Rosie's Pest Control

This place charges you for unauthorized services- stay far away. I received a bill from collections and I called Rosie's to see why that would be, as I haven't had my house sprayed in over 6 months and I have always paid in full at the time of services. The receptionist acted like it was absolutely absurd that I was upset and questioning this. She said she would have someone else call me back. Lacey, the technician then called me and said she actually came to my house on Dec. 1 and sprayed the perimeter because she was in the area and I was due for a spray.

I asked her if she ever got authorization from me to do that and she admitted that she did not, however she said "that's just what we do" and doesn't have the ability to retract the charge and someone else will have to call me to discuss that. I asked for a call back today and did not receive one. 1. They performed unauthorized services and charged me for it 2.

They charged full price even though only the perimeter was sprayed because I wasn't home and didn't even know this was happening 3. They sent it to collections without making me aware 4. Their customer service representatives had a terrible attitude even though they admitted it was unauthorized and I never received a call back. Also, I spoke with a family member who has also used this business who had a very similar experience where they randomly charged the client's card on file.

The sprays really do work and I was about to schedule my next one with spring coming up, but unfortunately this place is extremely shady and dishonest. It takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had and the worst response from management with zero rectification.

They got rid of our brown recluse spiders! Very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Great customer service

Hi My name is Raghu. These pest control team are theives. They stolen my Armani perfume which cost around $87. I stay at preserve apartments. Worst service. Clearly they stolen. I bought perfume just a day before and they stolen my perfume. They stolen my perfume. They are so cheap.

Worst Service. I don't think we do have bedbugs. They just came to visit and they simply charged $400. even though after charging they stolen my perfume (Armani) $ 87. This happened on Thursday 21st July 2018 at Forest creek Preserve Apartment. Worst Service and they are thieves. Even though after calling them they have stupid response. They never even bother also.

Andy intentionally let my ex into my home without my knowledge or consent. His excuse was " he lives there." First, he doesn't live with me. Secondly, pest control only comes on Mondays and hadn't been to my house in about a month. Simply put, Andy wasn't around enough to know who actually lived in my household. Further, he was unapologetic for his reckless act and couldn't have cared less about the potential danger he exposed me to. Andy didn't know my ex at all, so he can't say he knew it would be alright.

I can't explain the fear I felt once I realized I was no longer home alone. Anyhow, the bottom line is I'm allowed to choose who and when I let someone in to my home, not Andy. However, I won't lie, although he might let people in he keeps the pest out! There's always a bright side!

Katie is awesome. She makes sure she sprays everywhere inside and outside the house and will come back to spray if I need her too. She reminds me of my appointments a couple of days before and is always willing to change if needed. You can't go wrong with Rosie's.

I LOVE Rosie's! They've gotten rid of every pest problem i've had. They even helped me out when an armadillo got stuck in my soccer goal net! Super trustworthy personable employees.

Do you REALLY know your pest control guy?! Is he spraying for bugs or stealing from you? If you choose to use this company I strongly suggest you do not allow the technician in your home alone. He has been to federal prison for theft!

I had a terrible mosquito problem due to french drains in my back yard. Rosie's came out and sprayed very thoroughly and they were gone! I can now enjoy my back yard again, thank you Andy and Rosie's!
