Completely exceeded all expectations! Expedient, personable, flexible, just amazing!

Beth was excellent with communication and the price was better than other quotes which was nice, but the final product was below expectations. The sashes of our largest front facing window cannot be removed, half of the windows didn't get those small plugs to cover the screw holes (pictured), and one of the windows has a torn up seal (pictured) so it doesn't properly close.

Some windows have scratches on the vinyl between the panes which cannot be fixed (pictured), though that one looks more like a manufacturer issue. When I contacted Pane in the Glass they responded promptly and professionally, but in the case of the sashes which cannot be removed they were unable to resolve it and said nothing more can be done. They are working with the manufacturer on other replacements so I will add a star if they can fix the other problems.

EXCELLENT work. We had them do the windows at my dad's house and most of our house. Unfortunately we had already had 5 windows done by one of the bigger names. We saved a TON with A Pane In The Glass and I like their windows BETTER!

It was a phenomenal experience from start to finish! The team was on time and communicated throughout the process so I knew what was happening. They were warm and friendly and went out of their way not to disrupt my day. Each night they cleaned up after themselves and left the place exactly as they found it. They were happy to pause and listen whenever we had a question or wanted to give input. I have never had such a positive experience on a home project. Highly recommend!

We needed an egress window replaced in our basement in order to move two couches in. I called so many places and was turned away by a 3 window minimum or by a crazy price. A Pane in the Glass came to our rescue. Super friendly customer service. Beth is great to work with and very responsive to emails. We needed a custom size so it took a bit to get in stock.

We had a set date for installation and due to a cancel they called and got us in a week earlier which was much appreciated. The installation went smooth and we now have couches in our basement. I can't recommend them enough!

This company is amazing! From start to finish they were extremely polite, responsive and very fairly priced! They don't contract out their work which we loved about them. The guys who installed the windows were very kind and cleaned up after themselves. The work was also finished within the quoted time frame. Recently I sold my home and the sale was pending on two window seals getting replaced. Between my normal full time job, two kiddos, preparing for two other homes to close at the end of the month (I'm a Realtor) I had little time or energy to do research but got a referral for A Pane in the Glass for the window repairs. I am so incredibly thankful as they were fast, very affordable, extremely professional and even at the last minute the closing got moved up a week early they didn't hesitate to accommodate me.

The windows that we received are beyond expectations and thank you for upgrading them for us. The installers were excellent to work with, courteous and very clean when they finished up. We had Pane in the Glass out to do our windows, front door, and patio door. From estimate to job completion it was very smooth, the work was done quick and very nicely done. The clean up was completed and no nails or debris was left over. The communication was very good, we were never left out of the loop. 6 months later we had a small issues, and they immediately got back to me and did what they could to fix the issue. I had 10 windows replaced by them and they did excellent work. They were booked out for a few months when I called them but Beth kept us informed through out the process and the installation was done timely and professionally. Alex, who is the owner is very friendly and gave me advice on which windows to replace and which ones don't make sense. Appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I've hired these guys twice and they have replaced a total of 7 old windows on my old Mpls house. They also expanded the openings on 4 of the windows, which a couple other companies I called for quotes wouldn't even consider doing because we have a stucco exterior. They did excellent jobs both times around and were very polite around my wife and 3 small children.

They were on-schedule, professional and did a great job prepping our furniture and cleaning up each day. The windows look great and I would hire these guys again in an instant. Highly recommend!

A Pane in the Glass did a full replacement of all my original double-hung windows, replaced 2 patio doors, and some custom insulated glass along with siding work on my 1920's house. The crew was extremely professional and always kept the job site clean and neat. They worked hard to stay within my budget and were very reasonably priced. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The project was completed on time and within the original bid! I highly recommend this company as the experience was great.
