If you have the ability to find another AV provider, save yourself some time and money and do that. Charlotte Sound and Visual sold my company on a large Crestron conference room solution, which works well, but getting anyone from Charlotte Sound and Visual to support their equipment, visit onsite for equipment updates, etc is extremely difficult.
I've had at least 4 technicians that I work directly with that have left the company, then I'm left in the dark as old email addresses aren't forward and numerous messages left with anyone that'll respond fall on deaf ears. It's unfortunate, this company was great to work with when we first bought the system, but customer service has fallen off a cliff.
