Mr. Silva was hired to Remove old exhaust fans and to install of new fans at my residence. He did not connect the exhaust pipes to the vents. He did not use proper connectors and either just shoved the smaller pipes inside the larger ones, instead of using reducers or just left them in the attic. His work is so bad that even an am mature would scoff at it. This is not poor workmanship, this is willful negligence.

I contacted Mr. Silva and he did not identify his company when he answered. When I asked for a copy of his electrical and HVAC license, he told me I was the first person to ask for it. I told him it was important to be licensed. He told me to find somebody else. His manner was rude and he unprofessional. I certainly will look somewhere else.

I would be happy to recommend your service to anyone who asked. I have never written a review before. After using another air conditioning company that tried to sell us a $16,000 new system, I called SILVA Electrical Services And Air Conditioning for a second opinion. SILVA Electrical Services And Air Conditioning came out and found that the reason my a/c wasnt working is that some motor wires were not hooked up properly.
After he reconnected the wires he fired up our system and it worked just fine! SILVA Electrical Services And Air Conditioning is honest, reliable and affordable. I will never use anyone else!
