CJ was very personable and conveyed what was going to be done and how long it was going to take. Once finished he went over everything and made sure there were no unanswered questions or concerns. Work was completed in a very timely manner. The office support staff also did a great job of keeping me updated with the initial quote, appointment schedule and arrival time of CJ. Great Team.

Requested inspection of a capped gas line into the home. Timely and friendly service and provided a quote to install new gas stove once received. Regular customer with them and always satisfied. New gas range was received and they came back and installed, as per their quote. Very satisfied.

I used them twice in 2021 (and at least once before a few years ago). Overall, satisfied. I had them repair a water heater, and the tech, said I could do it because it was rather easy for a DIY-er. I elected to have him to do it, and yes, it was easy. I don't regret paying the $268 (or whatever) for 15 minutes of actual labor. But with parts, it could not have been more than $50 but I consider this a master class so NEXT time I can fix it.

For the leaky water valve, that is definitely a professional job. It took the office a whole week to reschedule because I placed one call for 2 separate houses that needed a repair. To replace the valve, conceptually it is easy but either you have to know how to solder OR spend $2500 for the tool to crimp the copper. Either way, still worth paying someone else to do the job. Plus, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Overall, satisfied. Thanks.

Stuart Services has repaired our AC twice now (one upstairs and later, the downstairs). They are very responsive, come on short notice, and do a good job. They have been respectful of our belongings while in our home and even tried not to wake my sleeping baby while they were here. I have and will call them again for future issues. The team that came out were so friendly to me and my kids. They came in at took care of a Plumbing job that would have cost us $10-12 grand with other plumbing companies and did everything in 2 days for under $6,000. I had 2 issues that were resolved in a timely manner. Richard O. did my HVAC maintenance and provided me some insights on future repairs/services. Also Scott M. Installed 2 new water spigots in garage. He gave me a couple of needed estimates on some water heater and water inlet repairs I needed. I can't thank these guys enough. They showed up on time.

They were both very personable. Most of all they knew what they were talking about and followed through with their repais/services. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Stuart Services installed a new outdoor circuit for my electric slide gate motor. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did a great job. They finished even quicker than they predicted that they would. Excellent service! I will call them first for any electrical needs.

Outrageously expensive. Service charge alone was $228! They cut holes all over our ceiling to try to find and fix the leak from upstairs. They did not know what they were doing. They told me that we had to take down the chandelier. Estimate to repair was around $1600. Another plumber did the work for about $400, And the chandelier did not need to be taken down! I would not recommend!.

Made an appointment to get an outlet relocated, took off of work, get a call morning of that they're not going to come out and want to reschedule for next week. So I'm supposed to take another day off work for your convenience? Nope. Just book Glen on Thumbtack, he shows up and does excellent work.

Recently changed out my older AC& Heater units to newer more effective units. Work was done well, in one day. Well pleased, they are quieter and cool our two bedroom Condo, quicker than old units. It has been hotter lately, and it was a matter of time, that old ones would break done. Will add pictures.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LYING, PITIFUL EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and go with a company you can actually depend on to be there to do the job and not one who schedules your appointment and then calls a couple of hours later to reschedule it because their electricians are with an "existing customer". These people care nothing about their customers and will keep pushing your job aside for higher paying jobs And then lie their A** off about it.

Just read the reviews, you will see that MANY people are saying this same thing. I was rescheduled 4 times and wasted 4 days hanging around waiting for these liars. Apparently "management" encourages this type of behavior, so don't waste your time trying to get any satisfaction there either.

THE WORST. Made an appointment to use 3 of their services (plumbing, electrical and AC). I was confirmed for the next day but given no window of when they would be there. Told they would just call 30 minutes before they arrive. Guess you just don't go to work that day. Cool. At 12:30 day of appointment, 2 of the services were cancelled. Told the earliest to reschedule was next week or I can pay for emergency service after 5. Was assured my other appointment was still scheduled though and they would be coming that day.

Two hours later, I got a phone call fro another girl saying that my 3rd appointment of the day was also cancelled or I could pay an emergency visit after 5. When asked why, she said they were helping an "existing" customer (I am also an existing customer but I suppose that does not matter nor does my time) My entire day has been wasted. Work time off wasted. Nothing has been resolved. Will be using someone else. Do not waste your time

I called Stuart because I read some good reviews. They cancelled my service appointment twice. When they finally came, their quote was ridiculously out of line. Won't be calling again.

I have nothing good to say about this company. They came out in June to give me an estimate on a job. They were excellent in giving me the estimate showing up on time and it went down hill from there. They said, " the job would be complete in several days". Well, that ended up being OCT. 25. They guaranteed I would be happy. Well, the job was never complete, the same problem I had in the beginning is still a problem to this day. Jan 5, 2021.

I gave them the chance to make it right after my sewer is backed up in my kitchen, the dishwasher, the bathroom. The house is disgusting and all they can say is its not their fault. If you use this company all I can say is I told you so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very poor schedule management. Very poor customer service. Called on Dec 1 to schedule service on Dec 7 requesting 1st appt of morning. Called again on Dec 2 to check my schedule options and confirm my Dec 7th, 1st appt of morning - they said they would do the best they could. On Dec 7, by noon, no one showed up; no one called. I called Stuart Services and they said that they would have to reschedule for the following day.

To stay at home on Dec 8 to wait for Stuart Services, I canceled my elderly mother's cardiology appt (because I drive her and handle paperwork at the doctor's office). Just before noon on Dec 8, I received a call from Stuart Services saying that they could NOT get a technician to my house that day and will have to schedule the following day.

The caller PROMISED me that I would be first on the schedule for Dec 9 and she was putting the note DO NOT MOVE APPOINTMENT. On Dec 9, Stuart Services called at 8:40am saying that there was an emergency call and that my appointment will be sometime later. When? Don't know. So much for their PROMISE of DO NOT MOVE APPOINTMENT. I have been pre-paying Stuart Services for this maintenance service all year.

It appears that the company already has MY money so they are prioritizing going after new customer money before honoring their annual subscribers. Very poor schedule management. Very poor customer service.

They gave me a $5k price quote and another company gave me a $300 quote for the same issue. Their estimates are out of control. Save your coins and go elsewhere.

I was having drainage problems in my bathroom so I called Stuart Services for help, based off high google ratings. Steven arrived to do a drain clean out and did not have all the equipment that was needed to do the job. A camera inspection is supposed to be included with drain clean out, which the plumber did not have. I was told that someone would have to come out the next day in order to finish the job.

I called and asked to speak with a manager regarding someone having to come back out the following day. Donald returns my call and starts the conversation off with " yes I was told you had a problem with the $200 emergency fee"? No Donald I had a problem with the job not being done 100% in one setting. By the way, I was charged a $200 "emergency fee" for the plumber to come out in the middle of the day (3pm).

I informed Donald that the job was not completed. Donald says"well the video inspection is complementary, you don't have to be inconvenienced and have it done tomorrow because it doesn't need to be done". Complimentary? Oh that's not included in the $343 price tag just to clean out my drain? Every truck should be equipped with a video camera if that is what comes with a drain clean out, right?

Not according to Donald. Next day another plumber shows up and was not able to get camera down the drain "too many twists in the pipe". Told me to call the city and ask where the city clean out was. Guess it wasn't important because it was COMPLEMENTARY. What a waste. Won't waste my time with this "big named" company again I'll stick to the people that run their own businesses and actually care. Their motto should be "no warranty no guarantee".

Just moved back to the area, and needed someone to come out and figure out a problem with a light that kept shorting out. They charged 370.00 as a "diagnostic" fee. That meant that he crawled up into the attic and saw that a squirrel had chewed through some wires. (Took 20 minutes).He then told me that it would cost another 778.00 to repair it. That it would take 2 men and 3 hours to fix it. Called someone else. and paid a little over 100.00 to repair it. I would have paid these crooks almost a THOUSAND dollars to repair something that was fixed for a hundred. Please save your money! The most dishonest, opportunistic company.

I needed an electrician and called them. Someone came out and fixed problem. He was nice. He left me with a quote for additional work that while didn't have to be done, would be nice to ensure all was well. Two weeks later I called and accepted the quote and made an appointment. Two guys came out for the appointment and neither was the one that initially came out who actually identified the problem.

One of the guys that came out the second time was quite rude. He made it very clear he didn't understand what he was there for and kept asking me what he was there for. I thought it was clear in the quotes that his company had provided to me. He didn't seem to get it. So I told him that I guess I didn't need it and have a good day. They left. I have not heard from them. I have had no apology. I've had no reach out. I regret ever calling them.

Sidney came to install my new gas kitchen equipment for my restaurant. He service went above and beyond helping me get the old equipment moved out of the way and stayed until we made sure everything worked properly. Matt was the technician who helped installed two new AC units at the restaurant. He was very informative about what they were doing each day and making sure to clean up after themselves. Two of Stuart's men showed up at a residence in Metairie a few days ago as they were asked to check on conditions in the attic where they had done some work. Previously, Stuart had done several jobs over several days on the duct work, etc. throughout the house. The other gentleman while looking for a possible leak found a need to tape up an area where they had previously done work.

This seemed to help with any leakage that might have been occurring. The other guy was asked to check on a fan that had been previously installed by another contractor to see if this might be the reason for some sagging tiles. He inspected the fan and said it was broken. He then said he could get everything fixed for another $9,000! This family had already spent thousands with Stuart to alleviate the exact problem this man was claiming they needed to address.

When the contractor who installed the fan checked it he found it in perfect working order. The reason it wasn't turning at that time was because its thermostat had been set too high. No thanks to Stuart: "we'll fix everything [which Stuart had already been paid to do] for another $9,000"! Don't know if this is SOP or if Stuart has one rogue player.but if this is the way they operate forget any more business! If I were you I would be very careful about dealing with this firm!

Stuart installed our tankless hot water system last year and did an amazing job. So, when we needed A/C, furnace, and gas line help it was a no brainer to go back with them. Josh, who seems to know as least as much as I claim to, did the initial assessment and the gas line work. Matthew and Chris F. did the A/C coil and furnace replacement. Jimmy finished up with the attic vent and electrical stuff.

Each of them was a true professional, and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Thanks to everyone, including the amazing ladies that set it all up for us. I bow in your general directions.

Stuart services is the only place I call. I have an old house with lots of issues and Stuart fixes it right the first time. They always show up when they said they will, and I have never had any problems with their work. I am willing to pay more for these things; I agree they aren't the cheapest, but they are good and they show up when they say they will.

We have used Stuart Services for several years, They service our AC unit and we find them to be very knowledgeable and reliable. The service department always notifies up when the service person will be at our location. I have never had any other service company do such a great job. Our service person is probably one of the most knowledgeable I have ever worked with before.

Called on a Friday morning desperate for help with a running toilet and a broken knob to turn the water off. They were able to give me an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Josh came about 3:15PM and was able to repair the toilet and shut off valve with new parts. Very helpful and friendly. So thankful I was able to have it repaired before the weekend. Thank you

I called Stuart Services on Monday afternoon and Mark and Joe were at my house the same day. A quick inspection led them to determine that they needed to bring in their jetter to clean out the main line.

The next morning they were back and in a short time had everything working fine again.

My ac went out the day after Christmas. I called first thing in the morning and someone was here in 30 minutes. I was so pleased to see Mike he has been to my place before. I had an unusual problem of having a mouse in my outside unit which wasn't pleasant but Mike did an awesome job and rewired and changed some parts and it was good as new. Mike is great, courteous and has great customer service skills. I always recommend Stuart Services when the need arises. Kimmie

My problems first started on a Sunday - my water heater blew. In a matter of an hour, Scott M was there to assess the damage. He thoroughly inspected the heater and we found that not only the heater was gone, but the lines that were connected were faulty.

My boyfriend called them, On a Monday, as we needed a faucet change, before a guest arrived on Wednesday, on an old claw footed tub. He was unable to remove it, himself. Using the faucet he purchased, changing the two feeds to the faucet, with brass and galvanized fixtures, less than ten inches worth of pipe and an hour's labor, in addition to a mess left behind, the plumber charged $789.

This caused unnecessary strife, between my partner and myself. This was an outrageous cost-My suggestion here, would be to Never say you need something done in a hurry-this is a clear example how businesses take advantage, when there is a time crunch.

We have been in our house for 4 years and some things really needed attention. Scott came in and we reviewed what needed to be done - New water heater, two new toilets and some other minor work. They discussed all of the options and gave a fair price.
