I called and was transferred three times, each time having to repeat my issue. Then the guy I finally got was extremely rude, curt and condescending. He said he'd send someone out, but since I would not be there (I'm the landlord), I asked if the electrician could call to give me an assessment of the problem (e.g., "is it a $200 issue or $2000 job?) To that, the guy said, "look missy, you should just call someone else!" and HUNG UP ON ME! Ummm.what?

I contacted Mancini Electric 8/1/12 to ask for a quotation for some work. They promised to return the call. No call. I called again 8/8/12: they apologized, explained that "company was here so they were busy" but that they would visit me next Monday or Tuesday. No visit, no call. I called again 8/21/12 and they identified the person I spoke with as Gino Mancini and said that they could ask him to call me.

I said, should I do that or look for another company? They said, If you want to look for another company, you should do that. I said, okay. I don't recommend them. Too much hassle. David Spector Portland, ME
