Edgewood Cabinetry

If you want semi-custom cabinets, Edgewood might be a good fit for you. If you want high quality custom cabinets, spend the extra money and go with someone else. Pete was the low bidder on our house and we got what we paid for. The cabinets are probably good enough for most people, but these are not as good as the last 3 houses that we remodeled in California.

We've had issues and I've tried to manage the situation as professionally as possible, but Pete won't even take the time to come out and meet with us in person. Make sure that you look really close at the drawings and don't take any verbal promises from Pete. Pete will also tell you oh, that's just the software, it won't look like that, but when there is a problem, he will point back to the drawings.

He also charged us 50% deposit + 40% upon delivery which only left 10% for installation and paint. Other cabinet guys who have looked at our job have told us that is not in line with industry standards. I also recommend having a mutually signed contract and not just a bunch of emails.

Pete designed and built the custom cabinets with bookshelves beside my fireplace. They were beautifully made and look wonderful. Pete was very quick to respond to my emails and easy to work with. The installers did a great job too and took care to protect my property as well as cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased and hope to use this company for several other projects I would like to have done in the near future.

Installation today of our brand new custom cabinets. Pete Rafferty made our cabinets and his installer Caesar and his assistant did a fabulous job installing. The installers were very professional, thorough and cleaned the area post installation. Pete designed to our specifications and it looks awesome. Very fair price for custom work. Pete always responded to my emails and calls. Timetable for the project to be completed was spot on. Pete is professional, personable and easy to work with. Contacted Edgewood Custom Cabinetry for a cabinet install after a contracted installer backed out after we waited for 3 months. Pete Rafferty scheduled us within a week. Cabinets were installed professionally in one day to our satisfaction, at less the cost than the original installer. Very responsive and I would highly recommend for custom cabinet or box store cabinet installation.

Pete came out the day after I emailed him, worked with us on the design of our entertainment center. Michael did a wonderful job installing the cabinets. Because of supply chain shortages it took a little longer to install, but we were in no hurry anyway. If anyone is watching Israel one of the most vaccinated place in the world, it's been realized that the vaccinated are getting sick. This is a brand new vaccine/ injection and their simply is not enough time to say how this cv injections will affect people. The fact that a church will sell out its people to a vaccine that does not work and subject people to a pcr test that has proved to have large false negatives and the creator of this test said it should not be used as a diagnostic test. Fauci said if this test cycles more than 35 it's not accurate Canada does over 40.

I encourage everyone that if this ministers tyrannical rules affect you to go to Action4Canada and get the liability forms and sue this man as he is going against the constitution and in his herald article did not quote one scripture

I do not understand why this place is rated so highly. Simply put, I did not receive anything I asked for, and on top of that the customer service is non existent. The quality is awful, big old black marks all throughout my countertop (which is not solid wood like I payed for) The drawers are not the measurements I asked for either. The list goes on and on.

Plus the guy who came to install everything would only ever speak to my husband, (even tho I'm the one paying for all this) and spoke down to me like I was a child, I can only assume because I'm female. 10/10 would not recommend. Gave two stars because the the drawers were at least nicely built

His design work is always well thought out, both in function and style and his craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched! He consistently produces top quality at a reasonable price and we will continue to call on him for all of our cabinetry needs!

It has been well over a year since Pete (Edgewood Cabinets) built and installed our kitchen cabinets. After completing the other kitchen components (trim installation, painting, appliance installation, counter tops, etc.) that were not part of Pete's responsibilities, we have been using the kitchen for a little over 12 months. We should have posted this review sooner, but delaying has allowed the opportunity to give an extended use review.

We provided Pete with detailed layout plans, dimensions, and requirements for the cabinets and he quickly provided a quote, which was fine-tuned as features and requirements were updated. The final cost was in line with what we expected and of good value. Pete built and installed forty-seven cabinets for us that included Base, Wall, Island, and floor to ceiling Appliance, Wall Oven, and Pantry cabinets.

The 5-foot by 8-foot island has seating for five, cabinets on the front and back sides, and pull out basket shelves on one end for dry produce. In addition, Pete built the framework and legs for a breakfast bar that comfortably seats three. Once all of the fine tuning was completed, he carried out those plans and requirements exactly. Our cabinets are Cherry wood, finished in two beautiful stain colors (Wall and Base cabinets are a rich chocolate brown and our large Island has a contrasting darker shade).

We provided color samples to Pete and he was able to produce the colors exactly as we wanted. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way the staining came out. A day does not go by that we do not admire the skilled craftsmanship that Pete put into building and staining the cabinets. As the project progressed any questions or design changes were handled without any problems.

Upon installation, if something wasn't right, Pete made it right. After using the kitchen for a period of time we are still amazed at how beautiful it looks. The cabinets and hardware all look and work like the day they were installed. If anything, the richness of the stained Cherry cabinets has increased with age. As a final point, we highly recommend Pete for any Kitchen cabinet job and will use Edgewood Cabinetry for our future cabinetry projects.

If you want a place to get in shape or stay that way, this is the place to go! There are people of all shapes and sizes and everyone is so incredibly welcoming. I lack coordination and when I started my fitness level was way below average, but these ladies made it easy to love and I can already see improvements in myself. If you try it, you will love it!

Pete was fantastic to work with. He came to the house the same day I first called him. Had drawings to me the next day and once we finalized the details he provided detailed drawings with measurements of all the pieces. All during the cabinet build phase he kept me informed. Installation was done by Michael and Kevin, they also did a great job and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Edgewood Custom Cabinetry.

I really liked my time at Zumba Flow. the energy that I felt in the class was incredible. Fun and felt refreshed afterwards. Need to get back to Zumba, Pound looks like a great workout that I could follow.

I wish I could give Edgewood Cabinetry 10 stars! They were so much more affordable than our original choice from Lowe's and are high end all wood, soft close custom cabinets. The attention to detail is amazing. From the first phone call Pete was very helpful and had great ideas. It's obvious he has many years of experience. I changed my mind on many things throughout the process and Pete was always very accommodating to help me get exactly what I wanted.

I've had many other contractors come in as part of my kitchen remodel and the first thing they all ask is, "Where did you get these cabinets? I love them!" I couldn't agree more.

We couldn't be more pleased with our built-in bookcase! Pete was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He created a custom built-in bookcase based on our description and some photos and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. He produces high quality pieces in a timely manner. After being invited by a friend to my first Zumba class last week, I absolutely fell in love with Zumba. The energy that Michelle has is so contagious, and the environment is so positive! As a dancer, Zumba has definetly helped with my coordination, endurance, energy, and confidence. Definitely a huge highlight of my week now thanks Michelle for getting me to fall in love with Zumba, can't wait for many future classes to come

Great classes Brendan is a good teacher and very knowledgable. Classes always have a great atmosphere and plenty of variety. I would recommend to anyone who has studied Martial Arts in the past or is looking to try something new.

Tonight was my first time at family zumba and I had so much fun. I have a 3 year old and a 2 month old. During the middle my son had to pee and when I brought him back into the gym, the ladies outside the gym doors asked me if I wanted them to watch my 2 month old : Everyone was just so nice and you can tell the instructor really enjoyed what she was doing which made for a better experience. I can't wait for next week!

Michelle and her entire team are awesome! We just love our Zumba classes with this group! My daughter has been going to Family Zumba for a couple of years now and still looks forward to it every week. She now loves Kids Zumba, too.and watching her in those classes is probably some of the cutest moments ever. We are thoroughly entertained while. she is being active, learning about other cultures and having FUN!

As a mom, I enjoy the adult classes for some mommy time and love the workout I get. We're so thankful we took a chance on Family Zumba in the fall of 2015 and am very excited about how Zumba Timmins has grown and all the great classes they offer now!

Pete did a fabulous job on a very large built-in wall unit for our master bedroom. We needed extra closet space. Very professionally built and installed. I will definitely use Edgewood again.
