I enthusiastically endorse the work of Hal and his crew. They replaced three exterior doors and all 38 windows and 17 transoms in our home. There were delays in obtaining the materials but that is true for all construction manufacturing at this time. The installation took several days and was done professionally. They repaired any rot they uncovered and kept a clean work areas.
The windows were installed without cutting corners and should last at least 25 years. The best part was the very reasonable price for the quality of materials and workmanship. I am very satisfied with their performance.

Hal and his crew did great job with our whole house windows replacement. We love our new windows! MI vinyl windows are so nice! Great value of the price! Hal was very gentle and nice to talk to from the first meeting. From the estimation to installation, every step of the work goes smoothly. Hal and team was very professional! I contacted Hal at Window Replacements of Georgia for an estimate on our home of 22 years (35 year old home). We completed siding, painting, metalwork, masonry work, interior work and window and door replacement. Of all the companies and installers involved over 3 months, they set the mark of craftsmanship, professionalism and responsiveness. They are able to provide straightforward comparisons of all the major window companies, because they sell and install them.
There was never any 'pressure' or false claims of 'specials' - simply straightforward, honest council and fair pricing. We completed 26 windows and a great Thermatru entry door. The company works with his own crews, rather than 'subs-of-the-minute'. Our home was treated respectfully throughout installation. Our strongest recommendation.

Hal is very knowledgeable about replacement windows and doesn't use high pressure tactics that many other companies are known for. Not only is Hal a salesman for Window Replacements of GA, but he can also jump in and help install replacement windows in a pinch. His crew works hard and does a good job. The company charges a fair price for the product and for the work performed. I would recommend Hal and Window Replacements of GA, especially for the budget minded consumer.

Hal Lipsky & his team did a great job with window replacements and repairs needed as we prepare to sell our home. Hal was very thorough during the estimation process, and provided all the options and price-points so we could make an informed decision. Our project was delayed a bit due to the COVID19 pandemic, but Hal's team completed the work as soon as possible once business activity was allowed.
The installation team was efficient and courteous, and gave us added comfort by wearing health masks while they worked. I recommend Hal and Window Replacements of Georgia to anyone.

My husband and I wanted to update the exterior of our home with a new front door. We met with several contractors to discuss the option of installing a custom set of double doors to fit our narrow opening. Everyone we spoke with said it wasn't a possibility, until we met Hal. Hal was professional, responsive, and honest. He was able to help us find a set of double doors we absolutely love.
The order process was easy, and the team that came out to complete the install were professional, careful, and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Hal even stopped by to check on the progress and make sure the doors were exactly what we pictured. Hal and his team are awesome! Every contact I had with them was professional and helpful. Hal was very patient with us as we changed our plans for our front door several times. They had the price price of all of our estimates and the door looks great. The installation crew was super as well and took the time to point out some other concerns around my front door area. I will definitely use them again for any door or window replacements.

Hal worked around my schedule as I had company arriving and wanted the windows in prior to the high pollen season. He accommodated that wish! Also, he kept me abreast of the timing of delivery of the windows, when the workers would arrive and he was on site working and overseeing the project. He was professional (as were his workers) at all times!

Could not be happier with the quality and service Hal and his crew provided in installing my new Pella windows. Hal was responsive throughout the process, worked with me on budget, did what he said he would do and the work was top notch. Another huge plus is that he uses his own people not subcontractors. The respect they showed my house and family during the tear out and more importantly, clean up process, meant a lot to me. Last, comfort level has went up as the house stays cooler and warmer than it did with my old windows. Big thanks, Hal!

Hal is engaging and knows the products. He made excellent suggestions, explained the different options thoroughly. Hal respected the financial situation I described and developed a solution that looks great, was perfectly installed and functions far better than the windows he replaced.
