Budget Exteriors installed two new garage doors and openers for both. The doors look great, and the door openers work smoothly (we can even control them remotely with our phones, which is cool). Our only issue was the length of time it took before the work could even start, and the lack of updating us on when we could expect it to happen.

The people at budget exteriors are very friendly and they do a very good job. they fixed our windows with new ones and cleaned the attic of mold. put in new doors. we had a great time with the workers they came in and they did there jobs very well. thank you for all you have done for our house. Riley and Jake came out to give me an estimate so that I can plan down the road to replace my patio door. These guys were super friendly and understanding to my situation. They were willing to do what they could to keep me happy. They were very knowledgeable on the business and materials. If I was ready to start the project today I would have. I definitely recommend them

I had seven windows replaced in the upstairs of our two-story home. They replaced the windows and re-wrapped the outside of the windows. There had been some fascia damage on the house so the company replaced two 54' sections and a 20' section of the fascia. The people who came were very personable and professional. We hired the team from Budget Exteriors to do our retro foam installation and couldn't have been happier with our decision and end result! We had great experiences with not only the install team, but also the sales team. It felt like talking to a friend or neighbor vs a company trying to sell you something. They explained things thoroughly before, during and after install.

We're very kind, considerate of being in our home and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. We can already tell a difference in temperature regulation in our home. Has helped us put off getting new windows for awhile. They will definitely be our go-to for all our future home projects! A great company, providing quality and professional service to repair and update your home! They helped make our home safe by remediating mold that had been accumulating inside our attic, caused by a lack of venting and proper insulation. They inspected the area, provided a detailed description and pictures of trouble areas needing repair/remediation, along with a very reasonable quote!

They provided in house financing options with rates as low as 0% APR! They increased our R-value and made our home warmer and more efficient throughout the year! They filled all cracks with spray insulation, then increased our R-value well above required code. Then they increased the number of vents and baffles to ensure our attic properly breathes throughout the year - eliminating any fears of future mold issues!

They even ensured our previous vents from our bathrooms were properly installed to ensure no additional issues would arise! They were professional, kept our home clean during insulation, and made our home safe and warm for years to come. I highly recommend their services!

Budget Exteriors updated/repaired our soffit and fascia on our house over two days. They did a great job estimating our project, listened to what we wanted to complete, and gave a very competitive price. They were very flexible with their dates to complete the work so that it could fit into our timeline at home as well. The crew working outside did great work, and cleaned everything up nicely when they were complete. We are looking at getting more work done to our exterior of our house next year, and will be going back as a repeat customer!

We had an amazing experience with Budget Exteriors. We had planned to get new windows on our porch and a few days before they were to be installed someone ran their car into the corner of our porch. Budget Exteriors were amazing and cooperative with our predicament. They were able to hold off until we had the structural damage repaired. The install was quick, professional, and with little mess. We love the windows and can really notice the difference in keeping it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I highly recommend them.

The window I had installed seems to be okay but the gutter covers I had installed last fall are pretty much just as worthless as the ones they replaced them with. I thought I was getting something that would shed leaves & debris but they seem to catch all just like the old covers. Should have gone with name brand leaf guards but still have to get on the roof to clean them.

Budget Exterior's staff listened to my concerns and showed me appropriate doors and windows to choose from. The price for materials and installation was acceptable. The installation crew measured the openings for accuracy. Over a couple of months, I was kept informed of the delivery date. The installers arrived on time and completed the job within my window of availability. The new door and window close completely and look very good. Thank you, Budget Exteriors.

I am so embarrassed and appalled by many things in my home town, but this is just something else. What an ATROCIOUS, racist, classist, ignorant eyesore and I REALLY hope the people in the Twin Cities area are aware of this business's actions and the prejudiced, ignorant, awful views they hold. I really doubt their business locations in the city have this garbage all over them, because they would get MUCH less business.

This is their location in rural, Northern MN. It is a visual assault and I literally can't even believe it. These people need to read several books and learn how to think critically and for themselves as well as consider other human beings, not just themselves. "Blue Lives" are not real because cops were not born cops, they CHOSE to be cops. All lives can't matter until certain lives aren't snuffed out and systematically oppressed by those in power. BLACK LIVES MATTER, and we will continue to say this until people of color are no longer oppressed and racism is no longer mainstream. SHAME ON YOU, KENNY THOMPSON.

The owner must be crazy. The store in Nevis MN displayed far too many Trump flags and banners and electronic signs long before the election.and then kept them up after the election, but doubled the number. It's a ridiculous display that's a slap in the face of anybody who didn't vote for Trump. In fact, we heard that a guy was shopping for siding but when they discovered that he's a Democrat, they refused to sell him anything. I'm not arguing with Budget Exterior's right to vote for whomever they want, but like I said, the owner must be crazy to continue alienating potential customers.

They showed up the next day after cold calling us to look at our attic insulation. They claimed that we had mold that needed immediate attention. The 1st guy was respectful but then he called his boss Lou to join. Lou continued to slash his prices in an attempt to have us sign a contract same day AFTER we told him we wouldn't. His pitch was very aggressive!

They refused to leave ANY of the paper bids he quoted. He seemed a bit angry with his refusal. They left after having us sign a small piece of paper saying we declined their lowest price & said they'd mail us a professional bid. THEY NEVER MAILED US ANYTHING! It's been over 3 wks! We feel like we dodged a scam by refusing to sign on the spot with Lou's high pressure tactics!

This company continues to hammer my phone with unwanted telemarketing calls. I am on the Federal Do Not Call Registry, and they do not respect that. Although I have never done business with them, this is a big Red Flag. No reputable company would continue to hammer your phone number with multiple unwanted scam calls, especially when you have told them multiple times to stop calling. I recommend staying away from this company.

I'm on the Federal Do Not Call registry and these people have called me multiple times trying to sell me their crap services. I've reported them to the FTC and I'd encourage you to do the same if they contact you. I would never ever do business with this company. I hope they are repeatedly fined heavily for breaking the law and go out of business.

Their salesman (Jacob) came out to give us a bid on windows. When we mentioned that we were just hoping to get an idea of the cost and would not be agreeing to any work today, he got very aggressive and told us we should've used google instead. This all after their door to door guy came by saying they would do any quote no matter the amount of interest in doing the actual work. I don't know if I have ever had someone treat me so poorly when they are seeking my business. Extremely unimpressed.

Horrible company. If u don't believe me just look at all the reviews. I'd rather go on cruise with my mother in-law then deal with this company again! Sales reps will hunt u down and find you. They will offer you anything under the sun to get the sale. They will show you all the awards they've won. Don't believe them! Once you sign the contract you'll never see the salesmen again.

They outsource the work to Jim Bob down the street. All the promised you were offered will be gone with the wind. The brochures and folders they give you look real nice and pretty. Don't let that stuff fool you.

This is a spam company. They made all sorts of confident lies about having experience experts check my house to give me a quote. And when the "professional" came, David Gillis, he came confused on what his assignment was and claimed that he couldn't check the walls and only the attic. And then he claimed the my empty walls were already insulated, so I decided not to let him into my house and bid him good day.

His demeanor was off-putting as he tried to argue his way into my house. He wouldnt give until my daughter showed up behind me. He then asked for his business card back, which I refused. After he left I immediately checked Yelp for reviews (as I should have done) and found this dismissal ranking business is a spam company. I called the company to file a complaint and to see what happened?

And they tried to forward me to thier "marketing manager" (why is it not costumer service?) And then and after being put on hold they claimed he wasn't there and that I would be forward to their voice mail. I said good buy. When I inquired what 3rd party vendors did they purchase my information from, they hung up.

Great company from start to finish. All employees were courteous, friendly and did a great job ! Our new attic insulation install went smoothly. We notice the difference already in how cooler our home stays !!! I would recommend the friends and family !

I love my windows. It was installed so fast and the installer was great very curious and friendly. My neighbor complemented the look of my house after they were finished. I can't wait for winter to see the big difference and how much it will save me in the long run. Thanks again.

Budget Exteriors came on time. And their work to upgrade our attic installation was just as professional. The installers knew what they needed to do and did not waste any time working as a team. The day was hot, but that did not slow them down. As they finished, the area was cleaned up leaving not a trace of their time in our home. I recommend Budget Exteriors for attic insulation upgrading.

I used Budget Exteriors for attic insulation and for gutter covers. In both cases, They explained the process and materials used for the job. I thoroughly understood all aspects of the work and materials. The cost was reasonable and, they worked with me on payment terms. They came when they said they would be there, and they cleaned up after the work was completed. I am completely satisfied.

Beware. This place is a scam. High pressure sales people, who deposit checks after they promise to wait. They continue to lie to us, and I have yet to see my deposit refunded.

My experience with Budget Exteriors was easy and pleasant. Siding choices were explained to us as well as what goes under the siding. Colors were pleasing. The installer was friendly, courteous and skilled. The finished installation looks professional. Several neighbors have commented on the pleasing appearance. Financing was simple and fit our budget.

We feel satisfied with the work from Budget Exteriors and are looking forward to doing our soffit & fascia.

This company is RUDE! They keep calling me (same guy) and talks over me when I keep trying to tell him I don't want service. The guy kept speaking over me as if I was not talking and would not listen to me at all. Once hung up on me then calls back the next week. They call every year and do this to me, any company that has to do calls has no reputation!

This company charged my elderly grandfather 7500 for a roof on his 2012ish shed. He could have had a new shed built for that. They completely preyed on, and took advantage of a sweet old man. Their moral code is non existent and I do not recommended this company to anyone! My uncle and father had to call the company and threaten to sue, etc to get the company to send a check of 1000 back, but even with that, they still waaaay over charged for mediocre work.

I hope people read this review and find it helpful, maybe it will at least save another elderly/unsuspecting person from being grossly overcharged and taken advantage of. I don't know how people like them sleep at night.

We really love our new bay window. It looks beautiful and we have had a lot of compliments. We will recommend our friends, family and anyone else who would like a bay window or any other home improvements to Budget Exteriors.

They have called my elderly father and my sister relentlessly, even after being asked to stop. They use multiple numbers including 855-695-4284 and 952-887-1619. What they are doing us illegal.

Also called me illegally. When I called it to his attention, he completely ignored it and continued on with is sales pitch.

They just illegally called my home number with a high-pressure sales pitch. When I told the guy he was calling me illegally, since I am on the Do Not Call List, he lied and said I must have "slipped off the list." He obviously knew what he was doing was wrong, but didn't care. Based on some of the other reviews here, I'm not surprised.

Excellent salesmen - very pleasant presentation. I liked that they brought a sample window. There was never any pressure. The installer was very good too. He replaced the windows one at a time as promised.

Loved the work that was done on my home. The salesman was great and so were the installers. Can't wait to get more work done by budget exterior!

I loved working with this company, I just moved into a new home recently & had several bids on siding & windows. I decided to have Budget Exteriors do the work because they were recommended to me by a good friend & they explained everything to me from the start to the finished of the project.

Great company! I am reminded this time of every year why I am so glad I had insulation put in my attic from these guys. It really cuts down on my energy bill and most importantly keeps my home cozy warm.

My Budget Exteriors review is that this company replaced 3 windows in my home and they are amazing! White trim on a white window really makes them pop and adds some curb appeal. I wish my husband would hurry up and have them do the rest of the house!

My experience with this company was the absolute best I wasn't gonna get my roof fixed and than I talked to 1 of the salesmen and he totally had me sold. also worked with Mr. Thompson, and that was awesome experience he was just all around a kind man. the installers didn't slake at all they got the job done quickly in a shorter amount of time than I thought it was gonna take.

This is by far the best company my family has ever worked with. the owner made sure all our problems were dealt with, even though we had very few. the installers were awesome as well as the sales men.

We had our windows installed in late spring 2012. The men who did the installation did a good job. They never left me with a mess to clean up. They were friendly and efficient. The salesman did a good job explaining the window features. We are very satisfied with our windows.

We are very happy with the siding that was put on about 10 years ago and now we will be putting some more new windows in, thanks to Jake the good salesman.

Worst company EVER! We had them install $13,000 worth of window that we were told were under a lifetime warrantee. Today, 12 years later, one of the window had leaked and frosted and 4 other window had the release tabs break. They wanted to charge me $150 for a service call and another bunch of money for the window replacement and new release tabs!

When I called them about this, they told me that the windows I had were under a 10 year warrantee. I told them I would have never bought the windows had I known that. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! THEY LIE!

I recently purchased siding from budget exteriors and i was blown away with how good of a job they did. The installer was ridiculously attentive to detail. The sales guy was amazing we got along great. And the price was right in the middle of what i thought. they did a good job and i got my moneys worth.

I know I should write a long, detailed review; you folks deserve to know. But, just thinking about Budget Exteriors makes me sick to my stomach. I'll summarize. It started with lies, and proceeded to them installing something that was NOT what the sales guy sold us. The bumble-fest continued with hideous workmanship that was halted part-way through due to the worsening psychological breakdown (I'm not kidding) of the guy doing the work.

Then more lies. More bad work. Promises to fix it. but not really. Now it seems that the management folks who shed crocodile tears for us no longer work there, and neither does the sales guy. Somehow, this is supposed to be relevant. Not even a year into it, parts of my hideously expensive kitchen upgrade are coming apart. We were prepared to issue yet another call for service to them, but got a tad sidetracked by our little boy having cancer. So, now they're all like "You're out of your ONE YEAR WARRANTY (huh?!) and need to pay cash money for fixing anything." I should have just lit a pile of money on fire. We'd be better off.

WORST COMPANY. Do NOT do business with them. most disrespectful scammers. We had them do a bid on our house and got talked into a contractor. After reading reviews and realizing they way over charged we cancelled within the 3 day period. They deposited our check 2 weeks later and now are refusing to refund and threated to bury us in fees if we try to contest it.
