We have been using Protec pest control services for over a year now and it has been one of the best decisions we made with the purchase of our new home. I called Protec on 10/28/2020 after speaking to numerous other companies that were over priced for the same service. I needed someone this week. Matt answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable about the business of pest control, where as everyone else I spoke to had customer service reps taking calls, that had ZERO knowledge of pest control or the chemicals used. Matt set up service for me and had a gentleman named Mario out the very next morning (today 10/29/2020).
They set me up with quarterly visits for 95.00 a visit, and touch up visits in between if needed. I will use Protec going forward for pest control needs in the spring and summer as well as their lawn program. These guys are prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been using PROTEC now for 2 years and only recommend PROTEC to family/friends - they not only have a great, efficient, SAFE spray product but also a referral program. They do a fantastic job keeping pests away from my home to the point where I can see the really big and dead bugs around my home, I know what they are using works! Protec is the absolute best! We repotted some indoor plants and ended up bringing in fungus gnats with the new soil. They quickly multiplied and made us crazy. We tried everything to get rid of them on our own but had no luck. Protec came to our rescue and wiped out the gnats. They also sprayed outside our doors and windows to prevent spiders and other bugs from getting in.
We haven't had a single spider in our house since! Brett is a true professional -- he's extremely knowledgable, reliable and guarantees his work. I especially love that they use products that are safe for kids and pets. I couldn't recommend Protec more!

Brett was very professional and gave me same day service. Very impressed with his promptness and knowledge of this industry as well. I received a quote from Orkin prior to calling Protec. We have been using a local pest control company service for years to spray for spiders and other pests in and around our house, but they use harmful chemicals to treat the problem and the service was never that great. My wife wanted to find a company that used natural, non toxic chemicals that were safe around the dogs and kids. We found Protec and decided to give them a shot.

I was skeptical about hiring a pro, but the little spider traps under the bed were no longer handling the spider problem in our home. Brett from Protec was referred by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased. He came and took care of all of the webs outside of our home and treated the inside as well.

Brett did an awesome job with treating our home inside and out for all pests that would like to cohabitate with us. We did not realize we has hobo spiders around our yard until he showed up and knew from the webs he saw. We have not had any sightings of bugs since he treated our yard. Great company by great people will always keep our business.

The Customer Service at PROTEC is amazing! We saw an increase of ants and spiders during our summer season and called PROTEC. They answered all our questions before they serviced our house and made the process quick and easy. PROTEC made sure to follow up with us after our treatment to make sure we had no further questions.
