Ray came out and checked out what was best for our house ac not working so we will replace both furnace and air since they are 30 years old. Put down a deposit and set a day for installation which was going to be a two day installation since my furnace and duct work was in crawl space. Layth and Nick the installer's did a great job Layth would answer any questions I had. These two guys did a great job working side by side. Highly recommend this company.

I gave one star rating based on your service not what other company did with my AC installation. One side you were saying that there is leakage in COIL and on the other side you are refilling freon and charging me $1500 and same time you are saying freon will leak in couple of weeks because there is leakage in COIL. Even A Person who doesn't have technical knowledge about AC system will ask why you did not fix COIL leakage at first place before refilling freon.

Update: Again, outstanding service! My furnace went out at Christmas and they quickly sent a technician who found and fixed the issue. The technician went out of his way to quickly get the part and restore heat. Highly recommended! Great service! Friendly staff explained every step of the way and addressed additional issues I wasn't even aware of.

Ray and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were always very prompt and thorough. Ray located a potentially dangerous fracture in my furnace's heat exchange that could've ended up leaking carbon monoxide. He replaced my furnace the next day. My furnace was 25 years old and I would've kept patching it unless he convinced me it was unsafe. Appreciate his patience and willingness to lead me to the right decision!

I have used this company since I moved into my house 21 years ago. Ray is the owner and installed my original HVAC system. Zach is THE best. He is really thorough and explains. But the best part is he listens to you and doesn't try to sell you on anything. But service overall from calling for an appointment to the tech coming to do the work, they are all genuinely good people and nice. They call and keep you informed on when they will be there. The company has a great professional employees all around. I would recommend them all day.
