Premier Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

Been almost a year and have yet to see a drop of water in the basement after interior waterproofing. Reasonably priced, easy to work with. They said the job would take a week (M-F) and they finished on Thursday. They even called when they were wrapping up to tell me they discovered my primary sump pump was dead and only the backup pump was working. They replaced it the same day and only charged for price of the pump. I would highly recommend Premier. Definitely 5 stars.

Premier Waterproofing sold me a system that did not fix my water issue in my basement and actually made my water problem worse. They provided a lifetime warranty with their system but after multiple attempts of failing to fix my problem, they refused to refund my money. I was forced to contact the Better Business Bureau and fortunately, through the arbitration process provided through the BBB, Premier Waterproofing was found at fault and forced to refund most of the money that I paid them.

Even after the legally binding decision made by the BBB to refund my money, Premier failed to send my refund within the allotted 30 days stipulated by the BBB. Fortunately, the Better Business Bureau was there to help me get my money back from this company. Save yourself money and the headache of doing business with Premier Waterproofing and go somewhere else!

Premier waterproofed my basement a couple months ago and there has been no leaks at all. I just want to say thank you to the company because they were very professional from start to finish. I'm very happy with the company and definitely will refer them in the future.

The Premier Waterproofing team were very professional. They completed the work on time. The repair to wall leak in our finished basement was completed, new framing and drywall installed and carpet re-installed with a minimum of mess or disruption to our daily routine. The work was planned in an efficient manner so that as each phase was completed, the next skilled crew showed up.

They took special care to keep the job site clean. They did not track dirt or construction debris through the house. I would highly recommend this Company for foundation water leak repairs.
