Immediate response by Jacob when we found out our old company had gone out of business ( no contact from them for several months and then notification from monitoring company that 10x was no longer active). JSB came out and got new system installed (old equipment was tied to 10x and could not be reprogrammed to new alarm/monitoring company.very pleasant experience!

Where do I even start- I would give 10 stars if I could for JSB Security! They're absolutely exceptional! I'm not one to write reviews often but in this case, I had to for their outstanding customer service! From beginning to end- everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional. Skyler was my installer on the day of and he was PHENOMENAL!

He answered all my questions and walked me thru the set up process thoroughly. You could tell he was an absolute professional and detailed in his work. I definitely appreciated this as I am a detailed person myself. The security system I have set up is fantastic and runs very smoothly. The cameras are clear, alarm panel is user friendly and the app is extremely useful for when we're traveling. They've exceeded all my expectations in all aspects- customer service, install and equipment. I would recommend x10000!

Hands down the best service I have ever received from any company. Jacob and Nancy have taken the Nordstrom and Costco service level approach for their customers and more. Calls, texts and emails are answered in minutes, even on Sundays. I highly recommend them for any of your security needs.

JSB is AWESOME! Jacob met with us to review our current setup and he offered knowledgeable solutions that upgraded our outdated equipment and non functioning doorbell camera to a new system, while saving us money each month. He spent extra time with us to make sure things were done exactly right. Our new system is so easy to use - we love it! Hands down the best alarm company in the Charlotte area!

I just want to say thanks to the JBS security solutions Inc team. Skyler was awesome, he is knowledgeable and efficient. Very professional and friendly. He took care of our issue and went the extra mile. I can honestly say he went above and beyond. I also want to give credit to Nancy who made this happen extremely quick, she heard my concern and took care of the situating by sending Skyler the best tech I have ever dealt with. I purchased a new house and JSB was already installed. I recently had JSB come out and give me a quote and the pricing was so reasonable. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with no pressure. I worked with Jacob directly and he was fantastic. He offered me stickers and a new sign for outside my front and back door. Great experience! Dealing with JSB was a great experience. Working with them was so easy from the first call to job completion and support. Jacob showed up on time to give me an estimate. His pricing was transparent and straight forward which allowed me make a decision to go with them on the spot. They installed my system within a week, were able to use existing sensors in the house, add new sensors, doors lock, cameras and other items.

Now my house is secure. When I have a question, I just send them a text and they are quick to respond. This experience was much better then the Ring system I installed on my last house.

If you're looking for the best security job in town, you found the right business! Jacob and Nancy are absolutely phenomenal. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of security. We switched from ADT and will never look back. They are not here to sell you on equipment and extended contracts like 99% of other companies - they truly care about making sure you are secure and satisfied.

I have had JSB security in my home for about a year now and the experience from the beginning has been phenomenal. When you have to interact with the TWC's (or Spectrum or whatever they are called now) of the world and their less-than-stellar customer service, it is a breath of fresh air to do business with a company so customer focused. I have never had any major issues with the security system, except when my SkyBell doorbell stopped working correctly.

I called JSB at 6 pm and Jacob (the owner) came out the very next day to replace the faulty device. I remain 100% satisfied with my choice to sign up with JSB and will recommend to all friends and acquaintances. Keep up the great work!

I waited a couple of months before writing my review. JSB security exceeded my expectations. I was against signing a contract for security services. I purchased SimpliSafe security system. I thought SimpliSafe was decent until I realized it was not secure and did not notify the police. Yates at JSB came by my home several days after the SimpliSafe debacle.

Amazing service; there aren't any other words to describe the service. He was on time, did everything he said he would do, and no pressure sales. He did not force any unnecessary equipment of services on me. That was one of my main concerns; being sold things I didn't need. The alarm system is such an upgrade from my previous system. It shows a 5 day weather forecast.

I did not think that would be a selling but I LOVE IT. Next, the RING. It love it. As you can read I can go on and on. Hands down the best security firm in Charlotte. You will love the service and the system. 10 STARS

Jacob stopped by and spoke to me about getting an alarm system. I had not thought of getting a system until he explained his products to me along with the deals offered. I was completely sold! I already love it, and feel much safer!

The equipment is a substantial upgrade in quality and functionality over the previous equipment.

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. The pricing was very good compared to some of the other options in town. The system is wireless and has a slick touchscreen key pad which looks nice hanging on the wall.
