The tech that came out, Taylor, was great. He was as friendly and professional as could be. I told him what the problem was and he said he could fix it quick, and he did. He popped up on the roof and ran the snake and job done. Less than an hour with no material other than gas he spent to my place. $343 for less than an hours work. Taylor, why work for a company that rips people off? Never ever will I refer this company and I will tell everyone how ridiculously over priced they are.

I've used Mr. Comfort through Drabek & Hill twice now. Once for a gnarly tub drain clog, once for a refrigerator hookup/ghost draining and never filling toilet. Both times the service was excellent. The problems solved quickly and efficiently and, most importantly, well. The work holds up. That's important. Both calls were nearly $200. Which, while steep to my mind is actually quite reasonable.
But really it's about the service. Much like Drabek & Hill, the service is excellent. And if Air Comfort Solutions wasn't paying google to be the first result in searches, both of these companies would be even better. But. That's a scummy move on the part of ACS, in my generous opinion.

WE had used this company prior and had a fair experience, so we called again when a pipe burst between the slab and wall. We requested the same salesman, who came and assessed the damages. He wanted to call a leak locater but had an appointment so he had a colleague come meet the leak locator. When Robert returned he stated the locater and co-worker had not done what he asked so he walked from the job, leaving the coworker to make the repairs.
It was thanksgiving and they said they would return the following monday to start. We put my father in the hospital for cancer the day after thanksgiving. On monday they arrived and corralled my mother into signing a contract without allowing me to review the agreement. One of my original stipulations was to have a manifold added during the replumbing of our home Both Robert and the Coworker agreed and understood.
When the job was completed, my mother paid the balance due in full, received a paid in full letter and, then, I discovered there was no manifold. I went to the manager, (found out later he was the owner) told him my dilemma, and he said he would check into it and call me back. Next day he calls and tell me they undercharged me and if i would pay the balance, that we owed, they would come put in a manifold. Funny, the balance we were given was about the cost of a manifold and a little labor.
They never completed the agreement, sent bills to my mother for over a year demanding payment for this mysterious balance and we still have an incomplete job. I feel they took advantage of my mother's ignorance in plumbing, during a vulnerable time with dad in the hospital. Horrible, dishonest, shady. experience. I would never use this company again. **Also, the Manager/Owner explained to me that these guys have a minimum price they have to charge and anything they can add above and beyond that is bonus for the salesman/installer. Basically they can jack the price to anything they want so long as you will pay

Jim the scheduler worked some magic and was able to move me up two days for the shower repair. Cory the technician was great. Initially I thought I broke the shower manifold, luckily it was a old and outdated cartridge. This quick repair enabled me to stop turning off the water to the house when not in use. Great job team. I'll be using some of your other services soon.

Worst plumber ever, after locating the leak and charging me $385 to do so they said they could finish the work for $$$$$ a very large some of money, i then asked if I could do some of the digging and Jackhammering since i knew my mother dose not have that kind of money. once i was done with digging and they came out again to look at the progress they gave a report for the same amount of money originally and when i started to ask why the money is the same, the answer was we cant to it.
I payed the $385 for locating the leak since that work was done, but the service fee is what i have a problem with they want to basically charge me for coming out looking at the problem then saying they cant fix it. I then got another plumber that fixed the issue completely for less than 1/4 of what they asked for originally and this is another plumbing company it is not a small provider.

My wife and I just had a slab leak under our living room repaired by Mr. Comfort, Inc. The person sent to pinpoint the leak got it exactly right. The plumbers sent out were clean, professional, and very cordial. It took them a lot less time to dig, repair the pipe, and fill in the hole than either my wife or I were expecting. We've never had a problem like this before, so I'm no judge as to how Mr. Comfort's prices compare to other plumbing companies. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the quality and the professionalism of the company.

I was referred to Drabek & Hill's so called Sister Company by my neighbor called Mr. Comfort. I was grateful for the recommendation given the unbelievably sad lack of quality professionals in the OKC plumbing and HVAC industries today. Nobody wants to get dirty, or wet. They want the result of the problem, the water in this case, cleaned up before they will get in a crawl space under the house to diagnose or fix the issue.
This is Oklahoma, where quality built homes last a long time and require repairs over time just like the new ones, although the repairs are somewhat different. They want to deal with nice new homes that don't require the type of good old American work ethic that made this country what it is. Sadly, Mr. Comfort, whose marketing says "He won't ever let you down" didn't even make it out of the gate before letting me down.
I spoke with Tim who told me he wasn't going to have his guys get under the house if there is even two inches of water, TWO INCHES! What does that have to do with anything, YOU'RE A PLUMBER? I asked him exactly how was I going to do that without calling a plumber? He literally didn't even respond. PATHETIC! With that being said, I don't have any experience with Drabek & Hill, but I think they should definitely have a talk with their ugly sister about her lazy attitude!
If anyone reads this and knows of a hard working, ethical plumbing & HVAC company that doesn't have a problem getting a little dirty and gets the job done without emptying my bank account, please leave a response. For Tim or anyone from Mr. Comfort, you might think about a career change, and don't even try to respond with some BS reason/excuse for the public. I record all calls so there's no debate about what was and wasn't said. Take care everyone and be safe.

Was shocked to learn that hot water heater prices generally much lower than we paid this contractor. We had a 50-gallon tank replaced. A straight-forward job, easy access in a garage closet. Paid $2,080. I found the exact same water heater on line at two different sources (one Amazon) for $800 after shipping and tax. That means we paid 1bout $1,300 for install (about 3 hours, 1 person).
I can not find anywhere online where people have paid this much. This individual, Ezra, said they would normally charge around $700 to install a unit obtained by the customer. So that tells me we paid an extra $500. And that accepting $700 as installation cost. That is much higher than I see anywhere online (Angielist, etc.). Alas. Live and learn. Next time multiple quotes.

I highly recommend these guys. My outdoor AC unit would run for a bit but no air was blowing indoors. I saw some other businesses in the area with terrible reviews on here so I was hesitant on who to call. Luckily my step dad suggested Mr Comfort and he's used them on several occasions with the properties he owns and had good results. The technician was a great guy and explained everything that was going on as he was trouble shooting.
It didn't look good at first but as he continued to test everything it turned out to be a bad capacitor which isn't very costly. Even the people I spoke to on the phone were polite and very friendly. They actually took care of everything within the same day. I feared the worst and they put my mind at ease. Anyway this is a good company and I wish you the best of luck.
