I called when one of the springs broke on our garage door. Dean called right back and came out to assess the situation. He then had two of his technicians come over with the parts they needed and make the repairs. It's never fun to have something break and have to spend money you weren't planning on, but this was a great experience from beginning to end. Prompt, professional service. Excellent communication. Friendly workers. I would highly recommend Accurate Door to anyone in the area who needs help with their garage door.

Requested service for broken cable on my daughter's door with a broken cable. Service tech Joey arrived on time and did a sensational job not only with repair, but tuning up and balancing the door. Very very pleased with his expertise and taking the extra steps necessary to make sure EVERYTHING was right. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Came home around noon to a garage door that wouldn't open. It was a broken spring. Called Accurate Door (their number was next to the garage opener button they had installed on a previous call a few years back) and was told a tech would be out today as soon as he finished a current job. Around 2, Dalton showed up, confirmed the break and gave multiple options for the repair.from the most basic to a few upgrades in quality (to improve the durability of the springs) as well as a few other options.like new, quieter, silicone rollers to improve the overall performance.

No pressure, just options ( we upgraded). Dalton did the install in a few hours and he did an awesome job. As noted, we've used these folks in the past, with equally great service. Accurate has a customer for life and we would HIGHLY recommend them (and Dalton) if you need service on your garage door as well.

Quick Review: I needed a new door and door opener/operated. They are very professional, flexible, organized, friendly, and direct to what the problem is and what needs to be done. Detailed Review: It was easy to book an inspection appointment. They have many flexible hours when it comes to scheduling a day and time that best fits your schedule. Also, they communicate with you before, during and after the appointment.

They are also really professional and understanding. The day of my appointment it was raining and I was running some errands, so I was running late for 10 minutes. They waited and when I got home they were ready to get to work. They started the inspection and then let me know what was the problem with my garage door and door opener. They even offer to do a quick repair on the door since my daughter with the car collide with it.

For price and services needed they ran an precise estimate with different options on doors and door opener, which for me having options is perfect. I will recommend them 100%

I drive into my driveway, press the clicker, and my garage door will not open. I keep pressing and nothing happens. Panic sets in. Where are my house keys? I dig, and I dig. Finally I find them at the bottom of my car console. I get in the house and check the Batavia Chamber of Commerce website for a list of garage door repair companies. I recognize the Accurate Door name and logo because I see their logo all over town for sponsoring community events and sports teams.

I call, and much to my surprise, they can come out the same day! Nick drives up about 4 hours later and he is a delight! Such a nice, knowledgeable, and courteous person. The spring is broken. He has a replacement one in the van. He's up on the ladder and in a flash, he is done. Not only did he fix the problem, he performed some annual maintenance on it and an inspection.

He shakes my hand, says we should have him back in a year for general maintenance, and he is on his way. Accurate Door, especially Nick, far exceeded my expectations. The experience was absolutely perfect. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who asks. Thanks you, Nick for saving my day!

My spring on the garage door broke at 6:00pm with our only car in the garage. Called their # left my information and they responded very quickly! They were to my house by 7 and fixed without any problems! They were awesome! Highly recommend

A Accurate Door is the best garage repair service I've worked with this far. The cost is right where it needs to be, and the hospitality of the local family owned business is very evident. My Service Tech stayed an extra 2 hours after discovering a more intricate problem on a Friday, and was professional, Courteous, and polite. He got the job done and was happy to do so. Letting people into your home to work is always a toss up, because you want to get good service, and my garage door is working great, it's upgraded, and I'd recommend A Accurate Door to anyone in the Chicago land area! My garage door was loud - squeaky, popping so I called AAccurate Door Service in Aurora IL. Brian and Nick ran a diagnostic and inspected the door to find out several hinges were cracked and rollers were worn. I had no idea how important regular maintenance for your garage door is! The door could have fallen off the hinges when in the up position and fallen on our cars or family members!

Now my door is so quiet dog doesn't even bark when it opens or closes. They ran a full safety inspection and explained everything. I really appreciate techs great service. Thank you
