Great company and crew to work with. We had a large (for us) hardscaping and landscaping project done by YE, and they did a fantastic job. Barrett worked with us to design and pick materials for a major retaining wall and driveway project. The crew were professional, respectful, hardworking, and punctual. Highly recommend!

Work began before estimated time and ended on time. Workers were not talkative but friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, 2 months later our sod looks great!

We used YEL for a fairly extensive landscaping project this summer and are delighted with the outcome! We worked (and are still working ) exclusively with Nate - he has been incredibly attentive and PATIENT with great follow through! We had Young Entrepreneur Landscaping out to replace a rotten old deck with a patio and to do a bit of drainage work. They did a great job, stuck to their timeframe, and made our backyard look about 1000x nicer. Highly recommended!

We're very pleased with results. Barrett was flexible with his schedule (we had a delay due to a plumbing issue). They took our front yard porch area from a mess to beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We do not recommend YE Landscaping due to the very poor quality in our opinion of the yard clean up work which included installing sod. We tried several times to resolve. The owner was very condescending. The owner encouraged us to pay by cash to reduce his charges. This was a mistake.

The only reason I took a star off was due to poor communication between the owner and the crew on one occasion. Part of the job was running a drain under the sod from the downspout to the sidewalk. The crew dug the ditch halfway down the yard. When I asked, they said that's where the owner marked it. I don't know if they made a mistake or it was marked wrong but I'm sure glad I caught it.

They were going to leave it like that. On the plus side, I was able to reach the owner, Barret easily. He assured me the job would be done right and the next day he came out himself to help and make sure it was done correctly. I'm very pleased with the work performed. When we moved in 6 months ago the yard was nothing but ivy, mud and a ton of roots from trees taken out a few years ago.

Now it's green and lush with beautiful landscaping. The crew that came worked hard all day and took the time to clean up nicely at the end of each day, very professional. I would recommend and use YELL again in the future.

Nathan worked with me to design exactly what we wanted and had ideas that made it even better. They started earlier than planned and the crew was very hardworking, considerate and punctual. When some adjacent areas were worn down due to the extensive work, they fixed those as well. I could not recommend Y.E.L.L. more.

If I could give zero stars I would. The job was never finished. Texted the owner over and over asking when they would come to finish weeding but never received a response. Then I got a collections bill for double the agreed upon amount. I told him to go through his texts to see I asked 6 times when they would come back to finish the job bc they never did. This place is a scam. Highly unethical and horrible quality.

Charged me for work not agreed upon. I don't think he did the work. I agreed to have a sprinkler head repaired for $90. That was all. Paid the bill. Received a bill for almost $500. Called him and he said basically, too bad I needed to pay him. Would never use him bc not honest.

Young entrepreneurs completed work at our property that included repair of broken drainage from our downspouts with new lines run all the way to the curb. In addition, they landscaped the entire north side of our house. The project was done quickly and the ground was sodded after they left. The Landscaping looks great and hardly a sign that they had been on the site as everything was put back just as it was before they came. I would recommend their services

We had used the same landscaping company for years when they suddenly doubled their rates last year without letting us know until after the service was complete. This year, we decided to shop around and I'm sure glad that we found Young Entrepreneur! They were much more reasonable on price and they did an outstanding job. Very glad we made the switch! Defiantly recommend their work!

I don't recommend them. They are pricey and didn't deliver on time. The owner was condescending and didn't work with me to find a solution for a tree. He wanted to take it for himself. I have two dead bushes and called to see if they stood behind replacing them.like other places. Even Home Depot does that. He said he would and never followed up. Sick of chasing them down. So. I'm out money.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Barrett, his company, and his crew hit the mark on everything you want in a contractor. Great communication, fast response time, great pricing, and amazing work. The landscaping features in my yard were in extreme disrepair and I could not be more happy with the results of the rebuild. Two stone walls completely rebuilt, two block walls completely rebuilt, the entire perimeter of my patio completely rebuilt, and a full spring clean-up carried out by two guys in less than 3.5 days. I'm extremely happy with the results and will definitely look to this company again for any future work.

YELL did a great job with my yard. They tore out a very overgrown yard, trimmed a tree, and made it look inviting and presentable. Highly recommend them!

In November, 2018, we hired YE to grade, sod, and landscape our yard after the installation of a swimming pool. The grading resulted in water pooling in our yard so the team came back and installed a catch basin and drain. At one point in our yard, the drain was merely placed on top of the ground instead of being buried. Once the sod on the drain died and the drain pipe came through, Barrett refused to return my calls or text. Additionally, I spent a month trying to get Barrett to return my calls and texts because one of my trees were dying.

Since we were in the first year, I expected this tree to be warranted. When Barrett wouldn't return my calls or text messages, I asked my wife to call from her phone. When he returned her call, Barrett told my wife he wouldn't warranty the tree since I didn't try contacting him. When she told him I have the text messages showing I have tried contacting him he informed her that's not his problem.

She explained we were going to share our experience with others he said "please do". His website says you're not just another account but our top priority. They were great to work with when things were going well but they've been terrible with follow through and standing behind their work.

Over six months after our project of installing a new steps, sidewalk and patio, Young Entrepreneur's continue to impress me. I emailed Nate with some questions and concerns and he addressed them all within a few days. He even gave me some tips on how to maintain our new sod ourselves. We are having them come out this spring for a 'spring clean up'. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for yard work, pavers, or steps. They have a great team that are really easy to work with throughout the entire project and even months later!

Recently we completed a landscaping renovation with Young Entrepreneur Landscaping LLC. Our old cracked concrete walkways were the primary motivation behind the project, but like so many other projects once we started looking to replace that we decided to include some others. Our old back paver patio was in need of repair or replacement, and our front steps also needed some TLC.

When the project was complete we had new matching Unilock pavers installed all the way from the front sidewalk to and including the back patio. We also had new custom built stairs up to the front porch complete with a new railing. And of course once this was all done we needed new sod planted to clean it all up. OwnerBarrett Weckel was very easy to work with and had great ideas for our space.

It was all executed to perfection by partner Nate Record and his two-man crew in a couple of weeks. They all worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied and were quick to make any adjustments as the project unfolded. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process and all of their hard work!

Young Entrepreneur Landscaping was fantastic to work with from initial estimate to finish installation. Barrett and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The price was fair and they accommodated a last-minute change to add an additional run of drain pipe per owner request that was much appreciated. Exceeded expectations and will definitely use again on future projects.
