Chad came and did my Christmas lighting and it was epic! Garland lights wreathes strobes! Very beautiful and tastefully done! Very professional crew!

I called Chad to see if he can come out and give me a quote on leveling out my backyard. I chose them because his website states he serves "Fairfield County and surrounding areas" and I saw that his company's address is based in BRIDGEPORT. He tells me he has nothing until the fall then asks me where I'm located. I tell him I'm in Bridgeport and he tells me sorry that's out of his service area.

How is the same area your company is based in not your service area? Last time I checked Bridgeport is a part of "Fairfield County and surrounding areas". From the looks of his website BRIDGEPORT must not be the demographic he wants to serve.

I received quotes from several landscaping companies, one of which was Chad Landscapes, Inc to remove a tree in the front of my house in June 2020. Chad Landscapes, Inc gave me the lowest priced quote by a couple hundred dollars and he seemed easy to talk to on the phone, so I was happy to confirm and move forward with Chad Landscapes Inc. After two months had passed, it was beginning of August and the tree was still there so I followed up with Chad about when the tree would get taken down. Chad told me he was backed up and that he needed some more time.

After another two months had passed, i followed up with Chad again mid October asking when the tree would get done. He then told me it may not be until winter because of the storm damage he was backed up again and said that because of the price he gave me to do my job, he has to take care of other jobs with priority. It is now February and I have texted Chad and called and he is not responding.

It's very frustrating to have been so patient with him for so long, while I had other companies lined up back in June that could have done the job for a hundred or two more. Now I have lost touch with those companies and almost a year later and the tree is still there. If you happen to get a quote from Chad Landscapes Inc that is a little less than another company, I suggest you go with the other company. I wish I had. What a waste of time dealing with Chad, stringing me along for all this time.

After the recent storm, Isiasis left my property looking as if a bomb went off, I was able to happily hire Chad Landscapes and his team to tackle the cleanup and debris removal just in time for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party we are throwing this weekend. I am beyond ecstatic with the prompt response, professionalism, and courteous crew at Chad Landscapes!

I HIGHLY recommend this business and am looking forward to the holidays, as i just discovered they also do holiday decorating and lighting! Our property had gotten so overgrown that it was an embarrassment - weeds and saplings everywhere, including deeply-rooted invasive species like Oriental bittersweet that can be back-breaking to remove. Chad's landscapes is a very professional landscaping crew that has done amazing things with my property. They transformed my yard into a beautifully landscaped sanctuary. They are professional and very educated on quality plantings and understand how to prune and take care of them.
