I've given these guys enough chances. They resurfaced by pool in 2016 and did a great job. Very responsive to warranty issues at that time that needed fixing (minor rust spots in marcite). Now, in 2020, I called them to repair a rust spot on the surface of my spa rim. I needed to call three times to even get someone finally to come out and look at it.

He was there 5 mins and said he needed to discuss with his deck/surface person and would get back to me. Crickets. I called again and they had no record of who came out, our previous conversations, and said they would have someone call me back again. Nothing.no calls back. This company has become unprofessional, not responsive, and I can't recommend them.

What a very professional company. They coated our pool via Blue Haven Pools and Spas I can not say enough great thing about the professionalism and quality of work. they showed up on time and took their time to ensure it was done right even with the threat of rain. They did not rush the job. If they felt the rain was going to be an issue they would have packed it up and came back. They take pride in what they do and what it done right the first time. I highly recommend TemPools

Couldn't be happier with Tempool, they refurbished the pool, and whole patio cool deck! Workers were fabulous and knew their stuff! They were very reasonable with their prices and a huge selection to pick from. Working with George was a pleasure!

Temp Pool is a top notch company and my expectations where meet in every way with the finished product. I had accepted that I would probably have to repaint the acrylic pool deck when this project of a re-plaster was done. They used tarps and cleaned the pool deck at the end of each day on each phase of the job. I only had a few touch up spots to do when done no problem. Paul Oxboro was our salesman he was fantastic when dealing with changes we had to make along the way.

I'd like to Thank the following employees we meet. Paul in sales, David & Spider pool prep, Colton tile install, Tyler and crew decor tile install, the plaster crew "to many to list", David acid wash, Marcel electric, the start up crew Scott, Jeffery, Sandy. Patrick accounting & Brittany in the office. I also meet the owner John Temple he's a hard working individual and still goes to the job sites and works with the crews. His employees seem to have a lot of respect for him. I asked them and he was liked by all. Thank You, Rickey Josey.

Above and beyond! There aren't enough good things I can say about this company. I met with them to discuss interior plastering and startup for my pool. From the day the contract was signed, to a mere 4 days later the pool was up and running. Communication was top notch: I dealt mainly with George, who was very responsive, communicated the process well and made sure I understood what would happen and when.

He was fantastic! He answered all of my questions and always answered the phone when I called (which isn't always the case with other pool companies). The work they have done on my pool is of top level quality. They sent out a big team the first day to clean and plaster, and they were done before I knew it! Each subsequent worker that has been out has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. If you need plaster work done on your pool, I would HIGHLY recommend Tempool. They're the tops!

I'm extremely happy! I don't have a pool yet, but Tempool's paver team came highly recommended, so after I had to have my pavers dug up to replace the septic tank. Tempool's team were extremely polite and got the job done in just a few hours. They were tidy and efficient and left my backyard in better shape then it was before. I will be installing a pool soon and will absolutely be using Tempool.

I've been in the construction business for over 10 years and have had the privilege to work with John and tempool on many levels during that time. Can safetly say they are one of the best companies I have worked with and I'm so thankful to have them on the same team as me. In this day and age it's hard to come by people and companies with such wonderful attributes. Honest. Hard working and full of integrity. Would recommend them too anyone.

I can't say enough about Jon Temple and his crew. They are very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. They did the finish on our new pool and it came out gorgeous. We love our pool and get so many compliments on the finish. They put Abalone shell on the finish and it sparkles beautifully in the sun. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

I highly recommend them they do beautiful work. They answered all our questions and gave us tips on maintaining it. Robert the project manager and Jeff who maintained it during the curing process were fabulous. Thanks again for a great job

I can not say enough good things about this company. They are professional, polite, and do a great job. The job foreman, Paul was great. He offered up suggestions and was flexible when it came to changes we requested mid job. Kelly handled the plumbing portion of the job and was great. He even fixed an irrigation issue I was having. When shopping other pool companies, many told us that they have Tempool do the work. Don't go through a middle man. Dont pay a middleman. Just call Tempool. They are great.

This company should get 10 stars! I hired them last year to do my pool renovation and they were outstanding! Can't say enough good things about them. Paul was very professional and made sure every detail of the project was completed to my satisfaction. Overview of my project: full pool deck tear off, new marcite, tile, all new plumbing, add cleaner line, two supply jets, new LED light, relocated pool equipment to new location, added small sun shelf, new pavers to replace old pool decking, new main drain and added approx 500 sw feet of new pavers.

As you can see this was not a small project. We had some hiccups along the way but Tempool stood behind their work 100%. Best of all project was fully completed in 6 weeks! Now over a year and a half later I called them up because some of my pavers were discolored and they came out within two days and fixed the problem. Amazing company! A+++

I can not say enough good things about this company. Everyone that we had dealings with from Patrick in the office to Paul the job foreman to Kelly the plumbing genius was great. When shopping for a pool, ask the other companies who will actually be doing the work. You will find they all sub contract it out to Tempool. Why pay for a middle man? Use Tempool, and you can not go wrong.

Most competent, knowledgeable and professional company we have seen in the market. Incomparable quality and dedication to the industry! If I were to suggest anyone to plaster a pool it would be tempool inc.
