Family owned and operated, Rid All Termite & Pest Solutions was established in 1997. Since then, we have served over 10,000 homeowners and businesses in the mid-south area near Olive Branch. Our mission is to lead the mid-south pest control industry by educating the general public on current events regarding the pest industry.

This includes providing choice and affordability to prospective clients, as well as maintaining excellent communication and service to current clients. We will achieve these goals with constant employee training, safety awareness, and integrity. Our services are available to those in MS and TN in Shelby, Tipton, Fayette, DeSoto, Marshall, Tate, Panola, and Tunica counties.

It was very difficult to find and I called for directions in addition to my GPS. After arriving the place was locked and after all the driving I was a bit frustrated because I could have at least received a return phone call. Overall it was not a good experience for me.

If I could, I would give a ZERO! for this company! I have called over 6 months! to pay on an invoice. I have left MANY messages and they FINALLY call back today. They one, tell me they've not received not one of my voicemails I have left. They two, NEVER answer they phone when you call. (FIX THAT ISSUE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER CARE) I always call at different times.

I was calling at around 8-9 in the morning. I was not getting any answer so I changed to evening time about 3-4. STILL NO ANSWER! How do you even have a business if you don't even answer the phones! Next, the pest control. Our issue was never even took care of by this company. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone! Especially if this is how they treat their customers. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL!

With our new home they immediately did a termite inspection, and made us aware of some issues we needed to address. Their office manager walked me through the process for our new home. So thankful for such a wonderful company in a time of need!
