The communication, scheduling, installation, crew, and clean up went perfect. The installers arrived when they said they would, worked a full day and were professional and very careful with all the work.

Our home is 1950s home with rusted and frozen steel casement windows. They handled the job perfectly! They exceeded my expectations and would recommend them and use them again. You get what you pay for and Atlanta Window Pros is the best.

The Atlanta Window Pros team was very responsive, professional, respectful. The sales rep, was awesome. He quickly scheduled an appointment, punctually came out to the house and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great tips on which windows would work best for me and even offered design ideas that not only made the window/door layout much more functional and beautiful but even saved me money.

The install team were the best contractors I've worked with. They were meticulous and took their time at every step to make sure the job came out top-notch - not a single corner was cut. Atlanta Window Pros team were assigned to our window detail and did a fabulous job. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up efficiently, and left little to no mess, considering the work they had to do. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I love the look of my new windows. I am very pleased with the product. I waited approximately 12 weeks for the window order to come in, which was fine with my timeline. I recently hired Atlanta Window Pros to replace all of my windows. They were very professional and easy to work with. They came when they said they would and finished their work once they started. They worked with us on all of the questions we had and the window replacement process went really well. Work was completed in the time frame specified by the team. Atlanta Window Pros gives you excellent value with high quality work for a good price, if you have the chance to hire them I recommend it.

My goodness this company is top notch! From the initial sales person through to customer service AFTER my install this company remained professional and responsive. I had 12 windows installed, they took care to protect my home and then install my windows impeccably. They are so good at answering ALL my questions. Atlanta Window Pros met my expectations and provided a great experience. I would recommend this company for any window needs. I LOVE my new windows.

Very kind salesman, but he overrepresented the company. We had 15 new windows put in. They quoted us $9500 and two separate people came to take measurements of the windows. Then I saw that they had only counted 14 windows so the price went up to $10125. Fast forward 4 months and I called expecting my windows to be installed, they arrived two weeks later, but 10 of the windows measurements were way off.

The installers were told by their boss to cut the sashes and force them to fit using PVC and caulk. Installers were very kind, but ripped up the house quite a bit. They said they ordered a painter to repair the damages, but no one came. We followed up with the company multiple times over a period of months trying to get help with the correct sized windows and repainting, but have not been able to get a response via email or phone.

We are so happy with our decision to have Atlanta Windows Pros install out new windows. They look amazing and the quality is top notch! No high pressure like other Companies I talked to. They are very informative, and fair price, good warranty, good communication through out the process. The salesman was so helpful In choosing which windows would look best for our home. Our installer was so nice, trust worthy, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

I'll start by saying that their product is fantastic! The windows are simply amazing. The install was extremely poorly executed. (Installation was approximately February 2021) Broken glass everywhere, materials left everywhere, both inside and outside. I'm told they have re-trained and rehired new crews since this incident. Atlanta Window Pros has also made best efforts to make this all right (reinstallation and repairs) and we appreciate those efforts.

We have already placed our first warranty claim on a window that has cracked (we suspect due to temperature changes and possibly too tight of a fit during install). We placed this claim in November 2021, and are being told that we should expect a replacement by mid March 2022. We understand that supply chains are stressed right now, but the lack of communication is what we are most upset about.

I hope that any future warranty claims do not take 4 months. If you do choose this company, we recommend that you get commit dates in writing. I hope this company improves (based on recent reviews it seems that they have) because they do have a quality product and there are good people there trying to do good things. The operation just feels a bit rushed, while the customer service is just the opposite.

This business is untrustworthy, does shoddy work, and doesn't care to fix their mistakes. They installed four windows incorrectly in my home. There are gaping holes in multiple windows (see photos) and absolutely no insulation. I have no idea how to install windows and after watching a few YouTube videos, I realized just how horribly they installed my windows.

My husband and I have been communicating with them for over a month to try to get their awful job fixed and they have finally decided to hang up on us and won't pick up our calls anymore. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. We have been understanding, polite, and, above all, insanely patient. The job supervisor, Hector, even came back to our house to look at the work and confirmed that it's garbage and yet, they still have not come out to fix anything.

It is clear that these people have no intentions of coming back to fix their work. Do not use Atlanta Window Pros. Also, Atlanta Window Pros, if you're reading this, I would like my deposit refunded immediately.

Very professional from the salesman to the installers. I have a log house so it's not your standard installation, and it was no problem for them to install the windows and new trim all around. One of windows was difficult to lock and they sent out a team within a few days. They had to order a new part and it was fixed within two weeks. I would have no problem recommending Atlanta Window Pros to friends.

We ordered 5 replacement windows and a new front door with transom and sidelights. Since our original door was an odd size we needed a custom solution. Contacted another company and never got a call back let alone an estimate after calling twice. Received an immediate response and reasonable estimate and time frame from Atlanta Window Pros. Since we were not satisfied with the first door installed due to the wood door not taking the stain properly Atlanta Window Pros worked with us to replace it and we are very happy with the end result. Don't know many companies that would have done that.
