Could not agree more with Clint....Used Peter/Sunrise AC last summer when my fan motor overheated. They seemed fairly priced and in doing so his company also mentioned my unit could use more freon. Which I stupidly purchased. When I asked Peter some simple questions about why my unit would be having issues again he said freon does not run out. You would only need that if you have a leak... OKAY... why did I purchase freon 10 months ago without anyone telling me that information? His response was "why dont you find a youtube video and teach yourself how AC units work". If my simple questions as a consumer/person of need can elicit such a response, I really do believe that I was being led into a much larger purchase and he didnt like that I was not unassuming of how my unit was serviced the summer prior.

They do a good job but they could use help in there customer service ie., calling you back or that they make you wait all day for for a call back to confirm or if they tell you they will be back the next day and they aren't, they don't call you and tell you they are not coming back and then show up the day after at a random time and they didn't even call to see if you were home not good customer service? This has been said to them in the past and in person?

Peter Saleh and his staff are very knowledgeable, fair, honest, helpful and absolutely go above and beyond! Peter/Sunrise Cooling services several of my neighbors' homes and we are all extremely happy with their service. It is not uncommon for Peter to walk me through "simple fixes" or things to try, late in the evening, to help me get through the night without AC, and then follows up bright and early the next morning before his technician arrives.
They are always right on time, and I have never been disappointed with them. Besides Sunrise performing typical repairs, they have had to "clean up" the messes of previous AC companies. I am so grateful to have an honest, dependable and very knowledgeable AC/heat specialist to rely on, and highly recommend them to all!

This is hard to write, because I've known Peter a long time. He comes across as a nice guy that handles minor jobs and service calls promptly, charging very reasonable rates. This appears to be by design to earn your trust so you eventually hire him for the big job. I made this mistake. When it came time to replace our unit, I have a soul and I'm a semi-decent human being, so I felt obligated to hire Peter.
His bid was excessive and much higher than what we could have gotten the work done for, but I felt that I owed him. Once he got the big job, he was no longer my friend. I became just another bunny. It was difficult to get a response to minor calls and when our unit started leaking, he quoted $600-700 to replace a part under warranty (it's 3 years old).
One guy (not a crew) took 2 hours to replace a part that was covered under warranty. This is a business and Peter is a businessman, so I'm not alleging anything illegal, just indecent. 1) refused to provide itemized estimate of repair or even basic material/labor charges. 2) made inappropriate remarks to my wife that made her very uncomfortable. 3) made comments about my ex-wife to my present wife that were inappropriate. Very unprofessional.and creepy. If I know you and I've recommended this company to you in the past, I am truly very sorry.
