Garage Doors Repairing

Please stay away from this company. They replaced my broken garage door cable on April 6th and did not do a great job. I called them back three times to get them to make an adjustment and have yet to have it fixed, despite them claiming to have a one year warranty on their work. The worst part is that their price was not cheaper than other providers. I went with them because of the positive reviews, despite their high price, because I assumed, was getting premium service. Use them at your own risk!

This is a mixed review. I called 7pm on a Thursday night and was impressed to get a live person on the phone. ( I expected to leave a message). I scheduled for 7am -9am on Monday and rearranged scheduled meetings to ensure I was present and available until 10am that day. He did not show, I had to call them and he showed up at 11:15am and pulled me away from a meeting that I could not reschedule.

I missed important information, he was un apologetic for not showing up when scheduled. Inconsiderate of customers schedules. On a plus side, they did the work quickly and the prices was reasonable. Not cheap, but not gouged. Just a fair price. I would probably still use them but I will not believe them when the quote a time. Really screwed up my work day. J

Excellent service and a friendly experience from start to finish. Our garage spring broke and snapped our cables on both sides of the door. After calling, we were serviced by Aiden the next day and the job was completed in less than 30-minutes!

The configuration of the door was somewhat unique and would require substantial re-framing to accommodate the new door. Tech promptly explained what needed to be done and gave us the best estimate. He showed up this morning and set about framing the door in and installing it.

My spring broke, so I called the company and they were here the next day (less than 24 hours). He was very courteous and he explained what needed to be done and why. I recommend this service!

Door looks very nice and works great. I replaced an old ugly door and the new door completely changed the look of the home. Service was good as well. I recommend their service with one caveat. The time that he arrived was much later than originally promised. As a result, I had to change my plans for the day to accommodate the work. If you choose their service, plan on enough time before and after to avoid being disappointed. Other than the time issue, everything else was perfect. I really like the look of the new door and it opens and closes perfectly.

Had a garage spring snap and contacted them to come out. They were the best prices of five companies I called, offered a four year warranty, and were able to get to my house that same morning. Inspected the door and recommended other components that would need replacing but was not pushy about selling products. He had showed up in the window he stated and had the job done in twenty minutes. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great Service! Answered my call even when though the sun wasn't up. Was able to squeeze me in between already booked appointments and gave me a free and fair quote. Finished the first part of the repair before he left and came back to complete the rest of my request latter in the day. I would recommend him to anyone in need of help last minute or not. Ahmad was fantastic. I had a broken spring which he not only replaced in 15 minutes, but also helped me with a door opener issue I had for a while. I was 100% satisfied with his services and the prices. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for garage repair services.

Single Digit temps and New Year's Eve didn't keep Ahmad from a prompt response to my broken down garage door. He was extremely professional and was able to complete the repair in a very short period of time.
