I am pleased with my new window from Modern Company. There price was very reasonable. I would buy from them again. Brett kept me informed as to when my window would be installed. Erin came to our home to install. He did a great job. He was pleasant and was in and out with in 2 hours. He also placed a cover on floor. No mess behind.

We hired Modeen Company for a large window in our living room that needed replacement. The process was great. Calls were always returned, all questions were answered and the installation and removal of the old window was very smooth. If we need another window we know who to call!

We worked with Bill and Brett at Modeen to replace all but one window in our house. They were patient with us as we made, what felt like to us, huge decisions about how our home would look and feel. I think Bill was out three or four times with samples and listening to us go back and forth. They were realistic about timelines and even accommodating when we couldn't install when they got the windows in.

Communication and pricing were very clear. Fourteen windows and two new storm doors later, our house looks like a million bucks and we feel certain our H Windows will last a long time! Quality is great.

This was our first experience replacing windows and it was stressful, until we started working with Brett at Modeen Company. Previous companies (found via ads on TV, etc.) steered us in directions that weren't in our best interest and the process felt a bit "high-pressure". Our neighbors had a great experience with Modeen Company and so did we. Brett came out, talked through options, answered a ton of questions and our new windows were installed this month.

We ended up with all new casement windows on front of our house for just under the price of replacement windows quoted by other companies. We're super happy with our windows and will absolutely go back to Modeen Company when we're ready to replace the back. Definitely recommend!

Modeen Company offered a great patio door product at a very competitive price, installation was when promised, and done very well. Company representatives were polite and professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend this company and certainly will continue to hire them if I need more work done.

Great company. I did my research and called Modeen. A company contact called quickly, he came out and I got set up. There was a wait but that is expected at this time. Just got the door installed. The installer was a great person, did a great job. The Albany and Larson screen door are excellent. Great looking doors. It was installed on north side of the house and it really stopped the draft. Excellent from beginning to end. I would recommend Modeen and in fact am going to use them again for a large picture window.

Having windows and doors replaced on your home isn't really something anyone ever wants to think about, but Modeen Company was absolutely wonderful to work with. Their sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable and upfront with options and pricing. Their installers were extremely clean, friendly and thorough. I would very highly recommend them to anyone looking to have windows and doors installed.

I chose Modeen Company to replace the glass in several windows, install a new outside door and storm door. They were great to work with from start to finish and I am absolutely happy with the results. Would recommend them to anyone.

Brett kept me informed of my project, which they fit into their schedule during a very busy time. The staff who came to put in my window were personable, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, took away the old window and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have a mid century house that was built in 1960 that had all original windows. I recently hired Modeen to replace all of them. It was a massive project that was very scary to pull the trigger on. I hit a home run when choosing Modeen. The windows they recommended were amazing and transformed the house. The installation was very smooth and the entire crew was friendly, conscientious and a pleasure to have around. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We love the door! Did we tell you that a neighbor walked by and told (our installer) she wanted the exact same door for her house? I noticed yesterday that some neighbors were looking at the new door the entire time they walked by, including backward stares. Apparently everyone at Modeen Company is a nice person. It must be a prerequisite of working there.

Modeen Company offers excellent service and quality products. We very much enjoyed working with them from walking in the showroom door to wrapping up the window installation. The H Windows are beautiful.
