the zero-star review option? Let me see if I can say this simply. I called and scheduled service to replace my broken ice maker. My fridge sat with no ice maker for a week as the new ice maker was ordered. When the new ice maker arrived, they installed the new icemaker and it would still not make ice. It turns out, the water line was leaking and damaged my wood floors.
When we noticed this and put in an urgent call the next morning. The service tech, Nick isolated where he thought the problem was and pulled the fill tube. There was a piece of paper towel was stuffed on the interior end of the fill tube - RIGHT WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE ICE MAKER. So either my ice maker worked for 5 years just fine with the paper towel stuffed in there or the service tech put it in there after he pulled the bad ice maker so I would not lose temperature in my freezer and/or have water dripping into my freezer and forgot to pull it out when the new ice maker was installed.
Which one is more likely? Really horrific service that will now cause me to have to strip, stain and refinish the wood floors in my home. I asked to speak to the owner and he flat out denied they did this and asked if I had a cleaning lady, could my kids have stuffed a paper towel in there? And finally, he insisted I ask my wife if she had done this.
Now they will take absolutely no responsibility. OK fine. So now it gets better. They tell us the replacement fill tube is in and schedule Nick to head on over and do the final repair. Which he does. Once Nick leaves, my wife finds an additional broken part that Nick broke, tried to hide and left without telling us. They cop to this problem and order me the replacement part - which I will install - I do not want these people in my home again.

I have never had such a patently dishonest experience with a service vendor like this in my life. I called JennAir and was total Best Service was the only company around to fix their products. I then set appointment to fix my retractable downdraft. I was told $159.00 to walk through the door. I already knew what the problem was I just didn't know how to fix it myself. It took a total of 5 minutes to fix and 15 more minutes for him right up the bill and I was charged another $45.00. I asked if he would show what he did to fix and I was told "No". $540.00 hour is a bit steep for appliance repair. $45.00 per 5 minutes.

You call call and speak to a technician 7:30 - 9:00 AM. Michael took my call and in 5 minutes he gave me suggestions on how to get my pop up stove vent working - slide a spatula along the front edge to force the filters back against a switch inside. It worked and saved me a service call. Just great help - I knew it was something like an open switch and he was right on top of the issue.

Best Services has attempted to fix our Dacor slide-in range for a number of years. They have never been able to diagnose the problem and in this last round of repairs - which cost more than $700 - they actually managed to render the Dacor Range totally inoperable. The last person mentioned that the air conditioning may be attributing to the problem. Really. The air conditioning? This has been extremely frustrating . Find a better repair service.

I had an appointment scheduled for this upcoming Monday. They called back and said "we're moving it to Tuesday, " (not an option or checking if we'd be able to have someone around. simply, we're moving you to Tuesday) My dishwasher wasn't starting due to the clip that latches the door shut being bent. In the voicemail they said "not to be callous, but it's time to take advantage of some of these fourth of July sales" because it's probably this or that and the machine is old.
The machine is old. However, my friend came over for dinner and while I was finishing up, he was able to fix it with our minimal house tools and no additional parts in about ten minutes. I'd encourage these guys to know what they're talking about before giving advice and stick to schedules as planned. If you take care of your belongings, it's shocking how long they can last.

Two stars are for the very nice tech who came out. I have elderly Thermador double wall ovens that Best has worked on before. The upper oven has a microwave built in that was on the fritz. Guy shows up pulls out a piece of paper showing that he'd researched it all back at the shop and that parts were no longer available. That'll be $99 please.
If they knew that parts weren't available, they could have, should have told me that over the phone. I think the tech was embarrassed to charge me for doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem but "corporate policy" - if they show up - you pay. I'd rather deal with used car salesmen than appliance repair businesses.

The water filter on my new refrigerator was leaking and was beeping constantly. The company I bought it from, contracted with Best Service company. The Tech, Justin was very knowledgeable and polite. He adjusted the doors to make the "beeping" stop, as the m not closing properly set the unit to beeping! He ordered a new unit and replaced it when it came in. I'll definitely use them in the future. Very happy with them

From start to finish the experience was great! Best Service Company worked with myself and the tenant to coordinate scheduling twice. Advance notice given prior to arrival was prompt and followed through on. The main repair was for a dryer not working. They suggested a vendor who could clean and when it still didnât work after that, they scheduled for next day after researching to make sure they knew they had the parts to complete the repair. Very satisfied and happy to recommend!

We had no idea that using the "Self Cleaning" mode in high altitudes was a big "No-No" so unfortunately we learned the hard way after our bottom oven inside glass decided to explode while self-cleaning. We called KitchenAid/Whirlpool's warranty center and they sent Best Services our way. Mark was very informational, told us the best way to clean our oven and went up and beyond his call of duty to ensure that everything was taken care without a hitch. Thank you Mark for taking care of us! We highly recommend Mark at Best Services!

I wish there is an option with 0 star... we had such the worst experience with NICK the technician. He reluctantly took off his wet shoes (from snow). He commented "my shoes should be the least of your concern". Then he demanded us to sign a hand written contract stating that the company should not be blamed for already damaged floor caused by leaking dishwashing machine before even he started his job because we use the machine while waiting for spare parts to arrive (5 working days).
His attitude is rude towards customers. He told us that the company was not liable for extra damage to the floor. Of course we will not put the blame on them. The floor was already damaged from the small leaks that had been going on for some times. If there is an official paperwork to sign, we will gladly sign it but NOT a hand written paperwork. The Best Service manager refused to deal with the situation. He told us to go to a different company. Jensen is a much better company in terms of customer service!!!

Justin came and looked at my stop stove's control panel. Since the cost of repair was more than the cost of repair he recommended replacement. I also needed help with my dryer, which he quickly fixed! It was in the work order, but he helped me anyway. Second time I've used them and top service both times! Also appreciate the service times and update on when they will be there

Rob arrived promptly on time, very professional in appearance, and quickly went to work. He identified the problem with our dishwasher; explained what needed to be done and quoted a reasonable cost. He had the necessary part, water pump and motor assembly, with him and was able to change it out and be done within an hour. The machine is working just like new. I definitely would recommend Best Service company to anyone.

Thomas came out and fixed my washing machine easily and I asked if he had time and could take a look at my leaking dish washer and he was happy to do so. Small cost to look and diagnose additional machines but happy to have it looked at while he was already there. I was quoted everything as he found what was wrong. Washing machine is fixed and parts ordered to fix issue with dish washer also. Scheduling them to come out to fix here soon. Arrived on time and friendly. They were recommended to me and I gladly recommend them to others as well.

Rob was our tech and was fantastic! He was on time, went right to work and explained everything he was doing when I asked! I trusted him to tell me the truth and he saved us a lot of money! He also told me how to better take care of my dishwasher which was very helpful in not letting the issue happen again!
