I apologise. I did not mean to leave 1 star. Brian at Custom Pest Care has been my main Technician for 2-3 years now and he is awesome. He works with my schedule, is super respectful and I am sorry that I am currently unable to afford anything extra during the current hard times. I respect everyone that I've met here and highly recommend this company to anyone needing an estimate or services. Thank you Brian and everyone else for everything you've done. Great group. Found some wasps in the house and called them. They came out and found the issue which was minor. Did not have to do anything and they did not charge us for the visit. We use them all the time for our mice issue from the foothills. Always recommend this group to everyone. Services: General pest inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination

OMG! Talk about amazing service! Ryan explained everything to my husband. Husband said that Ryan was very professional. They came in yesterday, 9/23/19, and in barely over 24 hours we actually saw a mouse trying to run across the floor. Trying because it ate some poison and it was literally on it's last legs! Husband scooped it up in the dust pan and tossed it in the trash outside. Thank you so much Custom Care Pest Control!

Great service, highly recommend. Prompt call and honest product advice from Phil. The tech, Ryan, called back promptly and scheduled a time with me. He showed up a bit early, which was refreshing compared to other home customer services I have experienced in the past. Ryan was very professional and promptly took care of my request. 5 star service all around. We had a few mice in the house. Janet took our call at the office and got us scheduled with Paul the next day. She even gave us a quote over the phone. Paul showed up and provided excellent service. He even took the time to greet the dog. He was professional and courteous. Great experience all around.

I was referred to Custom Care by my mom. From the minute Paul arrived I knew I made the right decision to have them come. We have the general ants and some spiders issue-nothing out of control, but didn't want it to get to that point and wanted to have a pet friendly service. Paul was able to educate me on how to help keep the pests to a minimum along with using the service.
I have never had a service at my home that without begging helped me to understand why the issues were happening and how to keep it at bay. Excellent! I have used a few different pest services in the Treasure Valley and although they have been fair to good, they don't match the quality and customer service I have received from Custom Care. Paul has been fantastic and he is very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to answer my questions and he has given me some great tips. Here's what I like about Custom Care: I really like that they won't show up at my house on a random Saturday when I'm still in my pj's and try to sell me something, I like that they call to remind me of my scheduled service (I'm a busy Mom and I forget), they care about my property and my pets, and they do an awesome job so they don't have to come back for unscheduled visits. Great, trustworthy company. Thanks guys!

Very very happy with Custom Care. I had an ant problem at a small apartment building. They made no promises but offered to do a one shot service to get rid of the ants. Note that other companies persuade you to sign long term contracts. Well, Custom Care eliminated the ant problem and it was with the single service. That was 10 months ago, they haven't returned. Highly recommended.

These guys are my HERO! After returning home from the birth of my baby I found my house was infested with Ants. I freaked out because as you can imagine these pesky critters do not descriminate and so I found them in my cupboards, in my bed, bathroom, in my thick hair and sadly even on my newborn premature baby! I called Custom Care and they had Ryan at my house within 2 hours.

I received excellent service from both Phil and Bruce. Bruce handled the work in the field which was wasp eradication. He did a very thorough job and sprayed not just in existing areas but potential areas as well. He discovered nests that I had no idea where there. The communication was great, he was very professional and really knew his trade. I would highly recommend this company for any of your pest problems.

Customer Care came to our house yesterday and it was great. Phil the owner was actually the person who showed up to take care of our initial site visit. I asked many questions and he took plenty of time to answer them all. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Once he was done he even stayed after for a little while and talked with my wife and I about his faith in God. This company is top notch and owned by a great person. I highly recommend this company.

Really, really great service - at least thus far. Phil was very helpful and cordial over the phone, explained their whole process, and was the furthest away from salesman (as opposed to several competitors in the valley). They're also affordable, offer a guarantee, and offer one-time service OR ongoing contract. Great business policies, great service - I'm sure their core business will be even better. Custom Care could justifiably be named Customer Care. Props to you guys!
