I called them for a quote, a representative came out and spent a fair amount of time. I never received a quote, which surprised me so I called and questioned that circumstance and never received the courtesy of a response

Our company has been using Mc Mullen for lots of years and overall the service has been good. I do recommend if you want great service have them send out Akeem Johnson. He worked on one of our units that many people have worked on for years and when he was done the unit was running like never before. The room was actually freezing and we had to raise the temp. Great Job!

Tried calling the number literally 10 times to tell them one of their work vans entire brake light system wasn't working and I watched someone almost smack into the back of their van, but for some reason the number doesn't work.

Have tried to call them twice in the last year and a half because their service stickers are on the RTU each time it was a nightmare holding for twenty minutes and never receiving any help Never Again

We have a walk in freezer that is a little over one year old. McMullen came out worked on it then left. About 1 1/2 hours the unit lost power. They came back out both times the price was a little over $300. So now we're over $600 for a unit that had never been worked on before by anyone else. Then the unit was having more issues. I mentioned that I thought it was unfair that every time they come out it cost $300.

They sent another guy out (third time) he spent the afternoon trying to figure out the problem. About a week later the unit went up to 42 degrees. So I'm supposed to pay $1200 for a unit that never had any problems before. Be careful who you hire some companies are just out to get your $
