Shane was our service technician and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything in detail. Had some hesitation about using Wisler because they are a large well-known named company and thought we would save money by hiring another sewer company last week. Ultimately, we wasted a lot of time and money with no results with the other contractor. Shane had all the right tools to diagnose and repair the issue same day. Would highly recommend Shane and Wisler!

Tim and his crew did a great job explaining everything they were going to do. They were very polite, professional and got right to work. They put drop cloths and wore shoe covers inside our home. When they finished they cleaned all the work areas. My utility room was cleaner after they finished then it was before they started. The new system is running great!

The price was, at first, a little more than I had anticipated, but it was well worth it, with the quality of work, and your company's knowledgeable staff. Kyle and the other gentleman did an outstanding job repairing a leak in my water main, but more than that I found them to be honest when I would have unknowingly paid for more work then was needed. Kyle was a fine man who kindly explained everything they were doing and worked hard striving to get my yard and shrubs back to the way they looked before digging. Dealing with Kyle and Wisler has been an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

I found my forever plumbing and air company! They did great work at a good price. They really take the time and effort to make sure the work is done right and the customer is happy. I have never hired a company that is truly genuine in all aspects until Wisler. They treat your home and repairs like it is their own home. Love these guys! Will be using them again!

It was a pleasure to meet Davey and Will from Wisler Plumbing. Davey was very nice and friendly and knew exactly what we wanted and needed to have done. We were very pleased with the quote he gave us and, for the way he got us scheduled 1st thing the next morning. He was very professional about his job, and took great care and pride in his work. Yet he was down to earth and very easy to talk to. Both guys answered all of my questions and concerns. This is the 3rd time I have used Wisler Plumbing. They have always shown up on time and taken their time to fix the problem. They make me feel like I am their only customer that day and never rush. They did a thorough inspection of the many issues we were dealing with. Shane was very, very professional and detailed in his work. They listed out all issues and necessary fixes in a polite, professional, and transparent manor. I know nothing about plumbing and he was very professional in educating me. Due high costs for our severely damaged plumbing, we did not authorize any work the day of inspection, but will absolutely be contacting them after looking at finances. Left me with a list of necessary repairs and how much they would cost. Strongly recommend!

Wisler Plumbing and Air Inc was the most efficient, customer driven Service I have seen. Zack arrived timely and explained everything in detail in what was needed to be repaired. Zack made suggestions for maintenance prevention of my home and explained the cost up front. Zack came back the next day to make some additional repairs and was always friendly and professional.
