I had a large tree branch fall into my house and it managed to punch two holes all the way through the decking. Both Eric and Brian came out on a Sunday to patch it up for me. They continued to be responsive and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to work with my insurance company. I choose them for this job because they did a full roof replacement in 2017 at another residence and worked overtime with the insurance company then. If you want an honest contractor that is good at communicating and puts out a decent product, then give them a call. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The company did a great job with our recent roof and gutter replacement! They were referred to us by a relative and did not disappoint. Eric was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The process was very simple and straightforward, the work was completed timely and professionally. Finally, the cost of the project was very fair. I certainly recommend this company and will keep them front of mind for future projects!

If you need a new top of the line roof in quick order, MN Roof Contractors is the place! Even after being installed Fall 2019, I still check out the roof and love what I see. Both Brian and Eric are great to work with and go above and beyond to help their customers. For example, a stray shingle damaged a solar yard light. Instead of pushing it aside, or trying to fix it, the guys went out and bought 4 brand new ones for us - upgraded the originals at that.

They were also very helpful in working with the insurance people and making sure we got what we deserved. It is this type of service that I look for and I would recommend MN Roof Contractors to anyone.

Eric at Minnesota Roof Contractors was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He informed me that I should file an insurance claim for my organic shingle roof and was able to get the entire job covered by insurance. Not only did they install a new roof on my house and detached garage they also installed new flashing, gutters, downspouts, window wraps and fascia.

They also were able to recommend an exterior hour painter for the next phase. I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Eric at Minnesota Roof Contractors to anyone.

Did fine work, fast response and got to the job quickly. Very satisfied with the roof and the extra work on the fascia that they did as it needed that to be updated also. Went out of the way to respond to a couple of questions I had on some touch up items.

Eric Skoog was great in keeping in touch with me throughout my whole process with insurance company and getting roof scheduled. He answered all my questions and when I needed a couple of extra projects done, he took care of getting it done himself. I want to say a word about the roofers. The guys were very hardworking and cleaned the area before they left. I would highly recommend Minnrsta Roof Contractors. I love my new roof!

From the start to the finish they were amazing! Eric was always available to answer any of my questions before the process even started. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we are thrilled with how our roof looks! When the crew came and got started they were also very professional, very hard working, and cleaned up everything! Eric came back a few times after it was completed to see if he could pick up any additional nails or smaller pieces that might have been missed. I would/will highly recommend them to anyone I know! Any future projects we can do with them, we will.

Minnesota Roof Contractors were by far the best group of people that I had come to my home for an estimate. I had multiple contractors out to get an estimate on replacing our roof, which needed to be done in a timely manner. This company was one of the only companies to come out right away and to actually get up on my roof. Ross was excellent, he got up on the roof, and told me what he saw and gave me real honest feedback about what he thought would happen when the adjuster came. Ross was able to be here when the adjuster was, even came early, and worked through everything with the adjuster to help my claim go through.

After filing the claim they were out within days and had the work completed in a day and a half, and I have a big steep roof! They were quick and efficient, it looks awesome, they were clean and neat, I didn't find scraps or nails in my yard like I was worried I would. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to replace their roof! I will be keeping their contact information in case we need other work done on our house! Can't say enough how great they were to work with. Ross was the absolute best!

The representative was very approachable and answered my texts. They made an extra effort to get the job done before the change of seasons and the roof looks great!

These guys did an excellent job replacing my storm damaged roof. Easy to work with and prompt replies to all my questions. Highly recommend.

Today I was at Home Depot and as I was leaving the owner of the company, Brian Skoog, pulls out in front of me and flips me off and starts yelling and swearing at me. This is very unappropriated and unprofessional of him. I drove around to ask him why he flipped me off and he started swearing at me and yelling even more at which point his passenger had to grab him and pull him away as he was starting to come at my car.

I called the number on his truck to report what had happened and when Brian answered the phone, he was very unprofessional again. I text him to see what he would say to me about what had happened at Home Depot and of course he lied saying, " Oh That. He cut me off in the parking lot then started swearing at me." i have a dash cam and reviewed it and it clearly shows him cutting me off and flipping me off as he yells and swears at me through the window.

This is funny as his web page states, "Great Service, and the Highest Levels of Integrity." Integrity is something he has none of seeing he straight out lied. It also states, " Minnesota Roof Contractors. Your Honest, Local Roofing Experts." Which is clearly not true either as he straight out lied about the fact that I cut him off and started everything, especially since my camera shows him not even looking when he took the turn which caused me to slam on m brakes to avoid hitting him.

I've been shopping for a roof contractor, and was luckily able to get a contractor over for an estimate within a few days time of me calling. The contractor comes over 45 minutes late with no initial heads up, and doesn't communicate well with me (frequently walks away after asking me questions about the roof). A week after my appointment with him, still no estimate was sent over. Even tried calling the company and no response after leaving a message with a scheduler. Really unprofessional and left a bad impression on me.

After getting a quote from another roofing company of over $1,000 to repair wind damage to shingles, Mark climbed up a ladder to inspect up close (which the other estimator did not do), and recommended reattaching the existing shingles at a cost of $50, which he felt would work fine until it's time to replace the roof.

While he was up there, he noticed a gutter coming loose (had been secure by a nail, he replaced with a screw, included at no charge) and added silicone sealer to a nail outside of the damage area that was lightly raised but he felt replacing would be risky. I highly recommend this firm.

It took some time for me to make a decision on who I should use to replace my roof. But My choice was Minnesota Roof Contractors because of how professional their company was. They were on time, clean, and my roof looks great.
