I originally gave Jose and his team 5 stars. Due to 2 wires being switched incorrectly, our air condition and oven stopped working. We called out service techs for each thinking they were their own issues. Come to find out, the wires were switched! Although Jose has consistently said he would reimburse us for our technician fees for his errors, a month after the work has been done we still not have received anything from him. This has been a extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
