My AC went out after business hours. Northwest was one of the only places that answered and they got me in right away the next day. Nathan the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! I wanted to upgrade my house to central AC. I saw on Google Reviews that the company Northwest Plumbing & Heating & AC had pretty good reviews. I called them, set an appointment and 2 weeks later they were at my hose ready to in the new AC and heater. Tony and another lady (I can't remember her name) were kind and professional. They are hard workers.

They arrived at my house at 7 a.m. and left at 6 p.m. They did not take a lunch break or any kind of break. They did not stop working until the job was done. After everything was installed, they cleaned up the area they were working in, I gave them a check, they said thank you and left. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system.

Tony did a great job with finishing the install of the new furnace and AC units. We ran into a couple of problems that Tony had not seen before. He called a factory help line and another serviceman to acquire the info needed to get the system running properly. Thanks to Tony and Northwest we have a new great running HVAC system. I would recommend Northwest plumbing and heating to anyone needing service. Tony is a very good serviceman and is a credit to Northwest.

We had a new furnace and central air unit installed. Everything way on time and exactly what I was told I would pay. Tony E. Installed the air conditioner and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. I have had many service people in the past and he was by far the best! Austin was so nice! Absolutely professional and even worked outside in the rain. He knew what & why we were having trouble with the pipe outside that ran to our septic - the pipe was over 50 yrs old. He recommended what had to be done after trying to open it! Excellent employee!

Phil, Shane, and Austin were all incredibly helpful. Phil was very informative while explaining to me what was going on and describing what he was doing exactly in order to locate the problem. He was very helpful in coordinating a set up time for the camera inspection while I was stuck at work. Shane and Austin did a very good job of running the camera through the pipes and explaining everything that we looked at and how the problem occurred as well as explaining what to do to prevent further issues.

Someone was sent out within 24 hours of me calling in with a non-emergency water backup. Shane was able to accurately diagnose the problem quickly and told me what the cost would be before beginning the work. While he was here, he took the time to diagnose and repair a second plumbing issue that I had put off for years because I thought it would be too expensive and time-consuming to fix. The cost was a fixed fee, not a per-hour charge, and comes with a 30-day warranty. I couldn't be happier with both repairs!

Shane came to my house and examined what problem I was having with my toilet and gave me an estimate of the cost for replacement. Phil came over to install the new toilet after it was delivered. Phil installed the toilet and was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions I had. Both Shane and Phil were professional and courteous to deal with. I highly recommend Northwest Plumbing & Heating if you want the job done right and efficiently.

Shane was very polite and friendly. He found the issue with my old water heater and gave me the options to move forward. I elected for a new one, and he was able to go get what he needed for the new install and was back at my home in a little over an hour. Next thing I knew, he was done! My only complaint is that my new water heater had 2 deep scratch/dents in it caused by the dolly Shane was given to use to haul the water heater.

I realize the unit won't be seen by anyone, but when you pay that much for something, it should look brand new. I would recommend new dollies for this purpose. Other than that, I'm very happy with the service! And Shane even left my floor cleaner than he found it!

Tom was very friendly and professional, and did not mind answering our many questions. He was prompt and explained everything to us in detail, and he communicated frequently to be sure we knew when to expect him to arrive. Ryan came on a Saturday evening to fix my heater. He was very courteous and went out of his way to make sure I understood what was wrong and the most cost effective way to repair it. I would definitely call Northwest again and refer them to anyone.

John was courteous and professional. He called prior to coming. He was also able to come earlier than scheduled and completed the work in less time than expected. He replaced a bathroom sink and faucet.

Service was fast and complete. Brock was very courteous and helped me understand what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time, and had my plumbing problem solved quickly as well with reccomendations that will save me money in the long run! I would highly recommend Northwest for any plumbing needs!

We received excellent service from Brock. Everything was handled professionally and we are very satisfied with Northwest.

When Brock came, he was very professional and yet down to earth telling us what was wrong with our water heater. After he got it working again, and before he left, he gave us the information we would need to order a new one eventually.

The service was exceptional! Mike P. and Travis S. were awesome to work with; they know what they are doing, and explain things as they go; I had to leave the house a couple times while my furnace was being installed and I had no worries whatsoever - very trustworthy!

Excellent Service. The bad news is I needed a new furnace. I didn't see that coming.
