I hired Wes Plumbing to install my gas dryer for me. They quickly fit me in. I also needed my water heater replaced, which they were able to do for me the very next day. I called Wes's because they had installed and done maintenance on my furnace (via previous homeowner). They called me promptly and walked me through how to fix the problem on my own (it turned out to be something really simple), even though they easily could have charged me to come out for a visit. I really appreciated that, and will certainly use them in the future.

I needed a minor plumbing repair in my kitchen and used Wes Plumbing Heating and Cooling and had a fantastic experience with them! I called and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone definitely was very professional and listened to what I needed to have done and informed me that there was a good chance they would come out today which was great to hear!

A gentleman named Mike called a little over an hour later and said that he could be over in 5 to 10 minutes if I was available which which definitely worked for me. He arrived in that time frame and was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to get done. He worked very efficiently and got the everything finished in a fairly short amount of time.

This is a 1st class business! From the moment I made the call through the entire process I received top hat service. Dave, who took my initial call after our tankless hot water unit took a dump was very attentive to our concerns. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he knew what questions to ask and even ask to send photos of the situation to assess the issue immediately.

They were there the next morning and stayed until the job was completed. The technician Brian, was courteous, clean (concerned about work area), and very attentive to the details of installing the new unit paying attention to the codes to installation.
