Brothers tree service was excellent. They were ontime for the estimate. Ontime to complete the work. Had 4 trees removed 3 trees pruned 1 cabled and stumbled removed. Price was reasonable. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness After receiving a quote I scheduled a day and time only to be left waiting for almost 3hrs past appointment time for a stump removal. I was told he was on his way for almost 3 hrs & receptionist seemed upset that I was calling back to check status. I cancelled, will go elsewhere! Very unprofessional! Service: Tree stump removal

The brothers were easy to communicate with and offered a great service at an affordable cost. It was easy to book a consultation with their secretary and then followed up over email/call to book the day for them to come and cut the trees. They cut down 4 trees for me in a day and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend their services and I plan to use them again in the future! Job well done!

Called a contact number to make a appointment for a landscaping quote. Unfortunately I don't speak a foreign language so could not leave a message. Tried a second contact number and again was answered by the same language. Not having a clue I did leave my name and number at the beep. I did get a call back from a totally different phone number and was able to make a appointment for a quote for a Saturday afternoon between 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm.

Thought that everything was set in place for the quote. Received a call from their office to change the appointment time to between 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm. I understand that sometimes appointments are subject to change and I was accommodating. So Saturday afternoon I am waiting for someone to show up for my quote at the agreed time. No one shows between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

No one ever came. No one ever called me.uto say they couldn't make it. At 4:45 pm I went on line to see if I could get a phone number to see if there was a reason for the no show. The service has more than one contact number. I called a number that said call anytime in case of a problem. Got a recording that the business was closed, not open on Saturday or Sunday. Went down the internet listing ads and found a number that was one I hadn't previously seen.

It ended up being the cell number of one of the owners. A fella answered and I told him about the appointment problem. He actually didn't know about the quote and said his brother was the one responsible. How could I do business with someone who couldn't have the professional acumen to make a simple phone call or keep a appointment for a quote that would generate income for his business.

I guess in this time of businesses just about squeaking by because of the pandemic that Brother's Tree Service has enough work that they don't care about prospective customers.

Did an excellent job and plan on using them again. Had customer fully involved during the process of removing and trimming trees. Protected and lawn, no damage occurred when moving their heavy equipment around front and back yard. Neighbors were impressed with work and also using them for additional tree trimming. The Brothers are vary hard working family who care about their customers and business.

Best costumer service ever! The guys were so great and cleaned my house like if nothing happened. Thank you for removing my two big trees. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a tree and lawn service.

I have used Brother Tree & Lawn Service several times in the past two years to take care of old or fallen trees on my property in Westport, CT. I am always very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided by the crew. They arrive on time, complete the work on time and within the estimate provided then leave the work area cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would highly recommend calling Jose and his crew if you need tree work done in Fairfield County.

I've made two appointments 2 days in a row no-show the first day no call no email back although they say you can reach them 24 hours a day through email. They called me this morning to tell me that they couldn't make it yesterday and they would like to reschedule today the appointment was at 4:30 I work 150 miles from my home left early again to be here for 430 was here at 4:10 it is now 510 no one has shown no phone call no anything would not recommend this company.

A+ Excellent service - clean and fast professional services at a reasonable price. Had a very large tree taken down, three stumps ground and some general trimming/brush pile removed and they did more than I expected cleaning up and leaving the yard in great shape.

I thought there would be some sign of them being there, but other than the trees looking great, there was no sign they were ever there!
