Forest Air has been my go to repair company for air conditioning since 2010. They are very reliable, responsive and offer a quality product for a fair price. We feel very secure with Danny being the owner and Patrick being our sales rep and their repair crew. I would highly recommend them! Service: Install AC

Would highly recommend Forest Air Conditioning! My A/C was having trouble running. I called and they were able to come out same day on a Sunday. Troy was very personable and knowledgeable. He saw what the problem was quickly. He worked diligently and explained what he was doing step by step. I am a DIY and love learning and seeing how things work. Troy didn't seem to mind me hanging out. I would highly recommend Troy Thompson and Forest Air Conditioning. I called and they were there in one and a half hours!

1st appointment they called to cancel because they were 4 hours late. Next appointment I had to call because they were 3 hours late. 2 days of our schedules were moved around. Once they showed up it only got worse. Technician admitted he didn't check the heating board when only months before he replaced the AC board. It didn't matter that he admitted to messing up, I was charged another $89 service charge.

I didn't feel comfortable spending another $400+ with this company. I'm still confused as to what the $89 charge was for? To show up late and say "I should have checked that when I was here in November?" To many other companies to give my buisness too. Fool me once. You know the saying!

The owner was recommended to me years ago by a nursing friend of mine. I too am in the medical field and with that comes a busy schedule and no free time for AC maintenance. Danny and Forest Air have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. They helped me repair a leak in my dining room ceiling, replace my entire system, fix my thermostat and a host of other projects.

I have had something strange going on with my electric bill and noticed for months that my bill was double its normal amount. I tried to tinker with things that were clear and obvious (drain tube, filter, thermostat settings, sealing windows, etc) and something was still wrong. Things seemed okay on and off but the problem ended up being complicated and inconsistent making it hard to diagnose and correct.

The tech that came out was awesome, punctual, respectful, detailed, great communication. I hate being a bad customer and when the problem it complicated it is really hard to make your needs clear. I had to have a few parts replaced and Tony did awesome. I am a big fan of Forest Air and have really been grateful for Danny and Tony. I am so eager to have a more normal bill and am already sleeping better in my nice cool home. Thank you guys!

My A/C failed, of course, at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. I called called the company and the repairman arrived within 30 minutes. The tech (Todd) knew very quickly just what the issue was. He had the part in the truck, had it changed and the A/C running within 15 minutes of arrival. I believe the charges are fair, especially for after hours! He could have charged me a small fortune for things I didn't need. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism Unreliable. No response after visit for estimate. When it's sweaty and obvious coolant was needed, we received nonsense because the big guy didn't want to wrestle with the coolant tank. Ridiculous. Also it's unprofessional to be using customer bathroom. Service: HVAC maintenance

Honest owner who takes his work very seriously. He makes sure to hire good employees and office staff to help run a tight ship in order to keep his customers satisfied.

Great technicians. Nice as can be. Had full units replaced 5 years ago by them and when the next time comes it will be them again. Good tune up pricing as well.

I have used Forest Air several times in the past, we are part of the cool club. They have always been professional and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. My most recent repair was with JC Lake and Philip, both were great! Very nice professional men, whom you could tell genuinely cared about the job they were doing. I am so glad I called them over a year ago for a repair, and now part of the club.

I reached out to Forest air during our addition and remodel when I noticed the GC duct work wasn't right. The owner Danny came out to take a look and affirmed my suspicions. He gave me a quote to fix it right. They did so great I also had them run all the ducts for the bathroom exhausts and kitchen hood. Super friendly and knowledgeable crews and they were very responsive so I could get the house move in ready. Highly recommend!

I had a mini split system installed in my home. Weeks went by and they have still not sent in my limited warranty. The electrician never signed off on the work and I have not been able to get the inspector to sign off on the inspection. Not happy!

Hello, I recently had my Central A/C unit replaced by Forest Air. Like any person i shopped around to get the best system for the price. I wanted to stay away for the ICP A/C Brands like ComfortMaker that others have quoted. Forest Air Quoted York and i have read the reviews a they were very good. On the day of install The Crew arrived first thing in the morning to get started. Danny arrived soon after to oversea the install personally.

Each Tech took the time to make sure this install was done perfectly and to Spec. Danny himself gave the system a once over before everybody left. I feel very confident in this purchase with Forest Air. My family and I really enjoy my new system and would recommend Forest Air to anybody looking for a new A/C System.

I thought about getting a new unit last year and put it off. I had 3 quotes in 2018. I asked for updated quotes and I also contacted Forest Air on the recommendation of someone I met. Their price was great, I got a well rated brand name with a nice warranty. The bonus is the great response time from all their employees. It was a smooth install and I am hoping to save money on my electric bill since I replaced a 16 year old unit. They did a nice job. I would highly recommend them.

Just want to say that Patrick did an awesome job in fixing my AC! I was with a different company that kept telling me it was my thermostat and then tried to sell me one for $400! After switching out multiple thermostats and sweating for four days straight I called Forest Air; Patrick came out and with a little investigation found out it was a faulty wire. Problem solved and I'm waking up to cool air. Thank you so much!

Patrick provided amazing and timely service. He replaced our entire AC unit indoor and out. We called him on a Saturday morning at 7 am and he was here before 8. He worked tirelessly all day to make sure that we had working AC before he left. Best service I've ever had and at a great price! I would recommend forest air to anyone.

We have called Forest Air to fix our AC unit drainage issue. They provided a temporary fix only to find that literally 5 days later, the ceiling is now ready to collapse and they are not willing to return without charging another $200 to address the initial issue that was discussed. Our AC unit has required servicing in the past every few months and we have never run into an issue like this where days after servicing the problem is worse than it was initially. We would not recommend that anyone work with this company.

They were amazing! We called them at 4:08pm on a Saturday and got an actual person! Within 15 minutes of that conversation we had been called back in quoted that someone would be here between 4:30-6pm. There was someone at our door by 4:45pm! They guy was polite and respectful of our home. They also charged us incredibly fairly for their visit! Would highly recommend and use again.

Danny the owner has come to my rescue in the heat of the summer after another contractor left me in a terrible spot. Forest Air is always dependable, delivers quality service and goes above and beyond to do the right thing. I would ONLY use them going forward, after being burnt by two other ac companies and receiving countless estimates.

After 15 months of research and comparing brands on the web, I decided not to install a mini split myself. I sensed that paying pros to do it was smarter. From my first contact with Forest Air, Danny and his crew were on time, and their experience showed up in crafty solutions to my requests. They even returned for the city's inspection! Danny and his associates installed a new system which replaced the Rheem that we purchased only 7 years ago! They installed a Daikin! New return vent in place! We are in heaven (almost) after 2 weeks if intermittent air.

It's refreshing to deal with a company whose honest and does what they promise. My husband called them yesterday b/c our AC was not blowing cool air. Patrick showed up within an hr to assess the problem. It turns out we had a problem with the compressor. Patrick checked to see if it was still under warranty (thank God it was) n fixed the issue today.

He called (like he said he would) to check my availability and actually started working an hr before scheduled since he finished early on the jobs scheduled before mine. He worked efficiently, fixed the problem and explained everything he did. Will definitely refer family n friends to Forest Air.

I was really hoping to give business to a small, local company. Tech was nice and honest. I appreciate that in a company, but costs are not competitive. Five bills to replace a common part failure. I gladly paid my diagnostic fee and declined repair. Just got a quote for two and a half bills plus parts which are pretty cheap. I guess they planned on fixing it twice just make sure.

Called at 0800. Repairman Patrick (Irish fellow, most competent and friendly) at my house at 0930. Diagnosed repaired inspected and cleaned and gladly paid him $300 Done in 90 minutes. Great place. Hope to not need AC work. But here is where I'll go if required.

Forest Air was exceptional. They were able to schedule me in on the same morning I called. Eric the technician, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and explained what was needed in a very professional manner. I will not only use them again, but will refer my neighbors as well. A huge shout out to this company!

They took extra precautions not to repeat mistakes of previous air conditioning firm we hired and took time to explain features and answered our questions. Thorough job well done, including communication with office. Highly recommend!

Got home late and found that my AC wasn't working. Was 90 degrees in the house. Called Forest Air after looking them up on this site. Danny answered (who I think is the owner) and was really nice and professional.

I am highly satisfied with the service I get from Forest Air. I live out of state and called in with an emergency that took place at my condo in Florida. Forest Air sent someone to my place within an hour and took care of my problem.
