B & B Drain-Tech

Called 9:30 am to schedule an appointment because we had an issue with main sewer line. Lady took my info and passed it on to the tech. 3 hours later no call so I called again. They took my info and passed it on to the tech again. Finally got a call back but tech said there was 6/7 people in line before me. So he asked a few questions and said he would call when he was on his way.

Never heard from him again. Had I gotten a call back from a tech when I first called I might have been able to get the situation resolved instead waited all day for someone to not show up and ended up having to stay with friends since we could not use the plumbing in our house. I understand it was last minute and I'm not the only customer but the lack of communication in this situation is beyond poor. If he knew he was not going to make it at least call so people can make arrangements for another company to come out.

I came home to find one of these technicians blocking my alley. I got out of the car and looked around for the technician, but there was no one in sight. When I called the number on the van the woman who answered was incredibly rude. I understand that people have jobs to do, but I think it is irreprehensible of them to block a public alley and be a nuisance to the people who live in the area in which they are working.

B&B came in great time, and the tech was professional, courteous, and didn't do anything that would add to their time without a thorough explanation. Rates were comparable and the work was explained every step of the way so you got more than what you paid for. Can not recommend enough. Service: Drain cleaning

After realizing our main drain was clogged, I called on a Sunday morning and was told I was fourth in line and was given a time frame. Chris called two hours earlier than the given time frame and was able to get our line working again. He was very thorough and pleasant, even though he was working on a weekend. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who is having issues and will use this company again in the future.

Called B & B this morning due to a clog I could just not fix. From the minute I talked to the office staff I was confident I made the right decision. She was nice, understanding, quick, and even threw in some talk to make me chuckle a little bit. (side note, I'm never in a good mood when my plumbing is backing up into my basement). The tech arrived when she said he would and he was in and out within 30 minutes.

He too, was great! Very nice guy and carried on a nice, professional conversation while he was tackling our clog. It was obvious that he was trained well and knew exactly what he was doing because he fixed the clog so quickly. I made the mistake of calling a competitor last year (a different house, we just moved in to a new place) and it not only took forever for him to not fix the issue, but the price was higher too! I will be calling B&B for any issues that may arise in the future!

I highly recommend B&B Drain Tech! I had an emergency and on a Sunday evening a service tech came to unclog the drain. It was a bad situation with raw sewage backing up from a floor drain in my finished basement. It required more work and two techs returned the next morning and were successful in clearing the drain at over 108 ft from house. They explained steps needed to clear drain and sparred my basement from being ruined. Very nice, very professional and I'm very grateful for their hard work. Their fee was very reasonable. I'll call them in the future if necessary.

Highly recommend B and B Draining. Both, Mike and Mick that I worked with were amazing. They took the time to discuss the issue before arriving and completed the job within an hour. Called late afternoon and they were able to schedule a service call next day between 1-4. The next morning we received a call that a tech was in the area and wondered if they could come early! Jason arrived and was very professional from start to finish. He allowed me to share the problem in detail. He actively listened, shared his thoughts and the planned approach to resolve the issue.

Once complete, he shared his findings and we confirmed that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. He also offered recommendations to prevent the issue from occurring in the future. Cost was very reasonable and a great value for the work done. Would highly recommend based on my experience and will be my "go to" in the future.

Had them come to our church to clean our plugged drains. Very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and explained what we could do to keep our drains running well.
