With the exception of one specific disgruntled worker who can go auger himself, PlumbCrazy gets a 10/10 for us. They helped restabalize my home after a flooding event. They installed 3 bathroom vanities, 2 toilets, and 2 tub/showers among our two bathrooms. One tub installation required demolition, reworking the basement concrete, and restructuring a few walls.

When I say they went above and beyond I mean they did a PHENOMENAL job. When a scratch was found on one tub their response was fast and professional. We will be recommending them at every opportunity in the future.

Tom was pleasant and professional. He did a great job replacing the garbage disposal in my daughter's kitchen. He cleaned everything up and thoroughly checked the system for leaks when he was done. I'm very pleased. Service: Garbage disposal installation

Perry did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning my gas fireplace. He went the extra mile to explain the battery replacement and rebooting of the fireplace remote. Perry was professional, yet friendly and made sure the area was clean when he left. I will utilize Plum crazy again.

Had a new sump pump installed. The appointment time was running late however they had great communication about it. Good price, all finished in about an hour.

Had an emergency clog that flooded basement bathroom. Perry came over and we thought he was awesome. He seemed very kind & was happy to help. Got rid of the clog and even fixed our garbage disposal. Forked out a little over $380 but didn't care because I was relieved things were fixed. Unfortunately Perry didn't connect the hose back up to our washing machine so when we ran it, our basement flooded even worse. Contacted Perry to see if he had anything to at least help suck the water up and asked if PlumbCrazy covered this sort of thing.

He replied and he said "For all I know you moved to clean and left it off." I promise you we didn't move anything yet. It definitely wasn't intentional that it was left off. However, I am very frustrated that something like this can happen and he doesn't want to take any responsibility for it. Our carpet, my speakers and a few other items were soaked from this incident and now I'm over here wishing I didn't choose to do business with this company. I hope in the future Perry double checks that he hooked everything back up so no one is left on the situation we are.

We had a leak, the came fixed the same day! They also told us the correct information needed unlike other companies we contacted. Super nice and accommodating employees!

Paul was fantastic. He was professional, brought everything needed for the job and made several suggestions that will help me prevent future problem. I will definitely use PlumbCrazy again and will absolutely request that Paul be the technician that does the service.
