My parents' house had water damage and mold from pipes leaking inside the bathroom wall. Big mess. Orange Restoration did a great job with tearing out the damage, removing the mold and building back the the walls and flooring. Shout out to Jim, Will and Rodo who were great to work with and all did a wonderful job for us. Our realtor recommended them, and he was right!

First time using Orange Restoration for a small job and immediately I could tell that this company was awesome. We had the best experience with Rosa, who was able to get us results for lead and asbestos right away, so we can start a demolition job at Mic Drop formerly known as the Comedy Place. She was able to come by the same day I called her and took various samples from multiple area. She was able to get me the reports I need to submit to the city and we were able to start the job.

Second time using Orange Restoration and once again they did not disappoint! Superb communication, customer service, workmanship! Orange Restoration follows protocols without taking shortcuts; they are aware and compassionate towards individuals with environmental illness (such as CIRS). In my job as a mold inspector, I come across many remediation companies, but this is the one I used (now twice) for my own home.

They came to clean up the water damage in our basement. Once done they brought us samples for new flooring. We selected the flooring and it had to be ordered, which is understandable. Now three months later we are still waiting and haven't heard from them. We have emailed, texted and called numerous times with no response. We will not be referring them to anyone we know.

Orange Restoration came into my home and my daughter's home after Hurricane Ida. items were broken in my home and keys were missing from my daughter's house after the demo was completed. I was without electricity for a whole weekend after electricity was restored by Entergy. I had to have an electrician come to make repairs and I was promised that I would be reimbursed for any damages. I have had to fight for payment to the electrician and myself. We felt like Hurricane Orange Restoration had hit us. Do not use them.

Left a message at 7:30am and they were out that same morning. Then they had the plumber, Jim, come out the same day. He did the plumbing repairs and took the time to explain everything to us. My condo had some water damage and Orange restoration came in the middle of the night on behalf of my HOA and did a phenomenal job. They cleaned everything up by the morning and were very friendly. Great team!

Definitely the company who will get the job done correctly 1st time around! I recommend Orange Restoration they did an amazing job repairing water, mold and the entire mitigation process to our custom home. The hillside collapsed and fell into and under our custom home construction site because our neighbor had left her hose running for up to a week. I called several times to see if they can take care of a reconstruction job at our house. Each time I was told they would call me back, but they didn't. They could have just called me or sent me a msg saying they couldn't do it for whatever reason, but they didn't bother.

On April 26th, our home suffered much damage from a corroded pipe and drainage clog. Orange Restoration called us within minutes of us contacting our insurance company. Our insurance company (USAA) highly recommended Orange and we are very glad they did. They were here the following day and have been since then, removing damaged drywall and flooring and then rebuilding it and painting.

We have used Orange Restoration to fix a roof leak and repair inside ceiling water damage. They are prompt, give good and fair estimates, do excellent work and communicate well. Josh even came out again recently to check out a possible leak and though there was not a leak, he told us what to do for no charge. Our homeowners insurance company, USAA, uses them. I found Oragne Restoration when my dishwasher leak created a disaster in my condo. Thankfully, they were quick to respond--and did an amazing job repairing the flooring in my living room, dining room, and kitchen. They helped me pick just the right colors--and it actually looks better than the original flooring! I contacted Orange Restoration after receiving a complaint of possible moisture issue at one of my residential rental properties in San Diego. Orange responded to my inquiry immediately. They provided expert advice and remediation services in a timely manner and with technical competency. Orange gave me a reasonable estimate of the costs of services and came within budget when all was said and done.

I specifically noted how wonderful it was to work with Orange Restoration Operations Manager, Rosa Navarro, through this process. Ms. Navarro was always so professional, efficient, and really was a pleasure each and every conversation I had with her. Likewise, Alex Martinez was a terrific Lead Technician and supervising project manager. She was confident, articulate and I felt very comfortable with her in charge.

These guys are fantastic. I needed them on short notice and they had a technician to my house within a couple of hours that very day. I believe the tech's name was Francisco and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The office worked with my insurance directly to sort things out form the financial side and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommended.

My boss gave me the stressful task of finding a new office for us to move into because our lease was ending at our current one and we had been having lots of trouble with the landlord. I had found the perfect location, however the roof needed repairs and there was slight water damage on the third floor from the dripping water. My boss loved the new office so he gave me the even more stressful task of finding a local company who could come in and fix the roof, water damage, and check for any mold that might have started growing.

He was insistent on finding a company that could fix everything at once, he didn't want to bring in a roofer separately. Orange Restoration told me no problem, they actually has a roofing expert on staff who would be able to get the roof fixed while their restoration team fixed the water damage and mold. It all worked out perfectly. The repairs got done just in time for us to move in and they even came in slightly under budget.

Even better, it turned out they also do carpet cleaning, so we were able to refresh the carpeting before the new employees showed up to work. My boss gave me all the praise in the world for finding the new office and also Orange Restoration. Thank you for a job well done!

Before I dive deeper into my review, I wanted to say thank you to the Orange Restoration family for helping us in our time of needs. Yaron, Rosa, Alex, Ely, Eyal, Gal and everyone else were beyond amazing front the moment they started work, until we finally wrapped things up this week. It was a joy working with them all and I will always remember how helpful and thoughtful they all were.

We decided we wanted to remodel our house but during the demolition, one of the workers accidentally hit one of the water pipes and it led to some major flooding on the first floor and underneath the house. I set up a few fans to try and dry all the water but after a few days it was still wet. Our workers were under contract and every day we weren't able to continue with the demolition and start the remodel was costing us money.

Our general contractor gave us the number for Orange Restoration who had assisted him last year when he had a similar flood in another clients home. I explained the situation to Rosa, the operations manager at Orange Restoration, and she was kind enough to divert one of their water damage crews to come start work the same day. They showed up with a whole truck full of big, huge industrial drying fans that they set up all over the place.

Within 48 hours the place was completely dry. We thought everything was over, but our insurance company started causing problems with our claim. That is when Orange Restoration came to the rescue again and handled the situation for the insurance company for us so we only had to pay our deductible, nothing extra. Beyond excellent customer service from everyone at Orange Restoration. Their office staff and field workers are the best!

I would NOT recommend hiring Orange Restoration due to the poor quality of their work, lack of professional communication, and because of the damage caused to my home and vehicles during this project. We payed $4,500 to have the water damage in our bathroom and basement garage repaired. It took close to three weeks to complete the work. Orange Restoration did not communicate well.

I had taken off work the first day that work was supposed to begin but they did not show and I had to call them to inquire (someone had called in sick but no one had called me to let me know.) We had to ask Orange Restoration to come back out several times for repairs to the work they had completed. They layed new tile and had installed one that was cracked, the reinstalled toilet leaked water through the garage ceiling every time we flushed and they did not catch it, and the bathroom painting project included the light fixtures, toilet paper holder and paint fingerprints on the trim.

The damage was caused by screws left in the garage where Orange Restoration was repairing the ceiling drywall. It resulted in a total of four flat tires on two vehicles. This oversight cost us an additional $400 to repair. Orange Restoration refused to reimburse us for the full amount of this damage despite their initial agreement to do so and despite receipts from the tire repair shop and photos provided. My recommendation is to hire a different company to complete your work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Orange Restoration for over two years now. I had a major flood on one of my properties that caused some significant water damage to the entire first floor. Orange Restoration was the only company that I called that was willing to come out and start work over the weekend. I called almost a dozen other restoration companies and the soonest they could come out was Monday. Ron and Eyal were the first two crew members to arrive at my unit.

They brought a van full of different drying equipment and had it all set up within two hours. When I talked to my insurance adjuster, he commended Orange Restoration for arriving so fast. Since all the water was dried out so quickly, we didn't have to worry about any mold damage. Fingers crossed I never have to experience anything like a flood again, but if I do, I won't hesitate for a second, I know exactly who I am going to call. I have Orange Restoration saved in my phone now just in case of an emergency!

We experienced a chain reaction of unfortunate events at out home over the course of a few months. First we had a plumbing leak that led to some water damage. We didn't end up repairing the water damage correctly and it led to a serious mold infestation. Since the original company we hired to fix the water damage completely blew it, we brought on Orange Restoration to take care of the mold damage, and also correctly repair the water damage.

It was a day and night difference working with Orange Restoration compared to the previous restoration company. They worked like a well oiled machine. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. They even went out of there way to accommodate our schedule when we had to leave San Diego to deal with a family emergency. They ended up tearing out all the walls where mold was and replaced it with new drywall. By the time they were done with all the repairs our home looked better than before!

I had used Orange Restoration during a recent home remodel project. I was never expecting to have to call them again until I noticed a small leak coming from the ceiling in my garage. The leak looked very minor but I knew if I didn't take care of it maybe it would lead to more serious damage, or even mold, which is the last thing I wanted to deal with.

Before going through Orange Restoration, I decided to call around a few other places to ask about pricing. Most of them said it would be a few thousand dollars to fix! I couldn't believe it! I finally called Orange Restoration and they quoted much less. It made me think that every other water damage company in San Diego was out to charge me a ton of money!

Even though the leak was so small, Orange Restoration offered to come out the same day to start the repairs. They finished repairing the ceiling a few days later. I was so impressed by their professionalism. If I ever experience any more water damage I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! And only them!

I usually find myself reviewing restaurants and entertainment venues, but I had to write a review to thank Ron and Zubi for their continued hard work and assistance on our water damage project at our office building. We received a call from our buildings maintenance manager on the first Sunday of August. Woke up early one morning to find my neighbor's irrigation system had burst, and living on a hill, was flooding into my back patio area. Where it spilled onto at settled at was a flat area next to my exterior wall. Not knowing how long the water had been pouring into my area, I wasn't sure if there would be any foundation issues. Orange Restoration saved us twice now! Last year our home flooded because of a busted water pipe. They were able to fix the pipe and clean up all the water. About a month ago we had a grease fire in our kitchen. Once again they exceeded expectations and our new kitchen looks 10 times better than the old one!
