We had a water tank issue and the company that installed it two years ago was unresponsive and unavailable. JC immediately helped us out, they were at my home within the hour and were very professional. We found our new plumber. Service: Water heater installation

Replaced my own faucet. Still had a leak. They responded quickly and tightened a few things. Here 10 minutes and charged $125. 30 minutes later I had to call yet again due to issue not resolved. Was told I had to pay an extra $50 for parts. I shouldn't have been charged the extra $50 for parts that they failed to fix from the get go

Called JC on Friday and he schedule an appointment for the next day (Saturday). He arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. He left the job site in a clean and tidy condition. Would highly recommend his services. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality I was informed JC was on his way at 11:13 am. He arrived at 12pm and immediately asked how I was paying because he no longer accepts card payments. This should have been communicated before hand so I could be sure to have my checkbook.

Leaking kitchen sick was fixed with in a few hours after call. The next day a metal pipe was replaced with plastic to a washing machine in an hour. Very nice men on the job and prices were very reasonable!

Quick response. Reasonable price. So far there is no complain about the job they did. They will be my go to plumber from now. I have a positive experience with them.

Critical: Professionalism Called the number on the website. Some old man answered the phone rather than the plumber himself or a secretary/receptionist. Very odd. Tried to set up service but he got rude and hung up on me. So I sought better service from a professional plumber.

Had a water line replaced from the main to the house, they got the job done in half a day and the cost was inline with other estimates. They were great to work with, quick to respond, and very professional. I would definitely recommend, and I will be using JC plumbing in the future. There backhoe guy even leveled some gravel for me as a nice surprise!

Very thankful for JC plumbing today. I had a plumber from Townside plumbing through my home warranty come today to fix a pipe leak In my kitchen. The guy that came from Townside plumbing not only did he not fix my pipe but my whole basement flooded because he did not replace the pipe correctly and cause the whole pipe to come apart. I immediately called JC plumbing, they had two guys out here in less then 30mins and they fixed it with no problem. Thank you again!

Got us worked in for a kitchen faucet replacement. Told him what color faucet we wanted and he got back with us based on what was available and in our price range. The guys doing the repair were masked and gloved, very happy about that they made us feel respected. Very pleased they made this super simple.

I had a great experience with JC Plumbing. I've never seen plumbers who respond so fast. They do high quality work at reasonable prices. Their experience clearly shows. They are courteous, professional, and trustworthy. I had water main and sewer lines replaced and are having them come back for internal work. Highly recommended!

JC's group came to fix a toilet that was leaking at the base. They left a bit of a mess, but got done quickly. Turns out they didn't do it properly, as the toilet continued to leak. I called after a week, and he sent someone to fix it for real. They only charged for materials the second time (should have been free in my opinion).

Do not use this guy. Not honest, not reliable. JC from JC Plumbing came to my rental house to fix faucet leak in the shower, he was scheduled for one time and apparently did not show up that day, CALLED MY RENTER, instead of ME and told her he had an emergency, then scheduled another time with her. No communication to me about this. NOT GOOD.DD He gave me a choice, keep old faucets on for $175.00 and he would fix them or $425.00 to put in new faucets.

I chose to put in new faucets as he said there may be problems later on with the old ones. I gave him one star because when he did show up, he did a good job. I asked him to go down to $400.00 which he did. I am from out of town, as soon as he was finished, he called me 3x in a row to get paid. Relentless and aggressive. I realize it was a risk with me being from out of town, but wow!

I asked him how long it took and he said 1.5 hours. I thought that was a lot of money for that amount of time, however, I paid it since I had signed a contract for that amount. I had asked him two or three times to look at the outside faucets while he was there. He did not and I have been chasing him every since to get him to come and look at those faucets and get back to me. He said he would come and the renters were waiting, well, he never showed up! Not reliable. I would not use this guy.

We were pleased with the service we received to repair a leak at our house. The workers were courteous and the job was completed in a quick time frame, especially since we could have had a huge problem if the pipe had completely burst. We recommend JC Plumbing.

So dissapointed! Paid this plumber over $7,000 to fix our problem. Only to find out it wasn't fixed at all. I'm so sorry I trusted him. We have lost thousands of dollars since we haven't been able to rent/sell our house. We have to pay another plumber another $1500! Somehow Copperhead plumbing diagnosed the problem. Shame on you J.C.!

Super pleased with the work done for us by JCPlumbing. We had an outdoor drain system that had ceased to function so our basement was flooding, and we could not figure out why. Ken gave up many evenings digging holes, trying to find the problem. I found JCPlumbing online and noticed some friends of ours gave them a very positive review (thanks Jason Rowberg) so I gave them a call before 7 am one morning, expecting to leave a voice message, but JC answered the phone, answered my questions, and said he could come by that morning, then showed up at our door at 8:20!

He opened the drain a bit but felt like more work was needed. He was right! He came back again with his crew and found three separate issues, dug up the pipe, replaced the damaged section, cleared the pipe completely and now it's working perfectly. The price was far less than we were quoted from other companies and the owner, JC Wilson, was on top of the work the whole time. I can see why he's so highly rated on google! We won't hesitate to use his services again.

Very prompt after the initial call. I should have known them. They were no booties on their shoes mud all over that I had to clean. Water everywhere that they put no cloths down for but ask you for a towel. If you are looking for a unprofessional company this is for you, especially if you are in the mood to clean for the day!

Received excellent service from JC Plumbing. Payment accepted was cash, check or card. I called at 9pm on a Thursday and a crew pulled into my driveway at exactly 9am as promised. It did takenthem two hours to clear a very difficult andvery long kitchen sink drain, but they worked hard on it the entire time - no standing around.

This is a good master plumber he fixed my leaking toilet seat one time only and did a lot of work with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this plumber, I have a plumber from Henry plumbing went 3x did not fix my toilet issues and Jc plumbing one time visit done right and I'm happy with my toile seat fully sealed and no more wobble.

Very shady! They showed up for sure. And did a horrible job! Run! All talk and no experience. They quoted $200 bucks and we were not allowed to pay them in any other form of payment, but cash. In addition to being told $50 for weekend service charge, we were shocked. Managed to avoid it somehow. If that is the case, make it clear on your business page! Not only did they not complete the work, however they knew they were not capable of doing so. They ran with our money fast and did not finish the work!

I called around 11 am and had a plumber at my door by 11:30! Both men were kind and courteous. They worked for almost an hour to get something unstuck from my toilet so I wouldn't have to buy a new one.
