Unique Pools Spas and Billiards

After purchasing an above ground pool from this company, I found out that Unique Pools and Spas has an intimate relationship with Bluewater Island Group who installed our pool. The pool had an immediate leak and was obviously not installed correctly but the installer Adam upon arriving at our property to fix the leak instead tried to blame rainwater from the roof.

As dumb as that sounds, he REFUSED to even look that the source of the leak which was the liner. Now because the pool was flooding our property we had to pay to have it emptied and removed thus we had to eat thousands of dollars in the purchase of the pool. No refund was offered by Unique Pools and Spas and no assistance in getting the pool fixed was offered.

After doing some research we found that Unique is not a top rated seller of pools and you can't find mention of their friend Bluewater Island Group anywhere. Between the customer service and representation of Adam, Jessica, and over at Unique Carl and Tiffany, we are left with the highest level of disappointment and would NEVER recommend either company as our wallets took a major hit.

I purchased my new bullfrog spa from unique pools and spa. Alan was very helpful and patient with my many question. The spa was delivered in three days. I went back to pick up some additional items and Lorenzo helped me out answering several more questions. Btw they have a large amount of inventory in stock. Go check them out!

I bought a hot tub here 6 years ago and needed a new pillow and Lorenzo was very helpful and I got it replaced very quickly. Great customer service!

I bought a spa here 9 months ago, and am very happy I got it here. The customer service has been absolutely amazing and continues to be so. This month my hot tub started leaking and they had it fully fixed within 24 hours, no hassle or questioning me. Highly recommend for quality customer service, even post purchase.

Wish I had something good to say about this location. It's the closest dealer to my home. I stopped by not knowing that I had to schedule and appointment. No big deal, called in Saturday morning to schedule a visit. The guy who answered asked what I was interested in, I said I was looking for a spa and gave my budget that was between 8900-11500. I guess that isn't enough for this place because I was told to go online and find something.

They only carry American made high end models? Went to another place the same day and made a purchase of a Hot Springs model in my budget. Excellent customer service there and wasn't talked down to as if they didn't want my business. I don't like being the one to say this, but this is why retail is going away. The employees tried to steer me directly to retails competitor, online shopping.

Just bought a super fancy spa (I forget the name! It's on the paperwork). My wife and I just left some crazy event that looked very scammy and sketchy. We had weird vibes instantly and my wife told me she felt uncomfortable. We decided to take a look at unique based on their amazing google reviews. Holy moly did we make a good decision! Grade A everything!

I love that they have hot tubs in stock! I hate having to wait months and months and months to get something that I really want! I might die tomorrow. Supposedly they even do the warranty work so I don't even have to call the manufacturer! I guess we will find out! But as a mechanical engineer I know simple pumps and circuit boards fairly well and these components are top notch. Highly recommended (subject to change review based on help and service that was promised).

They sell low quality products. Our hot tub became worthless after little over 2 years. The heater stuck 'on' due to circuit board malfunction and boiled the water. This cause glue in some jets and pipe connections to melt and now hot tub is leaking. Im glad that nobody was using it when it happened. But even after replacing the board which was $300 I have leaking tub that soon will be rotten peace of junk.

I am super happy with my purchase from Unique Pools Spas & Billards! They stand behind there product 100%. I've been a customer now for over 3 year and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, they go above and beyond. Thanks for a great product.

Beware! Good products and Unfortunately they have no service department so all are still struggling and my hot tub is still broken after seven months. Months have passed waiting so yesterday the technician left and I noticed the touchscreen was very dim. I called him and he did not have an answer for me. I gained access to all the controls and found that the DL plug was reversed with the other and the OC plug was loose going into the instream. The instream WiFi still does not work. This is accurate and honest

I can't say enough about how happy I am with my hot tub and the customer service at Unique Pools and Spas! From my sales person Lorenzo, I have received the best service and understand how to take care of my hot tub. Lorenzo answered so many questions for me. I also call and speak to Josh, who has helped me understand how to care for the hot tub. Thank you Unique Pools and Spas!

I will be sending others your way when they are looking for a hot tub, above ground pool, or swim spa. I love my little oasis--my hot tub helps with all the aches and pains, and helps me to sleep better.

So I purchase our Spa in Aug 2020. Steven was very helpful and knowledgable which made the buying experience even nicer. They delivered the spa a few days later and the crew did a great job placing it for us. It took us about 8 weeks to have the electrical work completed and once it was done the spa was up and running. One of the jet controllers was not working correctly so I called spoke with a young lady who was professional and courteous.

A gentleman by the name of Nat came out within a few hours and replaced controller and refreshed our memory on maintaining the Spa. Overall I am very happy with the Spa and especially the outstanding customer service which is very rare. Great team! Thank you for the great service and product support.

After shopping at every spa store in the area, I purchased a Bullfrog Spa from Adam at this establishment. Adam is amazing. Full of life and energy he explain every feature of all his tubs. The delivery guys were awesome. Once I received the hot tub there was a leak and I repair man was at my door within 1/2 hour and just had to tighten a pipe. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I am thrilled! A couple months later, my tub’s speakers were not working. Within days service was in my yard repairing my speakers! I can’t say enough good things about this company. All compamies should conduct their business like Unique Pools and Spas! Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!

Carl, the salesman is excellent. His knowledge & patience is priceless. Being such an expensive purchases, we needed the time used to come to a decision. Thus, Carl's assistant went above and beyond and that is why we chose to purchase a spa. And of course the quality of the product and selection is excellent.

I had the greatest experience with these guys buying my swim spa. Very professional, great customer service, and patient salesmen because to start they didn't judge me as a minority they answered a lot of questions that I had and never pressured me into purchasing.

RAVE! This is for Unique Pools and Spas! We purchased a pool from them a little over a month ago and the experience was great. After only a couple weeks of being able to use it, our water pump sprung a leak and the motor blew.

5 stars, hands down! We had such a wonderful experience working with Steven at the Orlando location. My husband and I were very uneducated on spas, but knew we wanted one. Steven took over an hour showing us every option and feature to narrow it down and we found the perfect spa.

Knowledgeable staff and very patient with costumers with LOTS of questions. Accommodating to our ever changing schedule not to mention a pleasure to do business with.

I went into the store expecting it to be just like all the other hot tub stores (pushy salesmen, 1-2 spas brands to choose from, bad mouthing competition, etc), but i left quite impressed. The staff there was very informative and made the whole purchase process easy.

So, . I was new to the area. I just moved into my new Santa fe style 1950's bungalow on the easy side. I was very pleased with my spur-of-the-moment last chance endeavour buy, that I took no time jump into the glorious sensation that is; home decor shopping.
